We searched for ages however couldn't find it.
Many people have reported this one lost, so think in needs to be archived.

Been missing for some time. I see our old friend TreMichLan claims to have found it. Tui! But nobody since.
We ventured to the dark side of the town only not to find this one. What a busy road. We searched for quit some time with no luck, the security car didn't even turn up, but we did feel a bit uncomfortable with the thought that they may turn up. I think it is gone!!! We return when we know it is actually here.
I think this is one to concede defeat on for the time being, it's not worth getting caught!
A day out and about in the area collecting smilies.
With no quick success I read the logs and after another quick look I left before security showed up.

After reading previous logs thought that I would make this a quick dash in and out, unfortunately I didn't find the stash

Out and about in the Bayside suburbs with the Captain of Terror today...
Pulling up to this one we were instantly followed to the side of the road by a white ute... which turned out to be Port Security... I played dumb saying I had no idea where I was.... but he said not to stop there as it wasn't safe and pointed out where I was, where I should go... blah blah....
So as he drove away I suggested the Captain jump out and have a quick look and I drove around the other side to pick him up... I pulled over and started to look at logs to get an idea of where it was.... and saw how many people were having trouble with the Security here... not keen on getting into trouble I called the Captain over and suggested we leave.... he agreed... not the best place to be searching I think.
thanks anyway

Out and about with Whint today and this one was next. We had no sooner pulled up to grab on the way in and security was all over us. Whint played dumb and when he was out of sight I bailed out for the hunt. I was careful to stay very hidden and managed a thorough hunt I think but came up with no cache. Whint had been to the roundabout and back and we gave up before security came back and had us sussed out. Hmm.. not so sure about this one..
Stopped on the way to catch the ferry to moreton island. Didn't have much to look as I was running late for the ferry also didn't want the security to come by. Might attempt on the return.
Here in Brisbane on a business trip and a couple of hours to kill in the rental car and thought a drive out to the Port would be interesting. Cache still in place, but port officials not to keen on people lingering here. TFTC
=( no cache to be found here today , with a long time between finds im not sure this one is still here, got interupted by a security guard asking what we were doing , he said he hoped there wouldnt be a cache on their $500 000 port of brisbane sign , then told us to move on ... =(
Found today. As we were leaving the port security appeared on the other carriage way.
The book is a little wet.

On holiday from CHCH NZ.So had to find a few, while here.Found quickly on a very busy road, and enjoyed it very much.TFTC
Well I took another posters lead and struck up an animated conversation on my phone while I searched for the cache. Found it without to much trouble and got out before security arrived!
The security guard was on us straight away. They have a designated camera just for the sign. Too hard.
Well this was my first cache so I really had no Idea what I was looking for. Knowing the area I went out just on dusk so that not to many people would be about. After about 10 mins we found it and just as we were finishing off and leaving, the Port Security turned up so you can be sure their camera's are working. First cache on the First day of a new year.

Good spot for a cache, and I managed to remain relatively hidden while I searched. The hide wasn't what I'd been expecting, which lengthened the search for us a bit, but it wasn't all that long before we were able to sign the log. TFTC! ='.'=
I was out for a days caching with La Kedi and we just happen to drive to this one for the find, I enjoyed viiting this area. Thanks Happyharries for the cache.
We were expecting a different type of cache, considering the location.Saturday morning was a good time to find this one TFTC
Found eventually after work today nearby. Had to do a few laps of the structure and then read some older logs to come up with the prize. I had my truck parked off the side of the road at gz and was pretending to talk on my phone while searching, so i certainly wouldn't have attracted too much attention i hope. Tricky hide. Thanks for the hunt Happyharries
I felt exposed as I walked around the structure and it took me a couple of circuits of it before I located the cache.
The hint didn't help at all.
The hint didn't help at all.
Found it on the way home after a week on Morton Island and after a few snaps of the sign. The clue was a great help but did start me on the wrong path.
The Log book sure doen't match the cache size. TFTC

Well it didn't "come to hand relatively quickly" or at all. I could only "take photos" for so long. Think I'll give my pal Fang-man a call for help on this one seeing he was successful.
Talk about an exposed location. While I was "taking photos" I started the hunt. Thankfully it came to hand relatively quickly. TFTC Happyharries
Great spot for a cache. Enjoyed finding this one. Big cruise boat was in as well down at the port. TFTC
We thought we knew what we were looking for but when we couldn't find it we resorted to other options and eventually came up with the goods.
Thanks for the cache.
Thanks for the cache.
We made this one a lot harder than it needed to be!! Eventually found in good condition. No sign of listed trackable. TFTC happyharries. Interesting spot and thanks for bringing us out here
Svn07 and I took to the hunt looking for a slightly different container from what we found. After searching all the obvious spots, we resorted to thinking about "other" hides that could be placed here... Shortly after, Svn07 had the container in hand... [^]
Cheers happyharries.
Cheers happyharries.
Being quite familiar with the area I had a fair idea where this cache was hidden just from the name and a couple of logs. Proven correct and commenced a quick search with Gunnie69. Once we excluded what we were "expecting" to find I quickly had my hands on the cache.
Thanks for the cache HappyHarries. Cheers, svn07

The rain was pouring down but that didn't daunt us. Good search of the structure and it was in hand. Didn't notice a coin in the cache. Seems a bit mysterious - quite a few TBs are missing from the local caches. TFTC
Woohoo my first find of 2010.
For whatever reason that currently escapes us, we decided to do a cache hunt on the South/Bay Side of Brisbane at night. This was a nice place to come to and it did look rather nice all lit up. The monkeys missus was the first to have the cache in hand and the log was signed @ 808 pm....no TB sighted here.

Our first night run of 2010 and our first find for this run......we thought we would spice things up a little and head south of the river.....This was a great place to start and a really nice Object. Looks brilliant all lit up at night.....signed the log @ 2007 as we waved to a few passing trucks and with our Geobuddy Loupyloo in tow.
TFTC and thanks for bringing us to the south side.
Also added a new zip lock bag as the previous one was torn.

Drove to near GZ, got a screwdriver out of my car and walked to GZ hoping to look like a maintenance guy (but probably failing to do so). I searched with trucks whizzing past and had nearly given up when I accidentally found the cache. SL. TFTC Happyharries

I figured it was about time I tried to find this cache again
Surely the security videos of my last visit have been erased by now
So confident that I wouldn't be recognised I rode out to the port on the pushbike.
An easy peasy find this time around.
I must have been in the zone
TFTC and more truck spotting [^]

After failing to find 'Fort Lytton', we found this one (with my mate sniffme) after a bit of a hunt.
This was my first 'official' find after tagging along for a few.

Cool found it. We left some little snakes in this micro. So watch out when you open it.

Whoops, bit of a late log, sorry! Grabbed this one while out with DisSister and The Marble. Never been here before! Quite a cool sign...
We were nearby so decided to do a quick detour to find this one. It wasn't busy today thankfully and the cache was found quickly. Thanks Happyharries
Thanks Happyharries,
I come up to the port for work every so often and was pleased to grab one during a quick lunch break.
TNLN
Signed log out of sight of the "all seeing eye" and got back to work.

A quick find which I'm glad it was. I didn't feel all that comfortable knowing cameras could be watching me. TFTH.
Not as quick a find as it should have been. Cache is indeed in a sheltered spot and the hint was helpful. Glad I went for this on a public holiday as it would be very difficult during rush hour... TFTC
I always enjoy a bike ride out to the Port.
You can ride all the way around and get to see so much more from the saddle
The 'sculpture' a few hundred metres before the cache is quite amusing I think
But my problems today were not the cameras. It was the tractors and weedsprayers who timed their arrival with mine. It is incredible how often it happens !! [:o]
They didn't take much notice of me though and I made a 'phone call' as I looked around for the cache.
But now that I have read the other finder's logs I think I looking in the wrong places
I'll have to dig deeper to find this one

Out this morning to nab a few of the relatively local caches that still elude our finding.
Mrs Ksix was out and about with Mrs HappyHarries when she placed this particular cache. Not logging the cache then and there, we decided to come back today and without the help of Mrs Ksix, the rest of the Ksix crew hunted and found this cache today. We found a TB in the cache, but that meant, I assume it was the previous finder, had left the log book out of the cache and sitting on top of it [8O]. We grabbed the TB and fixed the cache as it should have been.
Thanks for the hunt Happyharries
Cheers,
Ksix

Slight delay in logging the Travel Bug. We had trouble getting it all in the container, so returned later and replaced the metal container with a small tupperware box which should be more weather proof. The Travel Bug was gone and already on its way! - took the Magnet to go to another cache
Spent quite a few minutes smiling for the camera and looking for this one while lots of cars raced by - even on Easter Saturday. Expecting a visit from the local security guys but they must have been busy - or know about the cache.
Had some trouble finding this one as it's not where I'd put it. Not many caches are, it seems [:o)]. Was ever so happy to have signed the log and escaped before security arrived. All those camera signs are pretty intimidating. TN/LN.
Found by Sunshine Toledo and Jinga at 10:05am. Lots of traffic whizzing past here but too busy to know what we were doing. We kept smiles on our faces just in case the cameras were rolling. TFTC
Foound at 0645 a quick find in a surprisingly sheltered spot on a raining morning. Cache goodand dry. TFTC.
I must have arrived just before the next shift was due to start. The spotlights at GZ were on and there seemed to be a continuous stream of traffic heading toward the port. Any after a bit of patience and a bit of persistance, the cache was eventually found. Now is that camera about 400m a speed camera (as per the sign opposite GZ) or just a security camera. I guess I'll find out soon enough. TFTC
First to log but unfortunately not first to find.
An easy find but I am sure the cars driving by were wondering what I was doing in this area.
The log book is already slightly damp even though it is in a plastic bag.

FTF in Brisbane. Thanks for the cache. The log book and information sheet was wet, we couldn't write in our visit, but we left a visitors card.
Hooray .
A lucky Friday the 13th for us
A FTF in Oz for me and Raven - sa
our first and hopefully not our last.
raven-sa walked straight to it without GPS
Dropped visitors card
Logbook damp and not suitable to write on.
Great location
Easy find in the end
