Spladem and I where on our way to Lillydale to catch up with Gaga for a coffee. This one was one to fill in some time. Took two attempts to find the right place to park. On the first attempt we found a strong smell of sump oil and a trail of oil on the ground going down the road. We had to just go for a drive and see if there was a car with a blown engine at the end of the trail. There was not. We returned to the main road and found a place to park and enjoyed a quick walk to a place with no room for a picnic. TFTC
Found today with C@H on a "Awsome Chose Your Own Adventure" Daytime caching run.. We started out today with the 5 StaceV caches that we both hadn't done, later we returned to Lillydale for a cold drink with Gaga before heading back home.. Thanks Seville Group for the cache. Find #2135
#950 Unlike some past cachers we found the track straight away so had no problems getting to GZ. Track was quite dry fortunately. No TB in the cache, as has been reported by others. Thanks sevillegroup.
Found the track made by the last cacher, then found the real track for the last bit.
Bush bashing as unaware of the track.. No sign of trackable, someone wrote in log book yesterday but no name.. TFTC tnls Thank you PoeticPixel

Found this one today with Irontoad. An interesting place to visit but the path was very muddy and we started off today by bushbashing not realising that there was a path! We like to do it the hard way!
Nice quick find once we got there. Took dolphin and left a pinecone keyring. As we were leaving a group of kookaburras started laughing at us. It went on for a good minute or two which was amazing to hear.

After finding the newly published "and kiss your cache good bye" GMelb went onto this cache also not finding the path and bushbashing to get to GZ. Once at GZ the cache was easily found. TNLNSL

Nice quick, wet and muddy find after lovely family lunch at Coldstream. Thanks for the cache.
I had decided to take a day off from work (being such a wonderful day) and try for 50 finds in a day. Ultimately it was not to be for many reasons, including a few DNF's, the need to pick the kids up from school, and some difficult caches. In any event a good day was had by jsmyong55 and myself and this was one cache we were able to find. I must admit we spent so long here it wasn't funny, and when the cache was eventually found I wasn't impressed. We found this cache buried under the ground. We had checked the spot three times before I dug my hand throught the soil 4 inches to find the cache container. We rehid the cache in a more traditional way in accordance with caching rules.
Trailrunning had asked me a couple of days before if I was free on Friday for a run. I had classes till early afternoon but once he told me its his birthday and he will be aiming for a 50 cache run, I knew I had to have a go at that, eventhough if it meant skipping class.
Aiming for a 50 cache run with only 7.5 hours was a little too ambitious. Of course we did not manage 50 but I got to about 35 which was pretty good. We had started off well in the start, but a couple of long trail runs, heavy bushwhacking and off-trail hiking really threw us off. It was a lot better slowing things down and enjoying the adventure than racing for time.
Really annoyed to find the cache was actually buried in. It is just frustrating knowing that you are in the right spot and having looked at all the possible spots, only to find the cache to be in the spot you have looked in a few times and even more since its buried in. Glad to have this one off the list though. TFTC

First up this cache owes me a new part of jeans. Actually its probably my fault for approaching this one from the wrong direction. In my effort to reach GZ and by climbing over a log, my jeans ripped down the front leaving me and the boys feeling a breeze. I continued on now super keen to ensure that there would be a find and soon came across a path which the cache was not located too far from. Doh, that would of been a much easier! So with Log sign and cache rehidden I returned to the car with screams of laughter from the girlfriend who had waited in the car. Today's cache run was only just starting and this was the first of many. Hopefully my pants will hold up. TFTC sevillegroup this one I won't forget.

A nice find on a nice day, the track down to GZ is very slippery though.

I stopped by this one while on the way to our monthly bushwalk. A nice easy find at 10:15, although the path was a tad slippery so I had to tread carefully.

find number 15 found at 7.05 pm. Went about trying to find this one from the wrong direction at first. Finally worked it out. Easy find when you get on the right track TFTC TNL2 (1X TB)
We probably didn't park in the best spot and were reluctant to bush-bash from there. Eventually we found the proper path. From there it was an easy find.

Out caching on a wet day with Xambo4U.
Found the walking path into this cache so used it to get it, but with all the rain the path was wet and muddy & I nearly went for six. We bush bashed out way out. Didn't see any picnic tables at picnic hill. I wonder how it got its name.

Out and about with Toy Car today. It is wet and miserable which has made the path very slippery. We left Mr Xambo4u in the car as parking was tricky. Nice easy find but the container has taken in water which we have found most of them have today. We choose to go out the rough way as it was more solid.
Thanks for the cache.

Find # 1419 @ 15:08
Trust me to take the direct route and head in the hard way, although I am not the only one it seems as there is a well defined geo trail leading to gz. Found the track I should have taken once there but glad I didn't as it was a wee tad slippery. The GPSr had me searching a particular area and I expanded the search a little and soon had the hide in hand. TNLNSL Thanks sevillegroup!

Nice little gully track, although we did go off path a little to find the cache. Cheers Gav [6280]
A quick find @ 14:55 in the company of the geowife and emeraldflame. We parked up on the main road and headed down the wet, slippery and (in places) badly eroded track. The cache was found after a couple of minutes and the formalities done. Certainly a nice area away from all the passing traffic.

Out: Ring torch
Thanks to sevillegroup for bringing us here and for the cache.

found @ 14:55 with mum and dad (ross47), #1 of 10 for the day.
a nice quick find to start the day off.
we parked nearby and made our way to GZ.
we walked straight past the hiding place before doubling back and finding it.
I've been past this area lots of times, but never realised there was a path.

#335 Found at 1.20pm. Bushbashed it off Boundary Road and the Garmin couldn't get a fix (tree cover and clouds didn't help our cause . Many trails through this area so I don't think we are the only ones to have come in from this side. The Queen persisted and eventually came up with the find after about 15-20mins of searching. We found where undelivered yellow page phone books go it seems - lovely area otherwise.

TFTC - a note to future cachers, there is a parking area off the main road that may be a little more accessible (& quicker) to GZ

We found a park and headed off toward GZ on a little used track, we soon found out we had come in the hard way when we came upon a far more regularly used track which took us directly to gz for a nice easy find

We found our 16th Seville Group cache at 12:30pm as the 3rd of 12 on our pilgramage to Marysville tour. After initially whipping down the side road, we soon realised that there was no parking and no entrance from this side. Back to the main road, park and down the track for a quick find in a nice little park. Thanks for the cache from D,H & A B-A.
Found the right way in then quickly located the cache. No swap was made. This was our last of 20 sevillegroup caches for the day. At this point in time, we'd only done two other caches not by sevillegroup. My thanks to them for this and all their caches that we did today.
First cache on my "It's my birthday and I'll cache if I want to!" trip to Shiprock falls. The bushland setting is deceptively larger than it appears from the road and I took the scenic track right around the path.
Cache was a simple find and coords were good to me.
Many thanks,
R + A - B

It's a nice change to get out caching in the rain and mud, after months of heat and mosquitoes. The only alternative today was to just sit around the house and listen to the rain, but I'm glad we got out for this cache.
Nice short walk in the bush, and everything feels much more alive in the rain.

The gps did not want to play at all today, it must have been complaining that I had not turned it on for a month, so I just walked down the track and checked spots that might hold a cache, I found it in the second place I looked. I have lost count of the number of times I have been past this piece of bushland in the car, now I can say I have actually been in there. Thanks sevillegroup for the cache.

15.25pm.we went back and forth here untill we found the right path to start on,then only a shortish walk to gz,it was a bit slippy with lots of traffic nearby, i did this with no hands but Maccamob did as he has said on numerous occaisions there are no snakes here today, and i beleive his every word!! on this walk i learnt about the birds we saw eg cockatoo, indian minors and glah? we both signed the log and i left a small torch,sltn.patandjeff=bones1.
Found by David in company with Bones1 from UK at 1525. Drove by on each side before we spotted the correct trail into the bushland. From there, it was only about 100m to GZ. TNLN. Many thanks to sevillegroup for providing so many caches to keep us busy today.
We had some trouble finding somewhere to get a nice lunch today, as the area was packed with well-wishers hoping to boost the local economy after the bushfires. We eventually ate a splendid meal at the Chateau Yering, then waddled very full, along to do your cache. It was a lovely walk in untouched bushland. Cache found without difficulty, TFTC.

No picnic for us at least not the eating kind. Finding the cache fitted the bill though. Approaching from the wrong side probably wasn't the ideal method though.

Featherdown and I had been waiting for a cooler day post bushfires before tackling some of these new caches that have sprung up like mushrooms in the Seville area.
We found the lovely path and after waiting for a dog and muggle to pass we homed in on an easy first find hidden in a style that would soon become familiar.

Checked this one before leaving home today and there was still no find logged but I wasn't very hopeful. More than 24 hours had passed since this had come on-line.
I found the cache after a short search - signal wasn't great 'cos of cloud and tree cover, but by now I knew this cacher's preferred hide. After 2 minutes I had it.
Log book had already been signed... 6 hours earlier by pprass. Congrats on the FTF.

Found at 12.40pm GAFF1. We were expecting a picnic location for some reason, but found a crackly bush to get into. We used the geocaching route - ie direct line from the road, only to find a lovely path that would have made it a lot easier.
