Garden area has been updated by the Council, and cache has gone missing. Time to archive this cache - I am amazed it has lasted as long as it has.

This one has grown legs and walked away. I found the location and after a thorough search I resorted to checking the spoiler. Well I was on the right track but it was not there.

I think this is too popular an area for drinking folks. Many late at night, as well as 11am next morning.

On my first visit to Cairns in many years I had some time before dinner so went for a walk around the corner to this busy spot. the Irish pub was full of revellers and even though you can get to GZ without them seeing there are more people sitting around nearby. Luckily I picked the right thing which reminded me of several others I know and made a quick find. Log book is very wet, it's as though it's still operational! I found a dryish page and signed. Didn't look for the TBs listed as being there, bet they're long gone.

Easy find on this one in an expected place.. (thanks for the helpful clues, would have been really hard at this time of day with out them).. now to get back to the conference before we miss out on too much.. Thanks herd of Camels for the cache, and find # 1179

Found at 1315. There was no one around at this time. Came initially at 1100 but there were people everywhere. No Trackables here. Log very damp and not able to make my pen work on the paper. Scribbled a YOF on it but hard to see.

Even though quite busy in the evenings, we only had to be careful because of the muggle taxi drivers. Log & additional sheet are quite damp.
Didn't have an own pen to log, therefore this will have to do.
No TBs there anymore. Probably gone missing.

During our trip through Australia we tried to find as many caches as possible at all main attractions where we went. This is number 63. TFTC!

I was wondering what the reference to the camel was all about - then the penny dropped finally when I saw the owner's name! I'm pretty sure neither of the trackables are in the cache, so they should be marked as missing. We arrived on dusk with no torch to assist, so it was good to have nice clear directions. Caching in a group is always helpful in these circumstances with lots of muggles about - plenty of cover available. ^MIKMAR^ and I introduced another new cacher in our group who is now an avid convert too. TFTC - now on to dinner...

The log-book was so wet I am surprised my pen wrote.

Almost was accosted by a muggle on this one. There are plenty of muggles loitering about in this area so a rainy day might work in your favor when going for this one. Clever cache. TFTC.

Found after having dinner in town. Walked past it a couple times first before we caught on what it was.

Under the cover of darkness (although there were plenty of people around) a quick find was made. The logbook however is very damp and needs drying out. TFTC!

Great hide. Found on a wet day in Cairns although we went from one white tiled garden bed to another as the GPS jumped around with the heavy cloud cover. Left Cologne Pride TB. TFTC

Quick easy find, fantastic container! Had quite a bit of water in it though, log book soaked. Took a cock and left a creepy crawly. It said there should be 2 trackables in there but there was none. Must of got there before Team Outnabout did or I could of picked up that coin =)

Found by a crew of okysmates on a slightly milder day in cairns. One of the little oky's mates was very impressed with a nearby pizzeria and both little oky's mates enjoyed a play on the playground while some of the big oky's mates checked out a few shops

On my trip around the world I first visited the States and travelled from there to Australia.
Now I'm exploring the whole country driving from east to south to west to north to the Uluru and to the east again.
Geocaching can take you to spots you would never visit and so I used my trip to find some caches in every state and country.

Found on a stop over between flights. Used the clue for a qwuick find, then a tropical downpour, so this was only cache today . back to the airport. TFTC.

Had to wait for local itinerants to move, took about half an hour. TNLN, TFTC.

Brahms6 found this one. It was a quick sneaky grab but then we had to wander off a fair distance to open cache and signe log etc. Of course some muggles decided to get out of the rain and come sit next to us. So we pretended we were ignorant and got up and moved. Putting it back was tricky but we climed arund with the camera and took photos of plants whilst we made the drop. Did not sign the log as we did not take a pen with us. Took the "10 Year Tag TB" left Coin.

I found this cache about 2 years back with a friend - we left the pokemon card!

Lot´s of mugglers around but we managed to retreive the cache and fill out the logbook during daytime. First cache in North Quensland on a three week stay down from Sweden.TFTC!

A lap of the garden bed prior to identifying the correct cache hide. The single sheet of paper which was the log was soaked, so dried the inside of the cache container and replaced the log with a new book. Left a 10 Year Tag A Bondz 88 trackable if someone would like to generate some frequent flyer miles with it.

Found while visiting Cairns aboard the ms Amsterdam. After exploring the waterfront, we walked through the middle of town and made this easy find. We had to wait out a few muggles to actually grab the cache, but finally did it unobserved. The log was missing, so we signed and left a piece of paper in the otherwise empty container. Nice hide. TFTC.

I spotted this one early in the day but a couple was sitting right by it so I decided to press on and find the other caches in the area. when I came back the cache was looking lonely. I had to pretend to check my phone till the muggles were looking the other way then I deftly snagged it and pretended to look at a map while I signed the log. Clever camo. Im a fan. TFTC.

An awesome cache! Spotted this one after some looking around the general area, our GPS not the best. Very well disguised, I bet the city council doesn't even know it's there! TFTC!

On a family holiday to Cairns, we were wandering around the city centre and headed for the nearest cache. There were people everywhere and we were not optimistic, then as we rounded the nearest corner we saw that GZ was vacant. Bewdy! Made a quick grab and replaced without anyone noticing.
