Summer Holidays means we are hitting the road for our next adventure. Plenty of sun, sand and making memories are the plans. Whilst on our travels we of course will ensure to collect smilies. Today we found your cache easily and it was in good condition. Tftc.
Tftc returned to original co ordinates and log. (It was laying out in open near ocean)
Found it with a hint from the activity page, not as far up the trail. Returned where we found it. TFTC
Just looking at the recent logs it might be worth expanding your search in case the cache has been put back in a slightly different position. with thanks Liz and Bruce
Found it finally, not where the coordinates lead, it’s not the hollow log on the ground, it’s 15-20m away from this. I’ve attached a photo spoiler alert
We are traveling around Oz and staying at Cape Riche for a few days, loving the serenity. We took a wander to check out the beach, had a swim and then I went searching for the cache. I found it on the ground below what I assumed was it’s home, although my phones GPS still had me 20m from the location. Anyways, I signed and replaced in the place as per the hint. TFTC
Please replace this cache if you think it has gone missing. Kind regards Liz and Bruce
Came here Boxing Day with mandate7 we searched with no joy think we found the hollow log but no cache
Staying at Cape Riches for a couple of nights, and today megawat60 and I went for a drive here, which took us close to GZ. Short walk led to the cache, which he retrieved, I did signing duty and left a Hedgwig pathtag. Thanks for hiding this cache and bringing us here, Liz and Bruce.
Out ‘n about with m4yb getting a few caches.
A very peaceful night at camp then a short drive close to this GZ and an easy find. On arrival we noticed a huge bird of prey fly off then on walking back we spotted the remains of a large fish with big lips and a little way from it a dead seal.
We parked a bit closer to the exit and away from the dead animals for a very nice cleansing swim. Have a FP for this glorious location.

Found this on a three day expedition to Albany and surrounds in convoy with the ooh yeh team. Managed to team up with Richlink aswell for a number of caches around these parts that they hadn’t done.
A great long weekend and thanks to the locals for their caches. I look forward to finding more at the upcoming WAGB event in Albany.
Thanks

Headed down south for 3 days with Barnzy12. The weather wasnt the best, im not sure how may times we got drenched with rain. Found most of the caches that we went down there to find were found without issues with a few that took a bit of searching.
We met up with richlink and did the grove park series and also found the samuel de kock cache with them. Im very glad there was 5 of us doing the grove park caches as we struggled to find some of those caches. It was really hard in some spots to fight your way through the vegetation with the rain coming down and then we had to search for a preform tube somewhere on the ground. Number 3 must have taken at least 45 minutes to find. We were very happy once we had completed that series of caches.
We definately enjoyed finding all the roymerc caches and its lucky i have lots of fav points to hand out as they were very worthy of them. All in all a good weekend of caching and a big thanks to all the CO,S for placing these caches for us and everyone else to find.

We could not see a route to this oneon our maps but gave it a go anyway. So pleased we did. We drove the Suzi to within 50m then, wary of the soft sand we walked over & made a quick find. The log was very full so we legged it back to the car to get a new one( left the old one in place too) also left a pathtag. TFTC & the view Liz and Bruce
Camping at the beautiful cape riche camp ground, ducked of to track this one down with the Geoson

Me slow cruise along the highways and byways of WA continued this morning with a detour out to Riche Point
There were caching riches beyond expectation out there, as well as the expected wealth of scenery
Me maps were sadly lacking on how to get to the three caches on offer around here
A stop at the information parking bay, yielded some useful information though
I first ended up in the campground.
Busy place [:o]
At least a third of the Grey Nomad Army are encamped in southwest WA at the moment
Well I couldn't park there, so headed off along another road I had seen at the entrance to camping central.
Which took me down to Cheyne Inlet and the beach
Yep !! The track gets quite sandy at the end !!
With the geomobile parked on the beach, I set off the short distance to GZ
A cache was found safe and sound in its protective, wooden 'coffin'
TFTC and reason to visit Riche's place [^]

Another beautiful day down in the Great Southern. Today we headed eastwards, again chasing down more WA Explorers. Loved this peaceful little spot at the mouth of the Eyre River. Ralph enjoyed a romp on the beach while we were there too. Thank Liz and Bruce
Managed to drive to the inlet in a 2WD without any troubles. Bravely stuck in the hand hoping there were snakes, and fortunately was rewarded with the cache! TFTC.
Our first trip out to Cape Riche in many years. Parents used to camp here during the summer. TFTC which was an easy find and in good condition.
TFTC/TFTH had a great day caching, loved the view and lots of memories of staying at the farm walking down to the beach as a kid
Drove down to the beach after collecting the nearby explorer cache then had a wander over to make a quick find at GZ. Used a stick to poke about in the hollow just in case it wasnt a cache that popped out. Lucky for me it was what I was after.
Haven't been out here for quite a number of years and its still a great place.

I think I can see a whale? Nice walk. " Donatelife talk to your family and pass it on" left in caches. TFTC
Took our caravan (Small Avan) down the road successfully. What a gem of a place. Roos on the sand bounded away as we approached. Giving a favourite
Found while on our Nullarbor road trip to Perth for Christmas and New Years!
TFTC! Apologies for late logs, moving and uni made me keep putting it off!

Nice Drive.
Have not been there for years.
Forgot how nice we have it on the south coast.

Returned today to retrieve the 'unnamed' TB I placed in April. Long story but it was the TB called Gargamel from NL (Z8Y0Q1). I will officially place it and retrieve it so that the map of the TB can continue. Cache is in good condition.
A deserted beach! We set up and spent the afternoon fishing, snorkling and swimming. Wealth beyond Riches - a fitting name. TFTC.
We dropped off a TB but as yet unsure of the name as the cache we retrieved it from didn't have it listed. So I will update when the TB is logged in the cache I got it from or could the next person please set it on its way again?

What a beautiful spot for our 1000th cache. We parked within 60mtrs and had an easy find. So beautiful here we decided to stay for lunch. SL TNLN TFTC
The first caches for a while as Coast’n has been doing other things in this busy life. A fantastic three night stay in the van taking in the relaxed lifestyle that is Cape Riche. Warm weather, a few swims and a chance to find these two caches that have waited patiently for Coast’n to find. An easy find at a beautiful spot on the South Coast.
Visiting this area while staying in Bremer Bay. We have walked many beaches in WA since arriving in the state but the squeaky sand never ceases to make us smile . A delightful walk to this magic spot. SLTNLN[^]
Thanks for the cache, camping with friends and family. when the olds went to bed we decided to go for a walk and find the caches. lovely place, should be on the agenda of all passing travellers.
The road into this area is not the best and we nearly gave up and turned around. However, we continued and got within 400m of the cache before it got too boggy. The walk to the beach was pleasant as we listened to the squeaky sand! TFTH
Drove out to do this one after we had stopped here for lunch. We had to stop on the beach, unhitch our trailer and recover a man who thought his red Commodore was a 4WD. The cache was found before the recovery was completed.Car snatched out and we were soon on our way to the next one, Thanks Liz and Bruce. I know you would have found this highly amusing.
Perfect weather today and what could better than finishing a great day out 4 wheel driving by finding a cache in such a wonderful location. This is geocaching in it's purest form. TNLN
Thanks Liz & Bruce
Thanks Liz & Bruce
We where on a long coastal trip from lake jasper to Esperance and off course picked some caches up on our way.
Found it after walking along road from the camping area. Went back via track along coast. Great little spot and can recommend the camping area. Cold showers take a bit of getting used to Left "Tank Stop" geo coin which appears to have been taken before I could get back and log it. Took "All in One " geo coin. TFTC
After leaving the cars at the sceinic parking bay on the way in, we hiked up Mt Melville and over the back to the Eyre River which was followed to the coast to find the cache. Rest of the group were admiring the whales in the shallows. Walked along the beach to the 4WD track back to the camping ground via the Bond Store. Followed the gravel road towards the cars. Just past the side fence of the fishermans property there is a walk track through the bush back to the cars. Took about an hour and a half with stops for views, wildflowers, whales another cache and a look at the Bond Store. TFTC
We walked from the camping ground on a glorious day. Such a great spot. After doing the cache we went on for another km or so round the coastline - just magic.
Thanks Liz and Bruce - more than happy to be the minders of the cape Riche caches.
