Coordinates are off. Cache is about 5m West of where it is shown on the map (which is in the middle of the road).TFTC
My 9th day of my trip heading to and around the Eyre Peninsular. I stayed at Coulta for the last night which was a rainy night then made my way to Port Lincoln then up to Cleve for tonight's camp site. This cache would be find number 16 of 34 for the day and find Number 210 in total for this trip away.
Out exploring the area grabbing what I can between the rain.

One good thing that has come out of the Covid situation, is the need to holiday in your home state. With a week or so to spend away, we decided to head to Port Lincoln - a place we had not visited before. Our second day in the area was spent exploring the Coffin Bay area, and what better way to find all the interesting spots, than to find the caches which had been hidden.
A nice view from this spot with the yellow fields of canola, the lake and ranges in the background. Thanks for placing a cache here.

Well it’s 2021 and I have finally said good bye to a not so great 2020 and it was great to finally be able to have a reasonable holiday as I have not had a decent break since 2019.
Made to South Australia and finally crossing the boarder and then being greeted by a couple of very friendly SA police offices for which i had the official paper work to allow me to enter.
After making my way west along the Eyre Hwy I went as far as Penong and the Eyre Hwy which I have not travelled along since the late 70’s when I was on a holiday with my folks and this was the last holiday before I started full time work as a sparkie and finding a few caches as I go.
Geocaching when towing a van is not always easy and I have to be a bit selective on which ones I decide to try and find for safe parking purposes especially along busy highways.
So after leaving Venus Bay my next destination is Coffin Bay NP which is down the bottom of Eyre Peninsular off the Flinders Hwy.
I’m hoping for when I set up camp the weather improves but at least I’m in a van and not having to set up canvas.
Well the weather has improved but not as much as I hoped for as there is still rain showers just when it looks like it is getting better.
I had an early appointment in Port Lincoln so I set off early in the morning to find a few caches heading in as Port Lincoln will be my next stop on this trip but it would be to hard to find these ones with the van behind so I did them this morning.
Heading back now so I have a bit more time to be able to find a few more caches on the way, going to head north a little bit to check that area out.
Another detour off the main Hwy and the dirt roads are in good condition to drive around even after all of the rain that has been around.
Shame about the lake going from fresh to salt over the years.
Thanks Orange Angels TFTC.

During our new years break, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I headed to the Eyre Peninsula to travel around the various coastal towns. We started the trip with Jeep trouble, but then continued in our alternative vehicle without 4WD to stick to the main tourist roads where possible. We travelled south-west to Tumby Bay and Port Lincoln via Whyalla, Cowell, Cleve, Arno Bay; west across to Coffin Bay; and then north-west to Streaky Bay and Ceduna via Elliston, and Venus Bay. We then headed back east staying in Kimba via Poochera, Wudinna, Lock, and Darke Peak.
Today, [@jesswrigley](http://coord.info/PRNW59T) and I travelled from Tumby Bay to Coodlie Park. Our first main stop was at Coffin Bay, where we enjoyed a fantastic oyster farm tour experience. We then headed north, making stops at Greenly Beach, Elliston, and then visited Talia Caves as the sun started to get low. Not a bad weather day, although there was still some wind about.
I'm not sure why this has caused so much grief for this cache to find, as it didn’t take us too long to find today. The cache container did just look like rubbish though. The logbook was water damaged and slightly wet, so a CO maintenance is probably required here soon. Thanks anyway Orange Angels for the cache placement and ongoing maintenance.
Note that this geocache was logged with the *Team Warren* Davidwazza/jesswrigley stamp.

Found on ground and log very wet. Have repositioned cache in a higher drier spot tftc
I looked for ages. After 10 mins encountered concerned muggle farmer that thought I might have broken down. Sweet man. Five mins later I was joined by another cacher! Ontherun and I searched together for some time before deciding it must be missing (hopefully someone took to repair and replace). Thanks anyway
Found at 3:10 PM GAFF1.
A nice view of the lake from here, but the cache has had it. It also looks like there was a replacement cache that has had it!
Thanks Orange Angels

Found while out and about from our nearby camp at the national park. We didnt know this lake was here! Tftc
Nice quick find while on our mini family getaway. 7th find for the weekend. Tftc
Heading from Ceduna to Port Lincoln, I grabbed a number of caches along the way to break my journey. At GZ, there had been some severe pruning of the trees, and I wondered if the cache was still there. Fortunately, it still was, so it turned out to be a quick find.
My thanks to Orange Angels for the cache.

8086 Located by baby&Mrs gopher at 1405. Removed the lolly from the container so the ants don't take a liking to it. SL Tnx Orange Angels.
Found by Mary & David at 1035. A FP for that sudden view. Rather difficult to get to the cache, as the tree chompers have been through and left smashed branches everywhere. Our thanks to Orange Angels.
I was down in Pt Lincoln with Laighside Legends for the long weekend and our plan was to head out and cache our way towards Coffin Bay and the surrounding area. It was a warm and pleasant day to be out and all caches that were found were in reasonably good condition. As it got close to the midday event we bumped into Mr Tardis and one of the nearby caches. The nearby event was an enjoyable affair, joined my Aussie M&M, Mogni and Mr Tardis, food was eaten and stories were swapped. At the close of the event, we continued to cache around the area before finally heading back to Lincoln for an evening event. It was an enjoyable evening at the pub to end the days caching before heading back to our accommodation in preparation for our next days caching.

The coordinates here took us to the middle of the road, so 2 spots searched and Mark came up with the cache. The lake was seen and off we went to the next cache.

Had a long look where it said it should be and also quite a wide spread around but couldn't find. Wondering if it was actually replaced like the last cacher said they were going to?.

Hi there Orange Angels.
We found your cache **"Lake less visited"** at 11:01:00 AM today. (This makes our find count 15754).
We enjoyed our trip around the Lincoln National Park today. (We came prepared with some cache maintenance gear, but it wasn't needed very often).
On our journey we found a wide variety of container types. We ended up finding 8 caches with 0 DNF's today. Thanks for placing this cache here, without geocaching as our guide we would never have found so many interesting places on our travels.
**Coordinate Accuracy:** We found the cache around 2m from where the GPS said we should be looking.
**Cache Condition:** The container and log book are in good shape.
**Took:** Nothing.
**Left:** A Smiley Badge.
Thanks for the hunt today,
Regards
Ian & Penny.

Staying in Tumby Bay for a few days we set off finding the caches around here cleaning up a lot of unfounds from previous trips, i reckon it gets a few more visitors now TFTC

On the road again, using caching to guide us to the sites as we explore the state on our way to the Murray bridge mega. Every man and his dog chose to drive by as we tried to do this, who would have thunk it. Tftc
Camping at Coffin Bay, on our 2nd trip around Australia.
Decided to have a look around the area, and pick up some caches on the way.
Visited some interesting bushland & lots of lovely beach locations.
The cache was found quickly, thanks for the hunt today, Orange Angels.

Detoured off the highway for this one and was rewarded with a neat view -- impossible to see from the highway! Thanks heaps!
Found whilst out with askjgraz, had an hour before tea so killed it with hunting.
Had an hour or so to kill during our holiday so took the opportunity to grab a couple more caches. Was an easy find once we looked in the right tree! Cache in good condition. TFTC
Revisiting my old childhood haunts - it makes me smile. This lake was always seemed like an oasis to me when I was a kid. TFTC
Did a day trip from Pt Lincoln to Coffin Bay and surrounds and picked up a few caches on the way.
