Yep, we too made a quick trip out here today... and yet again the cache has gone walkies (second cache from a second site).
Have always said that this was out worst ever placement, and to be fair it was primarily just to poke some fun at Aucklanders.
Time to archive guys.

Out on the wing, ran in for the try, but ref ruled I had put a foot in touch. Added to watchlist. Will come back when cache has been checked.
Finally solved the clues, went looking and found the spot where it should have been hanging, but it wasn't there
Bah, barely started the search when Dad and kid on quad bike turned up, disapeared for another cache came back they were still there, gave up. Caches and playgrounds don't work for me - no kids.
YAY, I finally managed to locate the cache. What a mission this one has been. everything from it being muggled, to me just not having my caching brain on.
Finally I turned up with my caching brain on and was able to put my hand on it.
Thanks for the cache

Didn't realise the coordinates had changed so was rather supprised when I approached GZ. Will be back sometime
After the last reported DNF we decided to whip out for a quick check... and yes unfortunately the cache had in fact gone!
However we have now put out a replacement (all be it a slightly smaller size), in a slightly varied location.
The listing, clue, and final co-ords have all been updated.
Happy hunting

Of all of the caches that TFM have placed, we consider this to have been our worst placement (to be fair it was mainly put in place to have a wee crack at the Aucklanders!)... so will have a bit of a think over the next week or so as to whether or not this one gets replaced or archived.

Well ho ho ho, we might be from Auckland, but Mrs TT is a Mooloo girl at heart. Went to many matches when Don Clark was THE MAN. Great puzzle, and Mr TT had fun solving it. Thought the final location was interesting too. TFTC
Did the research a while ago, and was in the area to score this one this evening. Well done! Thanks
MUch to my surprise I worked the puzzle out correctly and as I live near the real Eden Park so trying not to look too Blue as WELSH and I located the Chief cache. T4TC
Last find of the day in Hamilton before leaving Chiefs country and back to the home of the Blues. TFTC

Phew! Found the touchline this time and got the ball in behind the upright for a 5 pointer. The touchline had moved a few metres from last time which caused all the controversy with the previous video ref. No issues today though!

Got to GZ and it looks like a scrum and a few rucks have been held at GZ , oh and a bit of cursing
Thought I had better check the clue on this one as not to add to the damage - nice simple find after that.
Hppo(hope I got that right ) spotted me as I returned to the car, had a chat, but had to move along to get back to Auckland early.
Good to meet you guys.[/blue]

Worked the puzzle out earlier in the week and were ready to make the find today. Being a bit overcast and cold there were not too many muggles around. Interestingly though, just as we arrived and were parking the car, another geocacher was leaving. Grampy cheekily asked, "Did you find it?" When the answer came back, "Yep". We knew we shared the same hobby. Good luck The Wonderstuff another milestone is ready to be ticked off.
Made a meal of this cache. Tried to solve the puzzle a couple of weeks ago but made a silly maths error and when a night find was attempted the GPS was pointing me into a maze crop that was clearly on private property. Took a couple of optimistic steps in but bailed out when it was obviously "not right".
Attempt number 2 with the maths issue resolved took me to a much more likely location but in the middle of a grassy field with no likely hiding places within 30 m or so ..... grrrr. The kids had a bit of a hunt without any luck. Home again to check the numbers. Turns out that my naive belief that the internet is always right has been shattered - the website I was looking at had one of the scores wrong!
Headed out at dusk tonight full of confidence and sure enough the GPS took me straight to it and had it in hand within 5 seconds of arriving at GZ.
Looking forward to Mooloo2 which surely must be coming to celebrate the 2009 thrashing of the Blues.
Many thanks

I hate puzzles, but this one was bordering on do-able for my puny puzzle solving abilities. Solved a while ago, and it made me smile when I spotted where the final was hidden via MemoryMap. Went in for the touchdown this morning, but the video ref decided no try awarded!
Oh dear, the video referee had to be severely reprimanded at the after-match debrief, and as a result he has actually been given the sack.
The reason being that the match tape was reviewed and a try should have been awarded after-all... the "ball" is definately still over the touch line, in behind the upright.
Apologies GG, but next time you go for a try there will be a different (hopefully better) video ref and result.

Found on our second visit with earthie after a previous calculation error. Not very good for a die hard Chiefs supporter!! TNLN TFTC
Found by Mr Earthie. Cache was a bit exposed so we hide it a bit better. TNLN TFTC

Nice easy find for the final, after we sorted the GPSr, NINO TFTC another enjoyable one
Solved puzzle yesterday and had an easy find today. Thanks for the puzzle and cache. Took TB
Dare I admit that I'm not a rugby follower - yeah, I'm kiwi. But chasing a pig's bladder full of air, around a muddy field is not my kind of entertainment.
So, here's this puzzle, what do I do...... Ah, I know. Data collected, without Mr Google. Then the maths quickly miscalculated onto private property. Check, see I'm out by ten, then obvious place for this cache hide.... matching the listing, duh!
GPSr zero'd out.... slid right in, reached behind and came up with nothing. Went right, slid right in, reached behind and scored a cache!

Finally got to touch down. Couldn't go the great match last Saturday as I was in Blues country at the Who concert TFTC
Found this one without too much trouble. Watch the field of play is not getting destroyed when going in for the try. Took out geocoin Go the mooloos TFTC
Did the calculations whilst watching the Chiefs 63-34 thumping of the Blues.
The Etrex Summit was accurate enough for a less than one minute find. Who needs a Colorado ?
+ a marble, - nothing.

#236. A good weekend to review a few Chiefs v Blues results! TFM may have to revise the puzzle to include Friday's score...
Quiet spot this afternoon, easy find.

Had to let the Kids play on the playground for a while as the guy across the road mowed his lawns. They seemed happy about that. Once the mowing was finshed we moved in for a try.

The better half was away in Auckland with the Colorado so I had to "break out" the Old Garmin 60c today. Nearly had forgotten howe to use it!!
For some reason I had a bit of trouble finding ? A.
Got there in the end and when I checked the where abouts of the final there was an Aha moment of course.
The 60 C had me 17 mtrs away but checked the logical places and we then scored a 5 Pointer !!
Good one

Pipped at the post for FTF by Twigster!! Not sure what time it was first found but return2nai and I were 2nd with it in our hot little hands at 1940hours. Good little puzzle - even for me who is not remotely rugby oriented!!
Solved it and would love to be able to score a maximum bonus point for the FTF but ref has blown his whistle for a high tackle and sent us to the sin bin also known as Whakatane, 200km away!!
Thanks for a great Puzzle that isnt specifically for IT nuts, but more for us general sport buffs!!

Well this was a great cache to do very enjoyable. I was lucky yet again, standing right in front of the computer when this came on line. So straight to the trusty Google to get the results and away I went. I had to think about the clue for a while at GZ it definitely had me thinking. Found the cache and searched through it to make sure......... yes I had done it FTF.
Logged it at about 19:20hrs
