This is not being maintained anymore. Please change it mine to redo it.

With all the DNFs this one needs a check by the CO.

25-Sep-21
This geocacher reported that the cache might be missing.

21-Sep-21
No luck on this one today. Probably needs a check by the CO to see if it's still here.

31-Aug-21
After three teams of searching, it's not there. Will be archived soon I hope. The find on the 22/7 is false, they are full of crap. I will be renewing this cash soon.

31-Aug-21
Owners are not responding to requests and have had three teams looking for it. Most likely thrown accidentally on a clean up.

15-Aug-21
Couldn't find it

04-Aug-21
As with some previous geocaches I couldn't fine this one either. Although my search was cut short by a muggle driving up and paring at the GZ. I waited awhile hoping he would leave but this must be his morning tea spot so I left it for another day.

27-Jul-21

5/10/20 Find #4205

Fangsoki, Pprime, Crew153 and I were on a log weekend of adventure in and around Gladstone, concentrating mainly on the older caches.
This spot gave us two for the price of one, so we pulled in and checked out the info sign, the rocks, and of course the meridian marker, where both Pprime and Crew153 had to get their GPS to match.
The cache was quickly located here, with Crew153 doing the signing honours while I grabbed a few photos.
Thanks for the cache dbrown64.

05-Oct-20
After an awesome long weekend adventure in Gladstone Region, along with Crew 153, 1MinnieMoo and Fangsoki, we are now heading homeward - via some more side trips. Mostly targeting older caches, and whatever else popped up on our radar. We had noticed a few of these rocks around here, now we know why.
Thanks dbrown64 for entertaining me at this location.
Cool *{Overall find #8107}* Cool

05-Oct-20
1MinnieMoo, Pprime, Crew 153, and I had headed west for a bit and decided to drop in on this cache.

We do love all the zeroes. And predictably Pprime sat there with his GPSr to get all the zeroes happening. I got a rude gesture when I pointed out that's exactly what he would do. Uncalled for!

We found the cache with no problems at all. The cache was in good condition. TFTC dbrown64 Smile

05-Oct-20
A long weekend caching trip to Gladstone had been planned with 1MinnieMoo, Pprime and Fangsoki and a list of target caches had been prepared.

We were taking the long way home to Brisbane and this cache was on the list. We pulled up close and it evident where we would locate the cache and we were not disappointed.

Day twelve of my outback Queensland trip and the plan today is to complete an oldie and a couple of earth caches in the Springsure area. Having completed those it was then a “whereto go to next” do I head back up and go along the Blackwater etc Hwy, do I go into Moura and head east or do I turn left at Rolleston and do Carnarvon gorge. So it straight on and in the distance I see another old cache, ok that’s the goal.

With no caches between here and Moura it was a quick but boring drive. After a previous few DNF's I was hoping for a find, and as I arrived here I got a good idea of the hide. The cache was an easy find and in good condition. With the log signed and cache returned as found, it was onto the next one. Thank you for placing it here, I really enjoyed the drive around this area today.

Travelling around in the school holidays with no real destination we found ourselves searching for sapphires at the willows. Now on our way home we stopped and stayed here at Moura. Interesting location here. Unfortunately the cache was just lying on the ground at gz. We had to take a guess at where it should be hidden, but replaced as best we could. Thanks for the cache!

Knowing I was travelling through Moura toward Springsure today, I had to stop here. This is one of those cool, odd spots that you can brag to people you've been to. Having read the logs I was a bit dubious about finding this one, but I thought outside the box and had it in my hand within 2 minutes. Tftc and the bragging rights dbrown64 Big Grin

Another visit to the North Pole this morning,
and I foraged around for the cache Razz
A closer look at a few spots I should have checked properly last time,
and all me Christmases came at once Big Grin

A very well hidden cache indeed [^]

PS: Best you park next to the highway and not on the sealed area away from the road,
as roadtrains are using this as a turning area while the roadworks are on Smile

Our GPS wasn't too well behaved here. Now, that I am logging this cache, whilst at a Motel, I've realised a hint in the name (maybe). Too late to drive back now.

Holy rocks what a walk. As I had a day off from work I decided to walk down from Moura....
It was a great walk, but I had not reasised how busy the roud was. Worth another cache in the area I thinks, so watch the name.
Anyway once I arrived I thought I was going to have a DNF and would not have been happy after that long walk, but after re thinking the clue I found it. This is a grat hide and also an intresting place. Worth a fav from me. TFTC.
