Thanks for organising the night. Learnt some interesting things and appreciated meeting a number of people and being able to put some faces to the names.
Thanks again
Thanks again
It was great to see a turn out of the size we saw last night! It was most unexpected, guess that adds weight to future weeknight toolbox events! Thanks to everyone who came along, I even picked up a few tips myself.
Great to see some familiar faces, meet some new ones, and of course learn a little more about HTML for better looking cache pages.
Learnt a little more about paperless geocaching and it was good to see Cachemate as we use GPXSonar, so we could compare them.
. . . and of course see a few more trackables.
Thanks to Neil and Darren for their presentations, and the work that went into them.

I was really enjoying this event and couldn't understand why Mum and Dad kept taking me outside. I was glad that so many people were there to discover my Travel Bug.
Very pleased to see the number of people attending the event and joining the association. I see a future for these weeknight events, along with weekend events. Thank you to the attendees.
Already have ideas for Geocaching 102.

Good to see so many local cachers at the event. Thanks to the organisers/presenters for a job well done. A good motivation to be better organised with our paperless caching.
First meeting of this type that we have attended. Went with my son Cattledog-81 and enjoyed the information gained. Great to put faces to the geo-names that you see logged. Thanks for the evening. We will make sure that we can attend other group functions in the future.
How good a night was that!
I thought I had known enough about HTML, but I came away with a handfull more new examples to jazz my cache listing up with.
Great toolbox talk from Neil about paperless caching. I have already put into practice some of the GSAK tips.
It was a great evening and I can only hope that these sorts of evening can become a more regular event.
Thanks again Darren for organising the event and the rest of the guys involved with the Association.

An excellent and informative evening. May prove expensive though. I foresee a premium membership in my future.
I agree with Mr Darcy - it will probably prove an expensive night as I too might have to get premium membership - and maybe even a new computer So many new tips and ideas to try out!
It was great to meet some of the famous names of NSW geocaching too - thanks to everyone, you are all so friendly.

Dropping in some Coins. GeoDaisy is looking for a trip O/S. I hope there will be someone who can help out there.
And a fun time was had by all, even surprised to see someone turn up who I mentioned caching to last weekend at a totally different hobby weekend! Great to meet some new faces, have a nice feed and have a nice discussion about some of the technology associated with caching. In TB. Out Coin. Thanks guys.
I had a great time, met lots of familiar "names" and ran into a few familiar faces.
A very informative night. I'll be downloading just more than a few bytes over the next few days. Thanks for the info.

I will have to get into some more up to date caching methods, GSAK sounds very interesting, thanks for the night, good to see some 'old' and 'new' faces.
Thanks one and all for a most enjoyable & informative evening hope to see most of you again in 2 weeks "in the Bluies". Thanks to Spindoc & Webbie for the great presentations
Thanks for organising an interesting meeting. It was good to get together to discuss devices, methods, and to discover the swag of trackables.
We are now planning on attending. Coin drop - some for travel, some for discovery only.
Accidently brought a couple of TBs to the meeting. How fortuitous! Had them in my cache bag as I haven't been able to find a cache large enough since I got them. Oh, and the meeting was very interesting too.
A good night I think was had by all. Bit disappointed to see people were happy to discover the trackables but not take them to move them along.
See you at the Bluies event in a week or so.

See you all at the next event

Am contemplating coming along with GeoWife and Geo3yo (hopefully will fall asleep in a lap). Is the room where the meeting will be held suitable for children (under supervision)?
Edit: I rang the club and it is. Children must remain under supervision at all times.
I can bring a TB, but for discovering only, not swapping (I have some assistance lined up to acheive its goal).

Sorry guys (and gals), I will be back at work when I should have been abseiling and rockclimbing at Monkey Face instead.
For those unable to attend we are planning to record some of it and upload it to our website.

If I can knock off early I'll try and attend. I need some inspiration and a good dinner.

Noted into the mobile phone that keeps all my appointments; I should be there. Hurrah for events at a time when I'm actually free. Even more hurrah for it being exceptionally close by.
Count me in.
I'm all ears.. and eyes, and ....feet... In fact, nearly always feet first when the eyes and ears don't work so well.

Would love to attend to get some tips but by the time it is over Ãts WAY past bed time
I will be presenting a "talk" on paperless geocaching, some tips on using GSAK and of course happy to answer any new geocachers questions.
This is an ideal opportunity for new cachers to come along and get good advice on how to make technology work for you to make your geocaching more enjoyable.
It really does not matter how stupid you think your questions may be, we all started with no experience, some are luckier to have someone to guide them in their early first few caches. We are here to offer advice and help for those who are new to this great past time.
Don't know how to get waypoints into your GPS? Electronic Mapping? Google Earth? GSAK? Paperless Caching? Developing a nervous tick over a particular cache? I'm sure there will be someone there who can help you out.

sounds good. I'll bring a list of allllllllll the caches I can't find and see what hints I can pick up!
I also need to work out how to beat ruffasgutts to new caches when I'm stuck in an office building all day and he seems free to roam the streets in the chance of a new cache being published!

That's number three son's birthday, but if I can get away with it, I'll come along. I'm especially interested in the paperless caching talk. This is a great idea for an event.
Spindoc Bob will be there.
Please note that a resolution will be presented at the meeting, to include two sections into the consitution. They involve the not-for-profit status of the association and desolution orders. These will be formally presented soon.
