I have decided to take a few caches out of play. They have probably had their time and will now leave room for others to place caches in this area. I no longer live in the immediate area. Picked up the container today while out caching so newer caches in the area. Thank you to everyone who has visited and enjoyed finding this cache.
I wasn't quite sure just where to look as the GPS was taking me to somewhere that wasn't obvious, but; oh wow, there it is! TFTC
There seems to be quite a few abandoned schools in this area. Some still standing and others not.

Its raining, Its pouring, Our geotoddler is snoring, It won't be long until our geobaby, Is also in the land of nodding. Drive by literally. We could see the cache from the car as we pulled over. . . . . TFTC...eatmorchikin & Stigglepot.
After visiting another old school just outside Kingaroy i was keen to see the difference.
Was a shame to only find a sign & the only remaining house stump.
It is good to see though that our heritage is still remembered.

Co-ordinates had us looking on the other side of the road for a start, but after some thought found it fairly easily.
Lovely drive out here. Was expecting a derelict building or something but I guess its been nearly 70 years since the school closed so there's nothing left now. Interesting history though.

On a trip to the Bunya's with Xusia. Found this one on the way without too much problem, cache perhaps a little too exposed. Re-hid a bit better. Loved the hiding technique TFTC
Found at 1250Hrs. Not much of the old school left now. Tried to hide the cache as best as I could, but it didn't want to stay hidden.

Imagine what it was like around here when there were enough children for a small school. Quick find as the cache's cover was flipped - perhaps by the wind. Enjoyed the explore down the back roads. TFTC Speedmistress.

I think this is the third school site I've visited today, and still there an interesting place to see. Found the cache and all's well with it. TFTC.

Found by Sunshine Toledo and Her Majesty at 2:30pm on a day trip to the north of Dalby caching. After our coffee we went for a drive and to look over Jimbour Station; what an interesting place. This cache had pride of place on a back road; another interesting old school site. TFTC
Quick find today by the Downey Clan on our way to Dalby for an Easter caching run.
