Logs
Soon found, signed and replaced as found. Thank you jasenjanine for bringing me to a great bush location and also maintaining this cache.
Due to health issues I did not do the big walk to the Event and do chamads Christmas tree but met up with a small group after. This was an easy find. Log signed and cache replaced as found. TFTC
What a great day to get in some walks and some of those out of the way caches. The plan today was to start a walk from the car park of Ewan maddock to an event some 5 km walk away. Along the way we would stop and get some caches and listen to the smooth sounds of the area and then loop back to the car park. All went really well, we then finished off with a chat at the coffee van in the carpark. From there people made their own plans and headed off. I was lucky to team up with Roddyc, Hatzofff and Imbunda for the afternoon of caching. We drove around Landsborough and Mooloolah areas and got in some good caches, even a spot of lunch. This was one of those caches for today. We signed the logs and replaced the caches as found. This was an easy find and all good with the cache here.
After our early morning started to do our walk to the event and pick-up the challenge caches, it was time to head out to pick up some more unfound caches.InteredtingCaching with RoddyC , chamad and Imbunda.TFTCache TaxisVW and DrPam (adopted by jasenjanine)
Finally with a bit of sun out the Mrs and I parked up at the sports fields and went for a wander, watched a train roll through and then navigated through the underbrush. Was a little over grown and a storm rolled through this last month so quite a few branches down. Quickly spotted the cache l, signed the log and continued on our adventure
Doing random caches towards Woombye, saw this was a 15 year old cache I thought yep this is a target. The log ids damp and it appears it had visitors early today. Thanks for maintaining this one
Drove up from Brisbane at stupid oclock this morning so my partner could take one of dogs to a show in Beerwah if cachers are crazy, dog show people are bat sh#t crazyWith only a couple of hours I decided to blanket cache LandsboroughA quick find after stopping for mozzie repellentThanks jasenjanine

Another quick find on this Sunday afternoon geoadventure. Once at GZ I soon found the cache, but as I was leaving I realised I took the hard way in, rats! Thanks anyway for the cache!
Been looking at this one for ages, finally made the walk out and was pleasantly surprised by the scenery. beware of the stinky sewer cover nearby though! haha TFTC
I was pleased I found this one quickly as I wasn't too keen on waking up the residents.
And we’re back at the Sunny Coast to finish off this months challenge, its been one hell of a struggle but we’re on the final stretch to get it done. Pheew!
After a short walk up the path we wandered in and quickly spotted the cache sitting in the open on the ground. Unsure where it was meant to be however we found a suitable spot that matches the description and coordinates.
Thanks for bringing us here.

Heading towards Landsborough after a short stop in Eudlo as I decided to go home to the GC via the back roads instead of the busy Highway. I missed getting this cache when I was recently staying locally here but today I managed to finally put a smilie on the map.
Thanks TaxisVW and DrPam (adopted by jasenjanine) for the neat hide.

Looking for a few caches this morning after visiting Maleny.
This was on the radar for geo-dad (Cliff5009) who was with me.
So stopped and walked into GZ.
Cache was full of water, tipped it upside down to drain while we signed the log.
Bag that had log in it also had some moisture. Still able to sign though.
Fixed up as much as we could, and returned to hiding spot.
Thanks for the cache!

On an errand with geoson, so we do a cache or two, or three, sometimes even twelve, today we only had time for three, and this was one on our must find list, Thanks for the hide, TaxisVW and DrPam, also jasenjanine, the container was half full of water, we emptied the water, and signed a very damp log, did not see any reason for the water entry, maybe condensation,
jasenjanine I found your cache Highway One - Landsborough on 12/6/2022, 2:55 pm. This is my find 3510 and find # 11 today. A quick and easy drive by. Thanks for the cache, mate! TNSLLN
I love Landy Town. This whole area, actually ️️. So much history, heritage and natural beauty. A few years back it was our second home, with me working in Maleny while our daughter was in prep there, and the other half working in landsborough itself. We always love to visit (and usually swing by Bucks bakery while here). Many good memories, and each visit creates more. But enough of that, and more about the cache. We were close by visiting the old rail tunnel so naturally had to convert this oldie to a find as well. It is still in good nick and I think has survived the original log it was stashed in. TFTC
In the Beerwah area for a couple of days visiting family and collecting a few caches as we drive around. Thanks to the COs for placing the caches for our enjoyment.
Out and about caching around Landsborough and Beerwah. Stopped by to find this cache. Found and signed log. TFTC
When i was out exploring new mtb trails north of landsborough the other day, i came within earshot of this long unfound cache on my map and so, pedalled on up to it.
A quick find and sign, then back into town and south this time.
Nice to find another in this series, they seem to be scattered to different cache owners everywhere now
Thanks jasenjanine for keeping this one alive for everyone to still find.

Our final day in Beerwah, today was to venture out and do the Venture labs and pick up a few other caches for the day, however it was not to be with the geocaching update affecting the the venture lad when we were halfway through our second, put a stop to that. We still managed to grab a few. Off to Kilcoy tomorrow, a day of rest, washing and then off to Somerset dam.

Day 3 Beerwah. Caching with the Snakepitters.
Had a full day planned, including several AL, but the day didn't go quite as planned as the AL app. seemed to have taken time which left us quite frustrated.
Our day took us through some wonderful countryside & up to some loations with magical views over the Sunshine Coast, a ownderful scenic loop.
Thankyou jasenjanine for placing this cache.

Detoured after lunch to grab this one before heading back to Ewan Maddock Dam. Quick find here.
After coffee and pastries in Landsborough, we were heading back towards EMD and the trails therein but ruzzelz suggested that we make a small detour and find this cache first. As usual, I overshot the mark and had to walk back 20m or so where I made a quick find and nikid1 and I signed our names. We then backtracked back to the trails to continue our ride. Thanks for the cache
I’ve passed this cache a couple of times and I actually thought it was a bit further up the road.
There’s usually muggles parked here too.
This time there was no one around, though bizarrely as we were signing the log a dad and child jogged past! Out here, that was unexpected!

A spontaneous day caching today with Wombles&Co and 1GiantPanda after I'd scored an unexpected day off work and 1GiantPanda one off school.
I had one particular cache as today's goal, and this one was on the way. Wombles&Co had apparently tried to collect this one a couple of times previously but had always come unstuck being able to look by muggles using this area.
Today however, there were no muggles around as we pulled up, so we headed over and made a quick find... just as someone charged past on the path!
Thanks for the cache jasenjanine.

Found with StreetWalkerNZ, after taking our son and daughter-in-law to the Landsborough train station to catch a train to Brisbane. An ideal caching opportunity .
We passed this en route from Landsborough to the Ewen Maddock Dam, so had to stop and look for it. A quick find and sign, then we were soon on our way. TFTC.

Found this one pretty quickly. Had some local honey from just down the road so decided this was a fine place to drop a foodie TB, TFTC
Were slightly scared to do this one at night, but thankfully the path in wasn't too bush-bashy . Have taken the TB and have left another.
We found an area to park the car and walked on it. We are getting close to the end of our early morning run before heading back home. We always find ourselves going just one more before we call it quits for the day, this caching just gets too addictive, especially when the rain has stopped again. But unfortunately work is calling.
It didn’t take us too long until we had the little treasure that we needed, then along comes a train taking people to work and we thought yep, that’s right we need to do that too, even though the idea of trudging around in the bushes for the day finding bits of plastics would be so much more funner…

After the recent heavy rains from ex-TC Debbie shelved my plans for a trip South due to extensive flooding, a visit to the hinterland seemed a better option. Today's trip took me through Landsborough, Moololah Valley, Woombye, Eudlo, Palmwoods and points in between picking up solved puzzles and a variety of other caches.
No problems finding this one today, also found a few others in this series. Thanks **TaxisVW and DrPam (adopted by jasenjanine)** for bringing us here, this find makes #3496. Discover our trackable TGQNRV .

The geodaughter and I were heading from Landsborough to Eudlo to find some caches. I had never been to Eudlo before but have seen the signs to turn off the highway and don't mind a visit to a country town to boost the economy. Lucky I'm a tight arse because when we eventually got there, there wasn't anything to spend money on.
As we were cruising along the old highway to this cache, the daughter is deeply involved on her phone and I just assumed she was watching youtube videos. I thought I had better start an actual conversation because I had a feeling that the phone reception might get a bit sketchy. I normally don't want to know what a teenage girl is looking at online but I built up the courage to ask the question: "What are you looking at?". There was a brief moment of silence where I got uncomfortable. Had I crossed the line? The response: "Gordon Ramsay on Instagram". Now I'm interested, tell me more.
As we pulled up to GZ to begin the search, I said I would do the looking if she did the reading (not past logs but Gordon Ramsay comments). I was able to make the find, all the while laughing at some of the things that guy posts online. I am still astounded that my daughter follows him online. tftc

Today, I had decided to go caching with some caching buddies, but had pulled out due to the amount of work I needed to get finished. Then I got a message from another caching buddy. She was taking the day off to get a few things sorted, but wanted to find a few caches too. As we would only be out for a few hours, I decided that the work could wait for that long. I picked up my caching buddy and we headed north.
Our destination for the morning was not far from here, so we decided to stop off to find this one. We managed to park the geomobile just off the road and made our way to GZ. There, the cache was qucikly located and the log signed. TFTC

In need of a little peace & serenity & what better way to get that than a trip to Eudlo & surrounds.
Chasing a few solved puzzles & adding a few extra smilies to our map.
Heading south towards home but still picking up a few 'close' ones as we go.
Drove to within 5 metres of the cache.
Hello, we aren't the only ones to visit today.
Selva Girls & stortigirls made an appearance before us.
Nice quick find where all is in good order.
Took TB but I notice it hasn't been logged in yet.
Made our mark & replaced as found.

Didn't find. We came across a snake & decided it was best to just leave that one!! Be careful everyone
I have to say that I have found this cache three times!!! If you need to ask how this is possible... You have not been caching with me yet. There are many a times where I have found a cache that I have forgotten to log.
I do admit, I must have searched for this cache a VERY long time ago when just starting out as I do remember not even knowing what I was looking for when searching for it and learning to use the APP. I never did find it mind you, nor DNF'ed it... I don't think I even knew what a DNF was at the time.
Then it was refound about a year or so ago and then when passing today I noticed on the map that this cache was not found and yes, once again, I did not log it from the last time I found it... I really wonder how many found-unlogged caches I have out there.
Well, it's not getting away this time and here is my 'Found It' log to lock it away for good!
Thanks for the cache jasenjanine. All is in great order here!
