I am archiving this cache after noting that no appropriate action has been taken to restore it, and I have not received any communication from the Cache Owner, vidahoy, regarding a request for more time.Circumstances that prevent timely maintenance can arise, and I've provided ample opportunity for the Cache Owner to get in touch. However, with no updates or restorative maintenance completed, I can only conclude that this cache has been abandoned. Therefore, it is being archived to clear the way for new cache placements by other interested players in this location. Caches archived for this reason are ineligible to be Unarchived.[Balayang -Geoff](https://www.geocaching.com/email/?guid=35e8567e-6d62-483c-9e3d-c8ec0ffd25bd)Volunteer Community Reviewer -Australia
### Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner. The cache owner needs to:* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present. Otherwise :* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information.. **Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**. Alternatively:* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by vidahoy and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache. *Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches. Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.Thank youBalayangCommunity Reviewer -Australia
This cache is more than likely missing and from what Ive gathered, the owner has likely not been active for well over 3 years.
Nice easy find which is great considering the cars were actually pretty consistent. Glad caching brought us to this part of Perth, particularly enjoyed the walk down along the river nearby. TFTC!
After enjoying the gorgeous flowers at Araluen for a little too long it was off to take Nancy to work and what better way to wait for her game to finish than a spot of Geocaching?
With a wander by the river with Wildflower and Lonewolf while Spectator1 Sat enjoying the view

Parked at the suggested parking on intuition and walked over to GZ.
Cache was found quickly and as we had a suitable replacement cache with us have left that in place of the lidless one we found.

A kid free day during the school holidays calls for a caching challenge. After some talk over the last week SirFancy and I decided that the goal for today was to to hit as many LGA’s as possible.
After we dropped the kids off a vac care we started the grabbing caches around the Fremantle area before following the river towards the city.
After lunch we continued north to Padbury before making our way through Noranda, Belmont and South Perth.
By the time we got back to pick the kids up after a full day out collecting 23 finds, 1 Adventure Lab and 1 DNF across 21 LGA’s to more than double my previous best.

I added my name to the log at 11:13 on 13/1/22.
This is find number 3882 for me.

A day out caching with Cirrus_WA, our goal for the day was how many LGA’s we could get in one day.
We ended up with 21 LGA’s, which is a decent effort.
Seen many spectacular views and some unique caches.
Replaced container with exact same.
This is my 1299 find.
Thank you vidahoy for placing and maintaining this cache.
Geology rocks but Geography is where it’s at!

What an effort it's taken to reach 10 finds today! The lid is missing.
10 for 17 today...

I found it on the ground next to a coffee cup. I replaced the log with waterproof paper but I did not have my magnets with me. Original log is still in cache. Lid is missing. TFTC
I was hoping that this one was in the Shire of Peppermint Grove too, but looks like it counts towards Claremont instead. Cache is at the end of its life I'd say. Muggle partner spotted the cache beifre I could. Nice spot, thanks for placing.
Nice quick find here. Have added paper as the old stuff was squished in the bottom of the container. TFTC
Teamwork saw me throw Me&B out if the car to fund this one. Fortunately a quick find.
A busy little corner this one.
Thankfully didn’t have to look hard at all.
Thanks for the cache

Sneaky sneaky! Came across a few barriers but you’ll find it one way or another TFTC
A quick find.
All good here with a new log in a ziplock bag placed by the previous finder. The mint tin is lidless but in a spot that should keep everything safe and dry.
TFTC Perrycom adopted by vidahoy this is find # 9491 for us.

Nice find by Guiness12. Busy corner. We added a new log to the cache and a plastic bag to keep it all dry.
Log is full and cache has no lid. So it needs some TLC.
Cheers Perrycom adopted by vidahoy! I found your cache today (Saturday 29/2/20 at 09:43).
See you at WAGB 2020 in Albany & Denmark (May 29-31)!

Lovely walk along the river but a steep climb. Tin found easily however needs some love as it has no lid. TFTC

Noticed I was yet to find a cache in Claremont LGA, final one in Perth metro.

We were headed north towards Perth this morning and just had to pick up a few caches along the way, along with ilook4geo. This cache was a nice easy find and nobody was around to notice our wander and activity, apart from the muggles driving by. Signing happened, with 2 more names being to the list of finders. Thanks go to Perrycom for this nice easy to find cache placement and to vidahoy for maintaining it when necessary.
Going north and doing some caching for the morning, with goingplaces2. This was an easy find after managing to park nearby on a side road. TFTC.
A busy corner. Coordinates had is within 4m of cache. Thanks for the quick find.
Found this cache a while ago when we did not have an account. Logging it on account now. TFTC
