Quick find
Out with the JAMS crew for a weekend down the York's. The JAMS members along this weekend were JJ52, Allister w, Mogni and Sir_spectre. We came to finish off the last of the finish line for all of us and then goto a CITO event i was hosting near Kalpara. JJ52 and Allister W were target some certain cache types for the hard sounvier online bage. After Finishing the fishing line geoart we cached along the coast to Edithburgh and still only got to Edithburgh for dinner. Saturday was a cooler day for power trailing and only 1 snake was sighted, sunday started off cold but soon turned in to nice caching weather. We stopped for lunch in Stansbury on the way home.

Another weekend away with the JAMS team heading over to Yorkes to finally complete the fishing line along with other random caches that one or another of us had not found. It was a fun couple of days, Saturday was cold and windy along the coast but Sunday was a lovely sunny day with no wind, perfect for caching. After completing the fishing line...yay! we headed towards the coast and picked up a few caches around Port Moorowie before winding our way to Edithburgh where we stayed the night. Sunday morning we drove around Edithburgh then walked from there to Coobowie. After finishing there we headed to Wool Bay to avenge a couple of previous DNF's. Then it was lunch in Stansbury before heading to the CITO near Kulpara. A great weekend and lots of different caches found.
Took a little while to find in the sour sobs and long grass.
Thanks for the cache.

was a little harder to find, but was still easy. there was a snake right under the cache, so we did just move the cache next to where we found it cause we did find it right above the snake, so didn’t want to wake the snake up cause we didn’t want to get killed
Another great winters day out with iluvtrekking picking up finds around Edithburgh. Quick find here. Replaced sodden container with a sistema and new log. Thanks for the hide.
We are enjoying caching around the area whilst staying nearby. Its great to learn about the different locations.
Oh dear, this cache is in really bad condition! The lid is missing and the cache is full of water and dirt. Couldn't even get to the log. Have attached photo.
Thanks for the cache.

Container has seen better days. GZ also guarded by giant bugs so watch out if you don’t like bugs.
Quick find....have "replaced" cache and log. Other has broken lid and notebook has dried out but crumbly. New paper for log and ziplock bag in old one, but needs replacing.
New container and log needed as other has no lid, log unuseable. Have put paper for log in ziplock bag for temporary fix.
I was only here last night doing the trail. Came back and made a quick stop here. Cache and contents are all good
A quick overnight trip to the Yorkes for 1.5 days of solid caching. I did a bit of the geoart by myself before meeting up with Davidwazza for a majority of the day caching around Innes National Park. With an event in the evening in Edithburgh headed over there before going for a nice walk along the water front for the evening. Day 2 I made my way from Edithburgh along the coast line and back home by lunch time. A total of 169 caches for the trip.
Thanks for the cache

Day 206 (Sunday 22nd) of our trip. Caching along the way. In Warooka today. A total of 36 for the day and 4951 for the trip. TFTC
Spending the long weekend on the Yorke Peninsula. I parked the car in Coobowie and I set off on my bike towards Edithburgh. A great path between the two towns makes for an enjoyable ride and perfect for geocaching. I picked lots of geocaches along the way.
Once at Edithburgh, I explored the town and grabbed a couple more caches south of the city before returning back to Edithburg for some dinner.
One or two were difficult finds, but the vast majority were found without problems. All caches were in good condition.

A huge weekend of geocaching with Mary from Aussie M & M. We got ourselves a lovely little cottage in Kadina and made this our base. So many caches and so little time we had to target certain ones that we felt were special enough to get a visit. As per normal we fixed any that needed some love so other could find them after us.
Thanks to Rocky Glen Grommets from mogni

Some caches take us to really interesting places and views and this is one of those. I am really surprised that only 2 other finders have given this one a favourite point. I must think differently to most people. Mind you if Liz and Bruce love this cache, I am in good company. Really nice spot to look at the Causeway here.
TFTC and for all who maintain it. All good here at the moment.

We have a small team travelling to The Yorke Peninsula from Canberra. It was decided by the group before we left that our team name would be DTY, although I act like the boss, I rarely am and so the initials actually stand for - dty73, Tankengine & Youban.
Today was the last day on the Peninsula before we head hone tomorrow. So the team decided that it was a “tourist day” and we would go have a look down the coast a bit. But of course like true geocachers we couldn’t help taking a caching route as we went. We ended up getting a lot more than we expected, but we did have a good time.
I do like this little causeway. The cache was a straightforward find. Tftc!!!

Found with dty73 and youban on our Yorke Peninsula invasion! All logs signed DTY (dty73/Tankengine/youban). - Had a great day today, in that we didn't do any of the power trails! That was a very nice change! So a nice variety and some very nice locations! Thanks!
As this is a generic log comments relevant to this cache will be placed at the end. On a caching trip with Dty73 & Tankengine to Yorke Peninsula. Team signed as DTY. Thank you all the cache owners who have put so much effort in placing and maintaining these caches. Our last day on the peninsula so we decided that we would explore the area around Edithburgh. The weather had turned chilly and the odd spit of rain came and went. Naturally we approached the cache through the long grass and left by a much shorter, clearer route. I liked this one & gave it a Favourite. Kutgw

In town for work and had a few hours spare.

Was a lovely walk in the sun and all caches were nice finds with little trouble involved.
Thanks Rocky Glen Grommets and Dazzatron/Margieh

Today we explored Yorketown and then travelled to the southern end of Wool Bay and through to Coobowie and finished at Edithburgh using Geocaching as a guide and picking up a few caches on the way with Roostaman and this was one of them. An easy find at GZ.
Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache for our enjoyment.

A perfect Spring day for a drive to Edithburgh with Tassie Trekkers.
Not many muggles around on these roads, and mostly good quick finds.
Thanks for the cache Rocky Glen Grommets,

Despite accurate coordinates, it took a few minutes to locate this cache because a tree had fallen over GZ.. The cache and contents were in good condition. Thanks Rocky Glen Grommets for the cache.
#2393 A tentative walk into gz in quite warm sunny conditions. Cache found without any issue. An interesting history surrounding the causeway and the effects on the environment. Glad they came up with a solution to the problem. TFTC Rocky Glen Grommets.
I had cause to be cruising the causeway this morning on a bike ride to Edith's place
This caches position,
well off the road,
caused me to get a heap of burrs and grass seeds in me socks [:o]
Amazing how they can hide in the socks for so long,
and then hours or even days later start stabbing you in the feet

Found during our family holiday to Coobowie. Another windy day so plan was to cache and walk the walk between Coobowie and Edithburgh. A nice quick find on a little detour off track. Container is starting to show signs of UV damage and may need to be replaced in the short term. TFTC
Family holiday at Coobowie this year. Too windy to fish so caching the area the next best option. Found with Deltaducks and Sharkbait2005 during a walk along the coast trail to Edithburgh. Interesting history of the causeway. Thanks for brining us to this spot. Tftc

One for the cause on what became a day of caching in the rain, in the good company of fellow Geelong cachers Suscoe. After three days of geo-art, conventional caches were a pleasant change.
Our thanks to Rocky Glen Grommets for placing this cache.

Suscoe and Phetlern headed out today for an adventure across the foot of the Yorke.
It was quite a wet day really with steady rain for much of the day.
We found lots of caches as we wandered the back roads of this area.
The countryside was green and the crops were looking good.
Thanks to the Rocky Glen Grommets for this cache a pleasant spot even in the rain.,
