Arrived just after dark so the trusty torch came out to help with the search here.
Found it pretty quick, signed the log and then headed off for dinner.

An easy find with no muggles in the whole park. We too saw a small frog very close. After geokids had short play we had a hot walk home. TNLNSL TFTC Smile

24-Apr-10
Found by Mary & David at 1715. Returned after an earlier visit was thwarted by muggles parked close to GZ. This time the coast was clear and we found the cache in no time at all. Our thanks as usual to hallfamily7.

I went for a quick post-work raid on this cache. I love it when the cache is in the first spot you try. TFTC

While I was signing the log one of those pesky cache dwelling frogs hopped on in.

07-Apr-10
Some kids were playing in the park but were far enough away not to see me grab the cache. TFTC

14-Mar-10
Like 'Aussie Liahona', I looked in the right spot early on in the hunt, but I needed to look in a few other places before the cache would give up and let me find it. TN/LN/SL

This cache eluded us for several minutes. We were looking in the right location but just didn't come up with the goods. Tried a few other locations and then came back to the first area searched. Poked around with a stick, and yep, it was hiding there all the time. Thanks for the cache Hall family. Nice hide. TNLNSL.

03-Feb-10
Found it nicely.
Thanks for the cache and hunting.

I visited this little park back in November and strangely enough didn't write a DNF report [:o]
But as I also failed to write a Found report on another nearby cache it seems that I had some memory blocks that day Red Face
Today I was back again to have another go at finding this elusive cache.
Nowhere near as many muggles hanging around today. Plus I had some help from "ruzzelz" Smile
I again poked where I had previously poked and yet again, missed finding the cache Red Face
While I was looking elsewhere my fellow cacher armed with a poking stick ruzzeled up the cache.
Oh! That's annoying Big Grin
I'll claim the find though Razz

Muggle on watch duty as we approached did not deter our quest for this cacheTwisted. Fortunately the muggle left on our arrival (are we that scary[?])

While IF went looking in new places (he had been here before) I had a poke arounfd in the logical spot.Wink

The park then made a nice quite spot for a bit of early lunch after our earlier caching quests of the morning in the nearby forest [^]

Found after a bit of searching, nice hide, thanks hallfamily7

01-Nov-09
Muggles a-plenty being a weekend but kids only interested in themselves, thank goodness. Sad to see quite a bit of rubbish in this relatively new and well kept park. I did the right thing and CITO'd. SL & TFTC.

easy enough find but had plenty of muggles around the area - cache was a tad damp inside even with it being inside the bag SL TFTC

01-Jul-09
I was a little concerned approaching GZ thinking - where could it be? All such thoughts were needless as the cache was easily found - the child muggle even conveniently disappeared at the crucial time! Thanks hallfamily7!

11-May-09
Easier finding the park this time than it was the last time I found a cache here! Noone around at midday on a weekday, just a shoplifter we banned from the store and his no-hoper mates hanging at the skate park...

04-May-09
More challenging than we expected. (But we are newbies after all.) TFTC

02-May-09
After 2 successful hits today this one proved elusive.....SadSad

Quite heavy muggle presence in the area - cache area seemed to be continuously under survelliance...

Found a tennis ball but not the cache.....maybe next time.

What a great park though - geo-daughter (Ally-Searching) had fun sampling the flying fox & one of the climbing rigs...

Thanks hallfamily7 for bringing us here SmileSmile

22-Feb-09
One of our favourite parks too, good cache location with a little muggle protection provided by the nearby tree. Cache was a little damp & may benefit from being in a sealable bag. TFTC

22-Feb-09

18-Feb-09
first of 2 FTF's today - woohoo!

I just love it when a new cache pops up on the iPhone and I just happen to be working less than 1km away - It just had to be done. Found without too much trouble although it might be a bit trickier if you attempt this one at night. Thanks to the Hallfamily for providing a nice big stone to sit on while signing the nice clean log. Plus a cool FTF gift - I like the Hallfamily.
TFTC
