I appologise for not seeing the previous not about archiving. This cache is in the process of being replaced but as it was located in an area previously burned out we have had to find a better place for it. As we have been away and I havent had a chance to get online to even log my own finds, the cache note was missed. Is there a way we can get this reinstated?
As there's been no cache to find or log to sign for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
So sorry I didnt see the report of a fire earlier. I havent been online here for a while and I must have missed the email. We are heading away in the morning for a few weeks but I will have a look at replacing it somewhere in the park when we get back.
Thanks

Amazing little oasis! But this cache is no where to be found... the area has been recently burned by an arson attack
This is a really lovely park but unfortunately our gps had gz where a fire had been. We are not sure if the cache is still there. We had a quick look but couldn't find anything . Its a shame cause last we came to find it there was a wedding going on.
Well I thought I wouldn't find this one as my GPS just wouldn't settle. So I turned it off and expanded my search, and surprised myself by finding it fairly quickly. TFTC
Find number 5 for the day, In the area picking up some of the newly released caches.
Found the cache exposed and almost out in the open.
Thanks for the cache.

Thankyou! this was my first cache. The addiction has begun... Haha. ) I took a card to remember it by.
Ouch Ouch Palms have thorns. Very pretty place Took GC and left Magnetic Phone book
Eden indeed. We had lunch here at this oasis after we found the cache. Retrieved GC and dropped 10/10/10 GC and took a finders' card. Thanks for bringing us here.
True great spot. Who would have thought this place was here. Thanks for taking us here. Dropped GC.
Replaced logbook and put the container back behind the rock under the tree. You dont need to go climbing into the bush to find it. Just pull the front palm fronds aside and look for a little flat rock. You will need to bring your own pen/pencil as I didnt have a small enough one to put in there.
Apparently the container is still there if you want to put the travel bug in. I'm heading out this arvo to fix it up so it should be up and running again by tonight.
Damn!! Thanks gardengorilla. I'll head out and fix it up in the next couple of days.
Bugger! We were going to go back to that one to put a Travel Bug in!
Oh Well.

Wow, nice park. It's just like you are on a holiday if you had a margarita...
I found the cache in the ziploc out in the open. Its contents, save a few finders cards are missing. There is no logbook. I wrapped it up and tucked it in with the palms though I don't know where the original hiding spot was supposed to be.

Found just at dark tonight to make this our first night time find...(!) Joined by Falconry again. LEft a Bizzy Bee, took a geoscout card and a plastic snake.
Thanks WAGeoScout for bringing me to such a wonderful little spot hidden in the middle of suburbia... found cache after a little bit of a search but caught a glint of familiar blue and soon had cache in hand...thanks fellow cachers for warning of sharp palms..I managed to retrieve unscathed and unseen
Yay ... another Team Setter find. We had to wait for a few people to leave the area before we could go in for the cache, but we did it. I had a prize for the cache .. so I dropped it in. TFTC
wow what a great location, loved it. quick easy find by geodad while the kids played on Eden Beach. TNLN SL
A beautiful spot for the cache. We took lots of photos of the area. A quick find... TFTC!!!
We found the cache quickly thanks to your excellent coordinates. This is a beautiful little spot. Lovely to see something so different and quite unexpected in the middle of suburbia!! Thank you for bringing us here and TFTC!
A nice quick find with Alchemy2 and loved the area. Thanks for the cache and Finder's card.

Wow, what a nice hidden park, very tropical, even during heavy rain this afternoon. Found the cache quickly and recognized how sharp these palm tree leaves are, shit.
TFTC and cheers from Germany.

Had been here previously for a wedding, a very nice spot. Found cache ok.
Took Diabetes T/B, also noted that the LI-Z's Dutch Microcoin2 was not there and was probably a victim of the previous cache loss. Have sent a message to the owner to let them know.

Returned to the cache to swap Chile Diabetes TB back for my Purple Smiggle Frog Eraser. My direct trip to Chile plan for this TB didn't work out so I don't want to hold on this much longer.
Found with donut#2. My intention was to see if this would be a good evening walk to here from home, but the location was too enticing to not have a look straight away. Reminded us of a tropical hotel swimming pool. TN and left Purple Smiggle Frog Eraser but as it's a small cache, will revisit soon and swap back with a TB. TFT very nice C.

Moved the cache site due to people being stabbed by plants and because of muggling. I will see how it goes where it is now.

Finally back out there after a very long break. Constructive feedback appreciated.
Went for a hunt myself when I could finally leave the kids behind. Seems this cache has gone. I'll replace it in the next week or two and try to place in a different spot within the park not too far away. Somewhere less spiky perhaps!!
Seems there has been alot of trouble getting to this one. I'm going to check it out tomorrow and move it to a spot thats easier to get to. Will Hopefully be back in a day or two.
Looked among lots and lots of fronds. Beware thorns. Will try again another day when less muggles.
Had a pretty good search, but found nothing. There seems to have been quite a bit of recent pruning happening, with much frond clippings lying on the ground, so maybe it is burried a bit too deep under it all.
Had a good search around, but with kids in tow and having been stabbed in the head by these spiked palms in the past we bailed out before history repeated.
The area is in use by kids as a hang out with a lot of rubbish in the area.

Sho, had a good look around in the bushes, checking all the bases of trees and using the hint. Maybe I just had a bad day caching, the waterfall was not running, but got the general idea.
Cool park though.

Phew! Finally found this one after a lot of searching. Used the hint and all the information in the cache description. For some reason the box was a lot bigger than I thought it would be.
Took the 4th to find card and left Li-Z's Dutch Microcoin 2.
Sure is a beautiful park though, thanks for showing it to me!

Checked on cache today. Still there and all ok. Just a little damp because of the cool morning weather. I'll post some pics later on today. If you want a spoiler, send me a message and i'll help.
Keep your heads down. The trees are still a little spiky in places. Its very well hidden.

I've had 2 goes at this now (yesterday and today) and came out with nothing but scratches..... hopefully it is just inexperience on my part.
and the ducks were watching.........

I think you've been muggled mate... a lot of council cleanup going on down there... I was caught crouched in the jungle for a few mins while one worked around the outside... Might be best to check your cache. -Team Rushwell.
What a great little park, although could use a sprucing up and a little litter removal. Why there arent more of these sorts of parks around ??? Thanks for pointing this one out!!

I happened to refresh the cache listing page and noticed a number of new caches that had not had a notification sent out. This one was close to where I was going so I diverted and had a reasonably quick find. I was slowed down by the local muggles using the park as a walkthrough past the cache site.
I have had a few lunches at this park when working out in the field.
No swaps made. Thanks for the cache.
