This one is still eluding me. Short of completely dismantling the gate system, I am baffled. Would it be possible to confirm this cache still exists? I am aware of the origin of this one and also aware there has been a change of ownership. Many thanks.
I am new to this but I think this one has gone AWOL. The mobile coverage is poor but my Garmin GPS matched the coordinates but nothing there. A search around the area revealed a lot of broken parts of the structure but nothing found.

Out in the countryside for a cache to two, and once I was arrived at GZ, it took a second or two, to notice what was right in front of me. Hopefully not too many people press the button.

Second day on a caching holiday along with Brewmaker, Rainbow Spirit, Its Dozzie, Team Canary and Ziggiau. We had planned to start early from Bathurst and make our way to Peel, but instead on focussing on the cache cluster there were became distraced and continued to make our way further north before making a circuit back to home base. On the trip we enountered many animals in our path, Blue toungue lizards, shingleback lizards, roos, bunnies and a lot of sheep!
We finished the loop in time for lunch. afterwards most of us went back out to do another round before heading back to town for a CCE event.
Signed group as BRINTZ
Thanks for the cache.

The second day of geocaching in the wider area of Bathurst with Team Canary, Brewmaker, Noodles21, ziggiau and Rainbow Spirit.
From our base in Bathurst, we spend the second day driving through the wider area to pick up many of the solved puzzle caches, with a few other caches types in between.
Lots of animals were spotted: roos, blue tongue lizards, shingleback lizards, galahs, lots of sheep and turtles.
Logs were signed with the team name BRINTZ.

Honestly...I almost pushed that button because i thought I was suppose to...when at the last second, I saw what i was supposed to see. TFTC
Tftc, on our way to Orange, via another backroad.
Quick find here ,all good.
Didn't touch anything else

No buttons need to be pushed. Rocked it in. Tricky place to stop for cyclists at the bottom of a hill.
was very confused when I pressed the button and the log did jump out at me. After a quick look around soon had CIH. 1/4 for the day. TFTC
Out with RoddyC while in Bathurst house sitting.
Caching to day in the area.
Quick easy find. Thank you.

Hatzofff and I are in Bathurst for a few weeks house sitting, and of course have time for lots of caching.
Today we journey out along Freemantle Road then across the river and back to town.
Almost had us fooled. Called in to say hello to the COs. Thanks for saying hello.

Not sure what happened here, but I think we missed the boat on an important bit of info. We could have touched something I thought we shouldn't. And then when we saw the power of water as they must have had a torrent go through the area not so long ago, perhaps after the last find. That's the reason we moved on without the find.
Hill End and Mudgee weekend April 2018. I set out late on Thursday after a small car battery issue. I only stopped once before a night at Bummeroo ford. Friday took me to Orange via many spread out caches between Oberon and Bathurst. I spent the night at Macquarie woods. Saturday started foggy and then warmed up. I was heading to Hill end, and did make it, but I had to give up on the Bridle track due to a rockfall. Late in the evening I did find a spot along the Turon river and the very bumpy northern section of the Bridle trail. Sunday had me finishing the TRLT trail from Mudgee to Gulgong and a few missed ones in the middle of nowhere. The last day was a simple drive home from Sofala. A great weekend !
Today held plenty of quick roadside stops as well.
Thanks.

14910. Found during a run up around the Bathurst region (again) with minniek.
A lovely days caching in a now familiar area. Next stop for the day along this scenic road. Well - what can we say. We looked. We looked nervous. Couldn't find anything. Finally minniek pushed the button (even though I warned her not too ). The gate opened. That didn't help. The gate closed again when she pushed the button AGAIN !! Finally we had tested the patience of the owners enough (lol) and Jim (?) came to our aid and said look again at GZ. Well what do you know - there it was ! Thanks so much for a fun but testing cache !! Fav Point of course ! Sorry we didn't meet the CO. Signed the log, replaced the cache, and headed off to the next one.
Thanks to all the COs for putting out their caches !!

Another great day for caching with fitzy_1965. Headed up to the Bathurst area to fill in some more gaps.
Well we looked and looked.....re-read the clue....fitzy convinced me to push the button whilst he was ready in the car for a quick get away (don't believe his log)....gate opened but not cache produced....press the button again to shut the gate and make a quick retreat back to the car as fitzy said that the property owner was coming up the driveway. fitzy went up to the gate and had a chat. A quick re-look at GZ and there was the cache in plain sight!!! Thanks for a great cache.

Checked! All in place and waiting to be found. No need to press the button but if you REALLY can't find it try the house.
The description is at odds with the hint but being a responsible person didn't press the button as hinted. Looked about but to no avail. Thanks.
Bwahaha, finally found on a sunless day. Dont kno y i couldnt find this b4, i think the grass was 2 long last time.
took time second visit, definitely is there, a few metres from gate. outside of the property, tftc
No idea where this one is - I had a bit of a poke around but felt odd looking near someone's gate with a house nearby.
We had a very excited child come home and tell us he accidentally found this cache.
Thanks for the unexpected surprise and a great weekend

On a scenic drive from Orange to Bathurst today, I stopped at the gate
No wonder the latest statistics reveal over 70% of people out this way are classed as overweight or obese [:o]
They can't even hop out to open a gate any more !!
What a terrible misuse of technology !! [:o)]

Found after a few days working in the Bathurst district. There was Council roadworks just up the road but GZ was just out of sight of the stop-go man. The gate swung open and I thought 'Oh s--t, am I meant to have done that'! After calming down a bit, the cache was located and I was on my way back into town. Many thanks KellickGuider
Nice to cross this one off the DNF list! Came here once before and searched without a find. Left as the kids decided they could not leave the gate alone. This time made a quick find ..... Actually put my hand on it last time. Love the game! TFTC
TFTC KellickGuider. Even though it was where I thought it should it was a tricky find.
An interesting cache and a clever little container. We thought it had to be in this location, but it took a bit of searching to eventually locate it.

Love it when you're out with a group - extra eyes and hands & this was was a clever hide - took a little time! Thanks KellickGuider
I had an idea what this cache was likely to be... it turned out I was right, but not before I made this find way more difficult than it needed to be. Thanks for the cache, KellickGuider... It might be raining, but the cache contents are still nice and dry.
Called in on this one on a scenic trip from Orange to Lithgow...... however did not make a find today. Having read some more logs now I feel I may have been very close indeed. Still feel dodgy lurking around someones property.
Dropped off TBs for cache owner (metaphorically - the cache is not big enough for TBs).

Was a little worried about lerking out the front of someone's property.
The cache is wet so might need replacing.

Out for a weekends caching towards Meadlow Bath where we were going to meet up with some muggle friends for lunch on Sunday. A quick find by Just a Cacher before I coould fire up the GPS, it did blend in well with it's surroundings. SL Thanks KellockGuider for the cache
Out on a weekend caching trip. Actually, we were supposed to be going to lunch with some friends on Sunday at Blackheath, But Black Bunny decided that we might as well make it a dual purpose trip. Of course, we cached all day Saturday, and on Sunday, and we were very nearly late for lunch. After that, of course, we had some caching to do, and a long drive back to Canberra. We made it by about 2300. A long weekend, but fruitful. Lunch was good, too.
We did feel a bit as if we were interfering with private property here, but we weren't, and nobody came along to complain. Fairly quick find, thank goodness! Thanks, KellickGuider.

Dropped some Girl Guides of Canada 100 Years Geocoins 'at home'. They will visit local Girl Guides before continuing on their way.
That's Jim's Gate! We have been in and out many times over the years, now he has a Cache there.

A very quick find and we were on our way, can not help but feel we were watched ! thanx for the Sunday drive.
First of the afternoon trip around a few backroads. Geowife picked it up first but didn't look close enough. Like the lazymans gate opener. Be good on a wet day though.
