Despite the fact that the post has come away from the top of the cache i did manage to get the lid up by using the lanyard on my GPSr it was not all that easy bit i did manage to get it up.
Great idea i love the thinking behind the hide there were a few muggles around even @ This hour of the Morning but it was a nice easy just the way i like them @ such an early hour of the morning.
BTW: There is no sign of the coin that is spose to in the Cache.

Yes i does need to be fixed or modified in sone form to make it able to get to the container.
Team BAPHA found cache but couldn't access because post bolts have snapped off. Tried to raise, however need more tools.
Great hide, despite the traffic this cache was realtively muggle free.
Picked up on a spur of the moemnt heading home. Thanks

We found this cache while on a bike ride from Southbank to Williamstown with some friends. The hide was excellent. Wouldn't have guessed without accessing the hints. We didn't have anything appropriate to swap. Thanks for the excellent cache.
Our first cache in Victoria, we found this one while waiting for the boat.

668. Had this one printed since June2009, Good thing I didn't leave a TB, it has a Name change as well, seen some others like this one, signed log 6;30pm.(I like these caches with a seat nearby) TeamLadava-TFTC
3rd time lucky this morning with a lack of muggles around - cache is healthy and looks to being maintained by the council contractors in the area , thanks TeamLadava
Great hide! And all the muggles were either in town for the Christmas parade or on the beach in St. Kilda. TFTC
WOW this is an awesome cache !! Good hide ! I couldnt believe it when i actually found it .
After picking up my SHOCKING wins from the Melbourne cup i thought id try this again after a few previous attempts when there always seemed to be too many ppl around ! Great hide !!

I remember the TB Cache that used to be here, so I thought it would be a very quick find this time. However the place is now very different... the fence is gone, and so are many of the bushes and shrubs. I spent some time scratching around in the low bushes (I hadn't seen the hint, and didn't have it with me), until I suddenly remembered that this was a Team Ladava cache. Then it hit me - your famously constructed hides! 15 seconds later and I had the cache in my hands. Well done on a brazen and well-constructed hide, once again. TNLNSL.
I found another excellent Team Ladava cache like this on a trip north, so this one was an easy find. I love these ones. Beautiful spot too on a balmy spring evening. Thanks.
This was my fourth attempt to grab this cache. The first time I visited it, the place was swarming with council workers cleaning up the area - no chance of grabbing the cache unnoticed. Fortunately the cache survived the cleanup.
Three weeks ago I walked from home in Elwood to just beyond the cache and then back, as part of a 19 km. walk. There was a group of people using the nearby BBQ so again I had to defer.
The next week I did a slightly longer walk but again, was unable to grab the cache due to nearby muggles. Today, after caching further away, I returned via this cache and found an opportunity to get in and grab it. Its proof of how good a disguise it has that it survived the cleanup. Thanks for the cache.

A nice but chilli stroll along the waterfront before we boarded the boat to take us home. TSLSSL, Thanks
We really enjoy these hides.. Kitten #1 is making retrieval her specialty! Logged quickly as the wind and clouds had not yet lived up the promise of a warmer day. TNLN thanks for another TL!
A bold hide indeed! One of 3 interesting caches in this vicinity on a perfect day with the bike pedalling smoothly.
Thanks!
Thanks!
I never tire of finding caches like this, great construction and well designed. I was surprised that there were no TBs in it until I read the cache notes, lucky I didn't place any in there! The water looked great so early in the morning and the rain clouds created an intimidating atmosphere.
Thanks for bringing me here this morning,

Was back at surf life saving Victoria for another conference and realized that I never logged this cache last time I was here.
Nice hide.
Nice hide.
Arrived after a day of meetings and the GPSr and the phone both had me on top of a low fence at the GZ with nothing in sight that looked "cachie". Had to resort to the clue, this had me checking a couple of posts along the footpath then a real worry occurred. Having found a couple of clever hides using these materials, there on the ground near to what appeared to be recent council gardening activity was a couple of candidates to be a destroyed cache. Finally decided to give into instinct instead of blind obedience to the charlatan GZ coord and soon found what I was looking for.

Having done quite a few Team Ladava caches by now, I knew what to expect - but I must say this one's really firm and, if I hadn't been sure of what I was looking for, I don't think I would have twigged that it was anything other than what it pretends to be. The lack of surrounding cover does make it very exposed to muggle observation but, as long as people are careful, I see no reason why it shouldn't have a very long life.

We found our 24th Team Ladava cache at 2:15pm as the 7th of 16 on our North of the Bay Afternoon. We had to outwait some boys playing right next to the cache which took about 10 minutes by the beach. Ah, it's a tough life. This was the 6th of 7 caches we have found today that has had a previous geocache in that park.We have almost doubled our cache finds since the last one here. As always, love your work. Thanks for the cache from D, H & A B-A.
Easy find at 0630 on a Thursday.
The area has been cleared, no wonder the old cache in this area had gone.

We found this one at 12:00.. What a beautiful place... it was a fresh winters day but the sun was shining so it was the perfect place to go exploring! It's a very clever hide (one of my favourites so far!) and has given us some ideas for when we place our first cache!! I can imagine muggles would be a problem in the warmer months!

I have always wondered why this cache was not the TB hotel that it was obviously designed for.
After reading the notes I wonder no more but still could admire the Ladava handiwork yet again while retrieving a simple trad hide.
There was no writing implement in the cache so I left a pencil.
Thanks Team Ladava.

had time to kill while waiting to get back on the boat to tassie nice easy find good walk for zeus the dog before he locked up in cage for boat trip TFTF took key tags left 5 cent coin and wallet card holder.
Found it this evening at around 1830 with muggle ex-boss Wayno. He knew nothing of geocaching, so after quick intro, we took a stroll nice scenic strill down from the tram (well actually the pub.) And he was amazed.... and quietly just a little bit hooked I think.
Cache was nice and easy - I know what I am looking for - I've found 2 Team Ladava caches befor. Still gotta admire that Ladava engineering excellence.
There is plenty of "stuff" in there but nothing trackable. Took nothing, left nothing.
Thanks for the awesome cache again T.L.

Having found a sister cache near Tullamarine Airport last weekend, I knew what to look for and found the cache quite easily, although the "disassembly" was a little difficult and required the use of all my appendages - well, four of them anyway.
I retrieved the heart of the matter, and sat on a nearby bench to log it.
So far so good. As I returned to the site however, I noticed a council worker approaching, spraying weeds in the surrounding lawns.
He didn't spot me but I felt that I should retreat until he had finished, so I returned to my car and listened to another five minutes of my current audio book, Clive Cussler's Medusa. He had then passed out of range back towards the ferry terminal so I carefully reassembled the cache and returned to work, with mission accomplished.
Great cache, we appreciate the work you guys put into the construction of this style of cache. It looks so impressive that it escaped the attention of the landscapers.

A little maintenance tonight that should resolve the problem referred to in chewinprickles log.
Grabbed this one late last night on return from a visit to my sister and Mum and Dad. I think it needs a look at as the part that's meant to stay in doesn't, if that makes sense. Anyway all found and logged in the dark so I don't know what my writing will look like. Bad as usual I suspect.

Originally designed as a TB Motel for Teams utilizing the Spirit of Tasmania, when placed this cache was surrounded by ample head high shrubbery to provide a screen when accessing the container.
Unfortunately, recent landscaping has robbed it of much of its cover and it has become vulnerable to muggle activity however, it is published and remains in place so feel free to use it as a normal traditional cache and enjoy this delightful beach and recreation area so convenient for those living in Port Melbourne and the nearby area.
Please DO NOT place TB’s or Coins in this cache as its security has been compromised.
Enjoy.

We were looking forward to visiting this cache and were disappointed to see the cache disabled just before our visit to Melbourne. Fortunately on reading the logs, we realized the cache was still there and so headed out to Port Of Melbourne. The cache turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip! A most ingenious hide! A lot of effort must have gone into building this cache and we really enjoyed the find. We took the container to the picnic table and some passerbys thought we were enjoying breakfast by the beach . Took Chewbacca and left a NZ souvenir keyring and our sig item bookmark BM-SNW1. Hope the cache survives the ongoing work in the area. Thanks Team Ladava for a really memorable cache and glad to see it reactivated again.
1020 Found by baby&Mrs gopher at 1615.We had it on very good authority that the cache was still where placed. With the tales that have been mentioned about these now famous hides we thought it may be worth a look just to see what camouflage can do.There it was, with all the clearing that has been done.So decided to log the visit. Decided to do a few caches near where Jeanette lives. This was our second find for the day.
Really nice hide. I hope it stays for a long time.

A quick check tonight revealed that, thanks to the camouflage design, the cache remains in situ however is very vulnerable given the extensive landscaping being carried out.
I have removed the TBs and will relocate them, temporarily disable the listing and review the situation when the gardening has been completed.
Please do not place any TBs in this cache until further notice.
Thanks

Oops - I think your Hotel has gone. The whole area round those coordinates has been cleared and there is just bare dirt. I was introducing some new cachers to caching and I thought we could pick up a TB or two and show them how they worked but woudln't you know it - no TB Hotel to be found anywhere. Busted.
We were scared that this one might have dissappeared, given how long it had been since the last log and how much garden works had gone on. Luckily we search a little wider and found the cache safe and sound. Thanks Team Ladava for the great cache
Found 12:25, popped out of the office during my lunch hour to find this one. A very calm and over cast day, but none the less a pleasant location and day.

Found this one at 12:30 with m of ssmc4 or more precisely, it was handed to me by Partic .
m and I were killing some time while EuDes herself was doing some scouting activities at the lake and this was second on our tour (3rd if you count the DNF in St Kilda).
As we arrived at GZ, a head poked up and said, "you'd be looking for this". It was Partic and it was great to have a chat with him while we logged our "find" and made our swaps. And, all 3 of us agreed that this was one sensational hide . Very well done indeed.
Took a geocoin (for ssmc4 to continue its journey), left a Chewbacca keyring. Thanks Team Ladava.

Find # 2795 and 2nd of the day at 1:25pm. On another day out caching by myself. Easy find , I didnt even have to use my GPS. TNLN, Signed Log, Thanx Team Ladava....
That's a very solid, elegant and creative replacement for the big box that I used to have here!
Amusingly, while packing up the cache, EuDes pulled up with part of the Smc4's, so a chat ensued, and a he gave me a First-To-Discover on his mobile TB, as well as a discover on his Geocaching licence... check it out when you see EuDes next.

Found on my work lunch break with PrincessDiala and Chris around 12:30. Lovely place to sit at the table nearby a watch the ships sail past. There even was one really big old sailing ship.
Someone needs to go to Tassie the hotel is getting full.
Took: Cat pencil
Left: Ball puzzle
It was a beautiful day, so we decided to walk the walk at Port Melbourne. Lots of people around of course. We had to wait quite a while, until someone in a parked car left and then we were able to start the search. Squalid husband spied the post and the cache was quickly removed. It was a bit unnerving, as we could hear people nearby, but we were out of sight. Attended to the caching business, and swapped in a geocoin for a TB. Lets hope your clever hide will keep the muggles at bay. TFTC.

A perfect day to keep on going instead of going back to the office after lunch, but some fragment of a conscience must have still been there.
Got a bit worried when the first post I tried at my GZ, which was just 1 metre, didn't want to budge. Moved into a more likely spot and at 5 metres found a familiar looking suspect that obliged in the moving department. The tarrif at this hotel must be a bit steep considering the view and location as there was not one TB to be seen. So I added 2 TB's to make it look like it is popular - just bill the owners please.
Thanks Team Ladava - your handiwork is spreading around.

We were in Melbourne to pick up Cracker Girl and made the most of it by also picking up a few urban caches. We knew this location as we had visited this caches predesessor quite a while back. Being quite late and cool we had no muggle problems so we could search unhindered. The GPSr pointed to a location we recognised from a few days back and the cache was in hand a lot quicker than expected. It was now we relised neither of us had remembered to bring the TB's we were going to leave here. All we could do was sign the log and unfortunatly leave the hotel as deserterd as we found it
