### **OWNER MAINTENANCE REQUIRED?** ###
I notice from recent log entries that this cache would seem to be in need of owner intervention
Everyone likes finding a well maintained cache with a dry logbook. Unfortunately, there are one or more comments in regard to the state of the cache log for this cache, which leads one to the contention that the cache container is no longer weather proof.
A basic tenet of geocaching is that **the cache log needs to be signed to record a find,** see here: [Logging of All Physical Geocaches](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#logging). At the moment this would seem to be extremely difficult if not impossible to meet that requirement in regard to this cache. I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Prompt attention by cache owners to any log that indicates anything could be amiss is greatly appreciated by all seekers. The guideline advises; ***"if you can't check/fix it straight away then Disable it till you can."*** see here: [Owner is responsible for visits to the physical location,](http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance ) and here's how; [Temporarily Disable and Enable,](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235) also check out this Blog: [Helpful Tips To Keep In Mind As A Geocache Owner.](http://www.geocaching.com/blog/2015/03/you-hid-your-first-geocache-now-what/)
Please respond to this situation by **27th June** to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
**And don't forget,** once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; [Removing the Needs Maintenance Icon](http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404) and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; [Temporarily Disable and Enable](https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 ) to get your cache up and running again.

Found by Geochild while geoparents were discussing history of the location. The log seriously wet. Thanks. Silkyie
Drove into this area only to find it teaming with guys and their motorbikes. As they were just loading them to leave, we went and did another in this series, hoping that they would be gone when we returned. They weren't. Petal and I decided to go and have a look anyway. I didn't realise until these caches brought us here, that they are named after a location. Not much left now and unfortunaly, the log is extremely wet and moulding. A quick and easy find. Thanks for bringing us here and thanks for the cache.
Another decaying remnant of times gone by. Drove here twice, but motor bike riders slow to finish paking the bikes on trailers, but Petal & Geoturtle walked to GZ without attracting too much attention. Log wet and mouldy, but an easy find here.
Thanks FLIPPER&CO for another placement here in Crossover.

Found with gwd.aussie while exploring the area. Concerns that the cache was located near some rotting meat but luckily after some searching gwd.aussie had cache in hand.

After searching for a while ready to give up after a long day of caching I decided to go for a stroll and have a look at what was left of the old train station upon my walk back something stood out and caught my eye behold it was the Cache, original log book still wet but the new one added is still dry, noticing that where the Cache is to where the coordinates are, are a bit out these are coordinates we found this cache at s38 02.977 E145 58.252 tftc with geodude#74
A nice day for caching today with Lilmissgeo and the kids. This one took a bit of searching. A lot of prickles, but the cache was soon found and the new log signed. Old log a bit too wet to use. Found the cache a few metres away from where the GPS was putting me at GZ, it was not in or behind the prickles. TFTC!
Found with tassie expat. Compass was spinning a bit but wasn't too bad. A few scratches getting it and log was mouldy so tassie replaced it with a fresh one. Tftc
Out geocaching with frmen1 for St Valentine's Day (any excuse lol). This took a bit of searching. Log book mouldy, so I added a new sheet in its own baggy. TFTC
Wasn't sure I was in the right spot, and about to head off when noticed something slightly unusual... logbook soaking wet (tried drying it out best I could in 5mins) - at least the duck was happy!
Pulled into the parking area and there were a couple of cars and horse floats, but no one around.
After a short search had cache in hand, black berries weren't a problem.

I was wondering where the station was as I pulled up. There were two vehicles with horse floats already in the parking area and I thought I might have to save it for later, but on further examination there were no muggles around. I followed my GPS between some trees and all was revealed. The rotting remains of a station platform. I made my way along the front of the platform and spotted the cache. Thanks Flipper&Co
Very overgrown area with blackberries. Was hesisitant to poke around for fear of spiders and scratches.
Travelling around Australia in our Caravan with our cat.
Staying in Neerim today Mr Felix headed out to tackle the caches that we could walk to along this rail trail. Wow this was indeed a nasty hide, overgrown with blackberries. Mr Felix was about to give up when Mrs Felix offered some advice from afar in her thongs and within a few mins the cache was located.
TFTC to the various owners. The weather was threatening but turned out to be a nice walk. Looking forward to meeting other geocachers at the next Australian Geocaching Mega event

A couple of new caches had come up and decided when I had a couple of hours spare I would drive up to Neerim South and get a cache or three.
After a DNF at the new "Tarago Views" cache nearby I decided to have a try at finding a couple of caches in the area on my way home.
I parked in the parking area next to GZ. The sky was very gray, and was starting to turn black. I made the decision that I would have a go at locating this cache. GZ is over grown; the grass was long and wet. My GPSr didn’t want to settle down, so I put it in my pocket and started the search. I poked and prodded in every hole that I could see. (maybe some I couldn't see as well.) After a while; rain started to fall as it turned out it was only a few spots and didn't last long. I checked the hint and sort of made out what it meant. So I searched a bit more. I was not having any luck. I had been searching for about 30 minutes. I read some of the logs to see if I could get any hint from them, but alas not one clue amongst them. As I headed back to the car I thought I would try the GPSr again. With the colour of sky and tree cover I didn't hold much hope that it would be to accurate. As it turned out the coordinates where spot on. I had a quick poke around in a couple of spots that I had searched before with no luck. I then tried a spot that was slightly hidden behind some young black berries and other plants. A quick rummage, and low and behold there was the cache.
I quickly signed the log and hid the cache and made my way back to the car.

Spent a reasonable time looking for this one but eventually had to admit defeat. Thanks anyway for the challenge.
This one was horrifying. There were bones everywhere, a carnivores skull, some huge shoulder and leg bones.... x--x
A quick find, this place is becoming a candidate for a cito event. Took tb left kids swaps.
After wandering back from Jindivick to Rokeby, I saw a few caches here and in between farm visits and showers managed to grab a few.
Parked in the open area on the side of the road and checked out the old station whilst waiting for GPSr to settle (stuck 28 m away on the road grrrr). Once I got the app up and running again with limited reception made to GZ and started to look in obvious spots and widened the search area to make the discovery.
Thanks for the cache.

Gps was drunk or something and spun in circles. Smell of rotting carcass put me off lunch.
Parked the car off loaded the bike and went for a ride with the boys to neerim east. Got back and saw there was a cache close by .Quick pick up and was on my way home. thanx for the cache and all the caching fun
Thankfully a quick find, as it is about to rain. Never been out here and certainly didn't know that there was a platform out here. TFTC

What are all the cars doing here? They were transport for the dirt bike group and when we did a "u" turn we parked directly behind one of the bikers getting changed. He was standing behind his 4WD just in his jocks! Don't know who got the biggest surprise. He took little notice of what we were doing so we made a quick grab. You would not know that a station or railway line had ever been here now. It is a bit sad in a way. Left ladybug, TNSL. Thanks for cache.
Found @ 3:43pm, find # 896.
While in the area, we thought we could have a look for a few more caches.
Arrived at GZ and made a quicker than expected find as the cache was a bit exposed, rehide it a bit better.

I found this cache today as the 25th of 36 on our Round Trip to Warragul with Alansee and Rebel Acts. Been here before. Hmmm, the old cache is still live and only just a few metres away. That's a bit unusual. Thanks from D B-A.
Found on a sunny caching day. Took a little longer to find but got there. Thanks FLIPPER&CO. Didn't expect to find any of your caches here!
Previously found this cache with Geo_Lightly at Easter. We have since registered, hence the name De Ja Vu. Left a recently acquired Travel Bug on it's way back to England. TFTC

On arrival my attention was drawn to the sawmill in the paddock and the locked gate with the keep out signs on it [:o]
So how do I get to the station and the cache ?
I could see no signs of anything around me.
A quick consultation with the GPS at last put me on the right track to find the cache
And there in amongst all the roadside vegetation was .... a station [:o]

The partner to the previous cache at another site of the multi. We had a quick look around before finding the cache. We noticed the old saw mill was still there although it looked a bit more run down. Loved the old station area, it is a pity that the locals don't restore this area as well. Would have made a great place for a Sunday Market. Thanks Flipper&Co for the cache.
Think I might've compromised the hide somewhat when an ENORMOUS plank proved surprisingly easy to move. Doubt that this place is likely to be muggled though...

OK I am guilty of not logging caches over the last year or two. Due to 2 operations and rehab it has made it difficult to log caches even though I have been mostly chair bound sitting for short times has been difficult as well.
What I have done is create this log in an attempt to bring our found and DNF's up to date so I can resume my normal habit of stories rather than a TNLN - TFTC.
Most of these logs will not include the owners team name so I think it is appropriate to say a Big Thank the cache owners for their caches and some wonderful memories of caching adventures.
Also thanks to Team Crackers who have made our caching trips so much fun and their help in working out what caches we did and when.

1215hrs. Found in a very good spot on an even wetter day. TNLN. thanks for the cache.
A strange little spot in the middle of nowhere - with a train station! There were lots of cars/bike trailers parked here and we could hear bikes so we had to work fast. We split up as the signal wasn't great and very shortly Miss E had located the cache. We quickly signed the log and replaced the cache before the bikes returned to their vehicles. Little did I know....I picked up a hitch hiker here....of the blood-sucking variety! TNLN TFTH. Elmer.
This was cache # 4 of 11 for the day, on our way over to Druin for a 40th birthday party. We parked very close to GZ and Mr's acts2 gave instructions from the vehicle. it would have looked funny to people to see me in my best party clothes wearing gum boots to avoid getting to dirty. My thanks to FLIPPER&CO for the cache.

For some reason, I was expecting to see the remains of a station building here and, as I approached GZ in my car, I was a bit dismayed because an area of churned up mud seemed to indicate that it had been removed. After finding the cache (without much trouble ) and seeing how the station was laid out, I decided that it hadn't been a building in that spot - just some hoons doing a few burnouts (or "mudouts").

Thanks again FLIPPER&CO - you've placed some really good caches in some great spots around here.

Thanks FLIPPER&CO for another insight into Victoria's lost rail heritage. Hard to believe there was once a station here, but traces could clearly be seen.I was wary of spiders lurking in hidy holes, so was slow and took more care than usual. Took nothing, left nothing, signed logbook. I am the newbie referred to previously - nice to have an experienced geocacher (Trunksnsuch) along with me (thanks for all your tips and tricks).
