On the way to church, but somehow - though we are usually late, ended up being unusually early!
Decided to make the most of the spare time, and find my cache for the day!
Wet grass, resulted in wet shoes... but a quick find. Decide to be even more awesome and make more of time by calling mum happy mums day after we found the cache as we were walking back to the car...
I'm good with time!!
Consec caching day # 553

Was on the way to a 10 o'clock meeting in Brighton when the guy I were meeting rung to say he was going to be 45 mins late. Hmmmm, what to do to fill in the time, easy find. TFTC.
GPS not working so great today but with a systematic search soon got there. Didn't see any TBs in the cache despite my sources telling me there were 2. TFTC
Nice place for a cache. Didn't take long to find. Like these big ones. The sun was beaming down on the freshly mown park. Hope you have more to place on scout sleep overs tftc
Nice easy find, last time here there were a few kids playing do didn't attempt tftc
Had to wait out some muggles in the playground but then more arrived. Managed to look like I was inspecting the shelter belt, found the cache (no TBs in here) and then maintained my ruse by walking all the way around the shelter belts. TFTC
On my way out to collect MacPacDad from Burwood Hospital after having ankle surgery and had to basically go past, so seemed rude not to stop. The major roadworks outside made this a little awkward but got there. Scouting is in the MacPacFamily blood being 3rd and 4th Generations in the movement and MacPacDaughter has just got her warrant as a leader so this cache has been on the radar as a must get for awhile.
[blue]Day 31 of our 31 Days of Caching Challenge.[/blue] [purple] We made IT!!![/purple] This was #16 of the 27 we found before the event today.
I was very relieved to see a toilet here *pun intended.* Afterwards the cache was quickly found by Mum while I was still trying to pinpoint GZ. The listed trackables are no longer here and it might be time to mark them missing. Thanks for the cache

977 - Like previous finders, I looked in a few places before turning up the well hidden stash. With scouts and others in the vicinity I can certainly see the reason for it being so well hidden, and it didn't take too long. I'm loving this nice weather, almost good enough to start thinking about camping.
Great location! Great hiding spot. Nice park too. My 5yr old really enjoyed doing this one.
Well done to find a spot for this size cache in this kind of his. Bag needs replacing, but all nice and dry. TFTC!
Great hide by the scout group. 2 travel bugs showing on my phone app, but none on website or in cache (??). Lovely park. TFTC.
Located in the first place I looked. Very well covered. No sign of the trackables that were supposed to be in the cache though. Thanks for the cache.
Brings back memories. Visitubg from the Waikato but I was brought up ib this area. Remember okaying tennis on the adjacent court in the late 70's
Tried looking at lunchtime, but with one muggle family & us we decided we'd stand out too much. We returned later in the afternoon & after waiting for some more muggles to leave we found the cache. Nice little find. Thanks.
Muggel family gathering and also CCC having a gardening day.. found it eventually tucked away nicely as suggested TFTC
Another one of Aslan*'s caches off the list, I must admit I am enjoying Aslan*'s tiki tour of Christchurch and it's surrounding environs of playgrounds, cemeteries, domains, schools, sports ground and other sundry items. Have never stopped by here even as a kid my mum used to drive to Vegepot to do the weekly vege shop and the egg place across the road. Thanks for placing this cache.

Quick find on the way home tonight. Lovely wee park...great for the scouts. TN:LN:SL. TFTC. #189 for us.
Reperio at 2030.
After a great week was had touring around the South Island with Roostaman...including attending the mega event in Dunedin...we spent today finding some caches in and around this beautiful city of Christchurch. At this time of night...there were no scouts around...or anyone else for that matter. We parked and walked over to GZ where the cache was quickly spotted.

Out and about for an afternoons family adventure. Passing by so made a 'quickish' stop-off to collect. A few muggles around but managed to corner the cache without trouble. Wee Dudes enjoyed the playground. Thanks.
1eyednbf nice cache my son goes to the marshlands scout at the hall close by, found just b4 going on a tramp.
Looking at caches in area, found this with my daughter at least 2 yrs ago. I remember the ground as i refereed a soccer game there years ago where there was a large lake in the middle of the ground and the players had to run around the outside, all very odd
What a wonderful spot, only trouble was putting my hand in and pulling it out cause I kept dropping it, but on the fourth attempt WIN! \0/
TFTH, took nothing but left a piggy and a star as swaps were looking sad.

Nice peaceful spot - I got to within 2m of a rabbit and he just sat and looked at me! Left Geo Jamboree5 Geocoin
Quick find. Great spot didn't even know this reserve existed and I drive past almost every day. Thank you.
1 This is our first find took a bit of practice but found eventually, Brilliant concept looking forward to many more TFTC
Found this one without too much trouble. Had to keep an eye on a muggle walking her dog around the perimeter of the park though. Many thanks for the cache!
No other bodies around today for my second attempt at this cache. The last time there was a football game on! Dropped in the proxy cache. Thanks
Many poplar places here - but I did get the right one.
This is an appropriate cache to drop off Papa Scout's TB, hope someone can move it on.
