Having found another cache close to one of the waypoints for this little Valentine, I wandered over to grab the answers.
Well one waypoint led to another and after exhausting almost all of the 2 hours parking limit I had visited all but two of the waypoints.
Wonderful bits of historical interest at every one
Sore feet too [:o)]
Retrieving the geomobile from the imminent ticketing it was going to get, I drove around to get the last bits of info I needed
The missing flowery info has reappeared at waypoint 2
I retreated to a shady spot to do the brain work of figuring out the final coords and combination and was soon hobbling off cross country to find GZ
Alas at GZ I found the cache in need of some maintenance [:o]
Muggled it is !!
Locals have found the cache and as you'd expect, twisted the lid off it
No log book found, but the swaps all seem to be there.
Not knowing there were trackables within, I didn't actually look for any, so I hope Team Beaufort can check soon
Thanks for a great tour of the towne [^]
A great way to spend a couple of hours exploring

Had no joy with this multicache today which was a blow because I had problems with the other walking puzzle cache in this park too. In both cases the problem was signs that have been removed. In this case it was the sign about the plantings for the Festival of Flowers - I guess the data is being updated for this year. I will email the owner to see how I can make further progress with this cache. TFTC Team Beaufort. [Am making this a note rather than a DNF because I have yet to attempt all the waypoints.]

I hate cities and big towns but I found the stroll around Toowoomba on a sunday morning really enjoyable and educational. After a bit of maths we headed off to GZ. How incredible that muggles passing by have not noticed the cache. Great work ,as I've said of others "Another Beaufort Beauty." (this one dressed in a petticoat ) TNLN Thanks for a great experience.
Hid this cache with Team Beaufort a month or so ago for the event - and had double checked that all coords were correct then, was able to open the box then, but did not sign the log!
So today was the day when I was organised enough to bring the lock combination - luckily I still had my notes and didn't have to walk the distance again and answer all questions...
Cache in excellent condition - amazing what you get away with in geocaching... how many people are walking past every day???
Left two travel bugs.

Great local history lesson. A well thought out multi with an excellent hide at the end. The junior geocachers thought the hide was great and worth the time it took to find all the answers. Took magnifier and GC, left a finger puppet. TFTC
Found this on the valentines event in toowoomba with many caching friends... Could see lochb's influence on this one with some maths involved!! Great little stroll around my old home town.
Thanks for the organisers for a great little multi, and a very creative hide!!!

Found during the event cache today with my new caching friends. So many eyes made it so easy. Thanks to you all for being part of it. A good hide as well taking in some wonderful parts of the city which I didn't know were there. TFTC.
found as part of the event. Started with the 2yo & 4yo geokids, but by the 3rd waypoint the walk was too much for them. Walked them back to the car with them, took them home, then came back to continue it. With the help of some local knowledge, and my moped, I was able to make up the lost time, and found it in the company of another group of cachers. Thanks very much for the effort put into working out this multi, and for the event in general.
We had a great time on a wonderful day wandering around Toowoomba looking at some of the things it has to offer. We were a bit late heading off, but managed to catch up with various teams along the way As we had been doing our calculations along the way, we had the necessary combination when we arrived at GZ with the first of the pack. We were expecting to find a clean log book and hadn't even seen Steve and Family arrive at the event so you can imagine our surprise to find their name already in the log, some 15 mins before the rest of us arrived. We had a great time doing this multi. Thanks Team Beaufort for placing the cache for the event.
Oops, completely forgot to log this one!!! What a fun day, fun cache, especially to relive my high school days in Toowoomba (ok, didn't quite relive them - couldn't cope with that now!).
Found it on the day along with numerous other cachers.
Very enjoyable hunt taking in a number of intersting sights around Toowoomba
Great experience for self & geokid (ally-searching) as relative newbies to the sport.
Heaps of thanks to the organisers for an intresting challenge (& weekend event)

Along with the other event attendees we strolled around the streets of Toowoomba looking, learning, collecting clues and doing maths.
Our final calculations led us to a spot where we found about twenty other cachers huddled together and when we reached them there was lots of excitement about the the container and access to it.
We checked out our maths to confirm the access and signed the log before heading back to the event location and lunch.
Thanks Team Beaufort and the other event organisers for a most enjoyable multi that helped to educate us about Toowoomba while providing lots of enjoyment and opportunities to meet other geocachers.

Found this while attending 'Valentine in Queen's Park" cache event with my Dad (Kaisho53)
Enjoyable hike around sites of Toowoomba

Did the walk with GhostGums, and a lot of other cachers, got the answers to the questions along the way and after doing some calculations landed at a cache. Thanks Team Beaufort for organising the walk and the hunt.
Found on the day of the event. I tackled this one with the help of The Marble, Dizzyanne and DisSister, while taking geotoddler along for a ride in the stroller.
Along the way we picked up a few cachers (agap2), lost a few cachers, then all met up at GZ, where we took turns signing the log and admiring the cache.
On the way back to the park we stopped at a local cafe for refreshments.
Thanks for a great cache and a great day.

Found this with about 20 other cachers. Enjoyed wandering around Toowoomba while attending the Event. I have seen the toilet before but never noticed it's oddity. Well, how much notice do tou take of toilets? Great final container with 4 groups arriving at GZ at the same time. Thanks Team Beaufort.
What a lovely day for a walk around Toowoomba.Especially liked the old court house/private home.and the weird loo.
Found GZ along with 4 others and signed log and left Beaver TB. Great hide and a novel container. Thanks team Beaufort..Silky Seekers.

As Mel & I drove this one, we didn't do the math until back @ Queens Park. D'oh.... Cache 627mt West. Oh well, a quick walk back into town & cache in hand. Good mutli thur town.
Clues in hand, I strolled past the Queens Park cache on the way to grab this one and bumped into Madmyers and The Nanks.
In pack animal style, we all gatherred at GZ and commenced the hunt but it was Mrs The Nanks who made the find.
Nicely done...
Thanks for the adventure....

We located the cache just before the main rush got there.
Thanks for the effort in setting this one up.

Enjoyed our stroll around Toowoomba with so many other cachers. It was almost like a moving event. And the weather was perfect for it too. Located the cache with everyone else and then headed off for a refreshing thickshake down at a cafe before heading back to the event. Great way to spend a morning. TFTC
Found during the event cache today with my new caching friends. I have not walked so many streets of the CBD since moving here. A good stroll taking in some tourist attractions and chatting to fellow cachers. TFTC.
Found while at the event in queens park. It was great to cache with others for a change, amazing how mant different styles/techniques there are. Thanks for organising the event and the cache.
Found on the Toowoomba event day. Very enjoyable walk around the centre of Toowoomba with a group of other cachers and families. A lot of fun was had by all and we were finally able to put faces to names. Thanks for a great day and a great multi. TFTC Took toy Left toy. Also the trackables swap was a great idea.
We had a lovely time in the gorgeous Summer weather of Toowoomba wandering around, learning and experiencing the town with our friends the MadMyers. [^] We all enjoyed the final cache and the youngest of our group, 8 year old THE CHUNKY MONKEY had a blast on the skate board bowl too!
Thanks for a well thought out and error free mulit!

What a great event and great event cache. Lovely walk around town, saying hello and chatting to other cachers along the way.
I always shudder when "maths" appears in a cache description as it is always with these "small number" calculations that I make some of the biggest, stooopidest errors . And so it was that I sat on the steps of Trades Hall realising that the cache probably WASN'T 67m west.
Good thing a huge crowd of cachers came along, did their own calculations and kindly shared them with me. Thanks folks!
Enjoyed the walk along to the cache chatting to one of the Little Fuddleys (who also spoke later, at the event - now there is a leader of tomorrow - look out for her). Thanks for the great experience Team Beaufort - svn07

We were also one of the many teams that completed this cache on the event day, nice to stroll around town with different cachers and see how the different forms of GPSr give slightly different results. Thanks again to all those involved in the organisation of the event and this cache. [^] Team Fuddley a great time.
A fun day walking around Toowoomba in glorious weather and running into numerous groups of fellow cachers. With all the questions answered and the co-ords worked out we all headed over to GZ which wasn't hard to find due to yet another large group gathered around. An excellent day. A big thanks to all involved.
A great multi that takes in some of the city sites. I love the final cache container. Well done team beaufort.
I like this kind of multi, heading around and collecting clues and learning abit about the location along the way.

Found with my wife and 20+ others.
This was an educational walk even for a resident of 27 years. The locations were known but not the details. A great idea and execution for a multi cache. Hopefully the muggles don't find this one.
Thanks for the cache

What a great event, and what a great cache! Well planned out multicache, and a great way to see some of the interesting areas of Toowoomba. I think my personal favourite would be the visit to the old railway station.
We found all of the information we required, and did our calculations.
As usual, I transposed a couple of digits, which had us looking in a very unlikely area for a couple of minutes before sanity prevailed and we checked the coordinates.
When we got to GZ, there was a muggle parked a metre from the cache. We had no option but to wait him out, and when he finally left, we got on with our search.
Mrs Steve found the cache quickly, and we were pleasantly surprised to see an empty log book! A *FTF* to boot!
In the end, we didn't end up swapping anything.
Thanks for the cache!

This was a great little tour around the heart of Toowoomba, visiting a few old buildings including a court house which is now a private residence. I wonder how you buy one?
Did the trek around with sushilord, though we were constantly running into other contestants. Did the calcs and double checked with a couple of others and then off to the cache's final resting place. Very clever and interesting hide I have to say, and it was full of TB's! There was a bit of a queue to sign the log though.
Thanks Team Beaufort and others for a great hunt![^]

Ooooops, forgot to log in the coin I left at this great cache! All locked up and safe! [^]
I started this cache with dadegroot and family, but a slight miscalculation took us no where near the final cache. Later I was able to get a hint from one of the Valentine's event organisers which put me on the right track. Took GC. TFTC Team Beaufort
Wow what a great day, great organisation from LochB, Beaufort and BoltES. Jo and I and the kids loved meeting all the other cachers, and learning about this history. We never get to be tourists in our own towns....but an event Cache like this was a great opportunity.
TNLN but loved this hunt!!!
