It looks like yet again this cache has gone - had only just replaced it for the umpteenth time. Will have to look for an alternative. Sorry to those who have been brought on a wild goose chase
A thorough search revealed a likely spot for the cache, but no cache here today as previous hunter reported. I will also send a photo to CO.
Didn't find this one today, had a nice look around and found a possible hiding spot. I took a photo and will send to the CO to determine if it's been muggled. Great spot however, I loved it. I never would have known this was here without coming for this cache.
Found on our holiday to Fish Creek. It was a very pleasant drive on the dirt road from Toora to this cache - it was definately worth the trip in the end! Once we found the bird hide at GZ, we had a rough prediction on where it might have been - sure enough, after carefully examining the hide, the cache was spotted. A very clever hide in such an awesome location. TFTC FlyingPigSquadron!

Nice hide!! Stopped here to dial into a meeting, then walked the 20 m and spend too much time looking for the cache!! Well hidden!!

Great place. Omg we looked high and low. And even looked in this spot about 5 times. Were camping near here so came over at about 10pm with torches in hand. TYFC
Great spot lucky for me it was the first place that was checked.
Thanks FlyingPigSquadron FTC.

Heading home from Sale via the coastal route and diverted to grab this cache. the drive in is interesting, a very narrow piece of land surrounded by mangrove swamp! Parked at the end and followed the GPSr to the bird hide and started hunting, and kept hunting until I finally found the blighter - in about the first place I looked, just not good enough the first, second and third times! Nicely placed. The wind was really howling today so not much to look out outside! Thanks to FlyingPigSquadron for this one.
Decided to take the 'scenic' route back to Melbourne, then it started to rain. Found some shelter and the hide as the light was fading. Cache in good condition.
Did not find - checked in and around, outside, all the usual places but we are empty handed.
Nice and quiet spot on a windy day - spotted 2 pelicans, a handful of crabs and 3 jellyfish (willing to bet i got spotted by a lot more) TFTC
TFTC walked to GZ and found immediately - ellybow85 was preparing for a big hunt but i got there too quick! Can't believe I haven't been here before - very serene. Spotted an echidna on the way down, so drive slow!
Thanks creator saw black swans and sandpipers spent a long time taking in the views of Wilsons Prom a special spot
I am glad we finally got back to do this cache, we looked at it when we started caching in 2012 and had no idea. A quick find today.
Travelling around Australia in our Caravan with our cat.
Today we set about exploring the area between Toora & Yarram.
Very windy and overcast today, got a fright when the one of the shutters fell off at my feet, thanks to the wind. [8)]

TFTC almost nearly missed it!!! Reading past logs now, I should have taken a clue from there . 1/9/2014 first day of Spring
A pleasant enough afternoon, so a spot of geocaching was in order. Fourth for the day, and I joined the long list who had looked before, did not find, then found when they had just about given up. Pity there's not an instruction pamphlet?
Almost gave up.. Returned to car.. Thought I'd check one last time.. Cache in hand!
Woohoo TFTC

Today we explored Welshpool, Toora and surrounds using geocaching as our guide.
We found 13 caches and this was one of them. Thanks to all cache owners for placing and maintaining these caches for our enjoyment.

Great little hide, really cool area. Couldn't sign log as I had no pen, rookie mistake TFTC!
Found it!! Couldn't sign though because we were without a pen.
Great little find, researched some birds as well!
Hit my knee on the seat benches!! Ouch!!!!

I couldnt find it and i think there should be some hints. Or could someone help me?
Was looking for a park n grab, but someone else was hogging the spot next to gz. Parked further around and took the boardwalk to gz. Nice spot. Arrived at gz unsure of which direction to take, so checked attributes to see that terrain was very easy. Nearly gave up, but pulled out the torch on my phone to check a few dark spots and tiny potential hidey holes and soon after was signing log. TFTC
We are on a short holiday from Bendigo to Bermagui with a couple of nights in Port Welshpool on the way home. Apart from the great weather and beaches we wanted to collect caches in the maps we were missing for the Victoria Country Road Atlas Challenge GCY98X.
We have Spotty Wot with us. She has cached for years with our daughter as well as with her aunts and has now started logging in her own name.
This was our last day of caching while we travelled around Toora and Foster on a wet miserable day.
Found by Spotty Wot almost straight away. Not much to see today - they were too smart to be out there in this weather.

FlyingPigSquadron has landed! at last - to replace cache sorry for the delay but it was unavoidable
Unfortunately this cache has been muggled. We are o our way to Sydney and will reset - possibly in a new location on our return
No good today looked around for 20 mins or so muggles turned up so we left it for another day
Didn't even realise this was here, despite having driven to the boat ramp several times. TFTC
FlyingPigSquadron has landed! No maintenance required everything safe & sound
Went back to try find again and we think we found it but not quiet 100% sure. It looks likes its gotten wet if its a diary log... :@
Could not find.. Was right on GZ (I think that's right).. anyway GPS said 0mts away... Had 4 of us looking..
We always wondered what was down here, and now we know! What a great vantage point. Took a couple of snaps of the wind turbines on my phone and had to smile when I saw a dragonfly zooming past in one of the pics. Love it Beautiful weather, a couple of friendly muggles about, a nice easy drive, and a 12/12/12 souvenir to boot. TFTC Flyingpigs.
Where else would you hide a cache indeed! How did we miss this one on 2 previous visits? It always seems so obvious, after it's found. Thanks to the CO for the little hint without giving too much away. We were both so sure that we covered this location thoroughly on our previous attempts. We brought along 2 extra helpers today (my mum and her girlfriend). They enjoyed the hunt and are fascinated with geocaching too. Nearby carpark very busy today with fishermen on such a beautiful day. Thanks FlyingPigSquadron.
Yay found today with a lil hint from Nautilus74 was able to find in sec's sl tftc
Must be my lucky day found it in the 2nd place I looked. thanks 'FPS' for another cache, when driving through Toora I saw signs referring to GZ. and I wondered if it was gunna be where the cache was and it was !! A lovely spot to observe... 74 solo caching today.

The Guruess and I thought that we would do a spot of geocaching between Foster and Toora on a sunny winter's afternoon. Pity I didn't download the latest logs. The GZ co-ordinates appear to be west of the hide. We'll have another go later.
As others have noted, GZ appears to be out in the foliage. Don't be confused and trample the bush - it's in, on or under the obvious structure.
We were lucky enough to get there just before dusk as the tide was rushing in - got some brilliant photos.
Well worth the drive

Was unable to locate the cache look high n low all the most likely places no luck maybe nxt time
Found by Mary & David at 1350. A thrill to see so many birds flying by, especially our favourite pelicans. None at GZ though, but the views across to the Prom made up for that. Our indicated GZ was about 8m away from the cache, and had us checking out some unlikely places, but common sense took us to the correct vicinity where a systematic search revealed the container and its new log book. Our thanks to FlyingPigSquadron.
Searched for about half an hour second attempt even hint didnt help not sure if missing or we were blind on day.
FlyingPigSquadron has landed! This cache has not been removed. It is snug and safe!
We looked everywhere couldn't find it spoke to other cacher and confirmed it has been removed.
Leaving frustrated we got within 2 meters but nooooooo we still didn't find it grrrrrrrrrrrrrr (((((?(
Have been here with Gonefishen07 searching for this cache but could not find it. Gonefishen07 got a little advice from FlyingPigSquadron and lucky for me passed it on so it was an easy find today. Thanks for bringing me here again. SL Tgeocoin L1

finally found it 12.10pm. Last time GPS had me looking 6 or 7 meters from where it should have. Thanks for the hint. Nice sneaky hide. T1 (TB) L1 TFTC
spent quite sometime looking for this with Hearse068 and 2 geo kids couldn't find it so after 1/2 hr called it quits or else we would never make it to The Prom in time.
Searched and searched with Gonefishen07 but this cache is still out there for us to find on another geocaching day out.
FlyingPigSquadron has landed! for a maintenance check after DNFs - cache still in place
Found in a sneaky spot - well where else would it be! Took TB and left TB. Thanks for showing us this location.
After short delay, cache replaced in slightly different position. All previous finders welcome to re-find - the view's just as good!

FlyingPigSquadron just checking - unfortunately the area has undergone a much needed renovation and cache is no longer there. Will try and get it back into circulation in a new spot as soon as possible. Thank you for the heads up
like know-mads, another dnf. Looked EVERYWHERE with geo parents and geo grandparents, but no cache.
Spent quite a bit of time searching all the areas a cache could be but no luck so gave up and moved on. TFTC spot
Picked up on the way home from our camping trip, sensational little spot here, more than good enough to take an extended lunch break. TFTC.
I thought this area would be worth the diversion to get to and I was right. I was so disappointed that I had left my camera at home as the clear early morning light was perfect for photos.
Featherdown made the find here which saved me looking in a dozen potential spots.
Thanks for showing us this place flyingpigsquadron

The only cache that I can genuinely lay claim to have found first on this trip as I quickly laid my hands on the prize.
Enjoyed exploring the rest of the hide after that and the wonderful views over the wetlands.

There is quite an interesting area around gz which also offers great views of the prom and even though it was low tide there were quite a few black swans to be seen.

for bird watching down here. Thanks for the cache at this spot Squadron.

1142 I won't say "A little birdie told me where it was" but it had lots of poop on it. TFTC FlyingPigSquadron
Thinking we knew the location of this cache we headed off down the wrong road !!!!! Our mobile home is not well suited to 'bush bashing' so progress came to an abrupt halt as soon as things started to get 'off track'. A quick reversal saw up take the correct road to an area that was once the unofficial tip for the local township. My My what a difference - a beautifully maintained wetland, bird hide and board walks compliment the boat launching facilities now.
It's a pity the milk factory has closed down, it supplied heated water to the local swimming pool in the past.

Light was fading rapidly - had two caches left to complete the day's planned run. But which one? Where else would you choose? By the time we reached here it was almost dark, not light enough to see any birds. Not much hope of finding a micro, however with the aid of artificial light we made the find at 1725hrs. The last cache of a very successful day. Took the pathtag only to find it was exactly the same as an earlier one! Will be back to find some birds one day.
