Day 8 of my fortnight+ road trip up to Brisbane eand back to Blue Mountains. A leisurely drive up. Avoiding GC power trails. Randomly driving to various spots that take my fancy. Today my geostreak is 415 days unbroken. Now in SEQLD. Lets find some geocaches in three LGAs before Brisbane tonight. I actually walked up the Burleigh Head tracks twice. First for that traditional geocache, and discovered I gotta retrace my steps for this EC waypoints .Answers sent to ECO. Thanks funkymunkyzone for your hide, my 2226 find. Plus my extra exercise
I am down under for the very first time. Visiting Australia has always been a dream of mine, and I cannot believe it has come true. Australia's nature and wildlife really captivated me. Over three weeks, I saw many wonderful beaches, sunsets, animals such as , and I found great geocaches. My tour guide was mostly geocaching, and through it, I discovered many beautiful places I wouldnt have seen without our great hobby. I mainly stayed in Brisbane but also visited other gorgeous places such as Noosa Heads and Springbrook. I spent a few days on the Gold Coast and Moreton Island, and I went to New South Wales to have visited a second state in Australia. During my stay, the winter and early spring in Queensland were very warm, the sun shone every single day, and I did not see a single drop of rain. My time down under was so beautiful and unforgettable. Australia is such a stunning country! Today I spent another day in the Gold Coast. I really like this area and I discovered beautiful places. On this hot day I cycled all the way along the wonderful coast from Tweed Heads to Burleigh Heads. I also looked for many geocaches like this one. I tried to answer all the questions of this -cache and sent it to the CO. Very interesting and I learned a lot! Thank you for this geocache says Mr. J. Cacher from the other side of the world
Came here last year but didn't get to complete the answers. Returned today while on holiday from NZ and finished this cache of. Always a nice spot here and interesting geology. Answers have been sent to CO.
In town for an academic conference and found myself with an hour or so to spare before meeting up with others for dinner in Burleigh this evening, so headed down to the headland for a walk... Its been quite awhile since I had to work this hard for an EC, and I'm pretty sure I was lot fitter then. At any rate, I enjoyed my trudge up this hill, for all its beachy-rainforesty vibes. I've seen this type of geological feature a couple of times before, each "displayed" a little different, so I enjoyed seeing it in this setting today. Many thanks for the interest and EC funkymunkyzone
Completed Earthcache with mackay_geocaching Answers messaged to CO. TftcOn a caching holiday from Mackay. In the search of old caches and ones to fill DT grid spaces. Found TFTC SL Thanks for placing this cache for our enjoyment.
On our last full day of holidays on the Gold Coast went back to complete the Adlab and earthcache. Like others resorted to google for WP1 answer, very busy day on the tracks today, thanks for bringing us here.
On the way to Hotel Bravo famerlor_dragon and could also doch this EC. Thank you for showing us.TFTC geovi
As we were on our way to Bravo Hotel, we figured, we might as well do this Earthcache on the way, even though we failed to do stage 1. We took pictures of the signs but cannot work out, where the info is supposed to be.Anyways, in the end we googled the answer as we had done all the other stuff. I hope it reasonably close.I did this walk over 15 years ago. Took me some time to come back. Thanks for the infos on the Burleigh boulders. TFTC!
During our stay on the Gold Coast, we also visited Burleigh Head.TFTCHennesAT the end the poem of the dayAda Cambridge Follow"After Our Likeness"Before me now a little picture lies A little shadow of a childish face, Childishly sweet, yet with the dawning graceOf thought and wisdom on her lips and eyes.Fair, oval, broad-brow'd facesmall, delicate head Transparent skin, with blue veins shining through All the soft outlines, beautiful and true,Bring me the echo of the words "God said."Made "in our image"sure 'tis that we see, God's likeness, in the fair face of a child, By the world's sin and passion undefiledAy, as I look, it seems quite plain to me.The light wherein the little features shine, Strange, mystic light, so undefined and faint, So far too pure for any words to paint'Tis a reflection of the Face divine. Some day the earthly shadows will be cast Across that sunshineit may be to dim Awhile the visible countenance of Him;But 'twill be therethe likenessto the last. Some day the lucid waters, in which lie Pictured those glorious lineaments, will be Stirred up and troubled like a stormy sea;But they will yet re-settleby-and-by.They will re-settle when the soul is still'd, Its passions, its wild longings, and its pain; The pure reflection will shine out againWhen earth's hopes are relinquish'd, unfulfill'd.They will re-settle in those after-years When life's hard lessons have been conned and learn'd; When this child's beauty will have all return'd,More lovely for the trouble and the tears. They will re-settle in the calm of death, When the sweet eyes are laid asleep, and when The heart is hush'd. Truly God's likeness thenThe mirror clear, unsullied by a breath.Ah! while I look, and trace each tender line, I think most of the day when I shall see The dear face in that perfect purity,Its mortal features clothed with the divine. This self-same face, but with the image bright, Nevermore undefined, and faint, and dim; This self-same face, yet like the face of Him,In glory and in beauty infinite.
On holiday in Australia, caching when we can between attractions. Having a wonderful time!Todays destination was Burleigh Heads and the nearby caches. We made the hike up, noting the incredible size of these toppled giants. We have never seen basaltic columns of this magnitude before. Enjoyed seeing several Australian water dragons along the way and the turkeys kept us entertained. Thanks for the great earthcache. Favorite point awarded!

Together with 36 other geocachers, the KiSt team undertook a very long trip to Australia ???? and New Zealand ???? for three weeks. On both the outward and return journeys, there was a stopover in Doha, the capital of Qatar ????.We experienced a great deal on this trip and gained many very different impressions of the two countries, their nature and their culture. Of course, the main focus was on visiting as many caches of as many different types as possible and also all accessible old cans. However, we also made sure to visit many special places of interest and to gain as comprehensive an impression as possible of nature and its flora and fauna. To save the logbooks, we usually signed in with our team name **Downunder24**. For "special" cans, however, we have not missed the opportunity to leave our nickname as well. This beautiful cache is now also one of our finds.Due to the large number of caches visited, it is unfortunately not possible for us to write an individual log for each can, which is why we would like to apologize to the owners for this collective log.We also met other cachers at some of the events and were able to share our experiences. Many thanks to the event owners!Of course we would like to thank all the owners for showing us the great locations, the sometimes tricky puzzles, exciting multis and wherigos, as well as the interesting virtuals and earth caches - TFTC!!!---In der Besetzung KiSt unternahmen wir zusammen mit 36 weiteren Geocachern fr drei Wochen eine sehr weite Reise nach Australien ???? und Neuseeland ????.

Last day in Australia ??. This is my first visit to this extraordinary continent and the fulfillment of a long-cherished dream. In the past, it always failed due to the lack of a travel companion. Now I had the chance to join a large group of mainly German geocachers and I was delighted to take it. Stopover in Gold Coast and five hours layover. What do geocachers do? Make the most of the time and search for as many caches as possible. On the way to the oldest cache in Queensland, we also passed the stations of this earth cache and took notes. I've seen basalt columns like this before at Giants Coastway in Ireland. Simply fantastic. The place is beautiful ??. I love this stretch of coast and would have loved to stay longer. I sent my answers to the owner via Message Center. Thank you for laying & taking care .Letzter Tag in Australien ??. Was machen Geocacher?

Our stays in New Zealand will be in Auckland, Rotorua, Wellington, Blenheim, Christchurch, Dunedin and Queenstown. We are a group of 38 Geocachers from Germany and Denmark - At geocaches that we visit as a group, we sign the logbooks with our team-name "Team DownUnder24" to safe the owners a lot of space in the logbooks. One of our Team sends the answers to the owner. The following Geocachers are members of Team DownUnder24:gc, AmoebeST, AndyausDu, B@cker-1, Biggidag, Brummelbren, CacheTaucher, cooljo, Fotopinguin, Freizeit-TinaGazelle5111, GEO Karen, GoanToni, Hfi1, hupsi-1, karrai *, Leilah03, lenny love,Lupus54, Maxipimpf, muschel3, OllileinOpaundenkel, penalty96, Rheins,Simowl, sozioma,Sr. Elli, Team Zyanor, viko76, Webmasterrollerin, Whlhase, XenSuoTFTC, Team Zyanor

# 21451Whau, I am on a three week trip with Cacher-Reisen and a bunch of fellow geocachers to Australia and New Zealand. It is so odd to imagine that I am going to visit a place that is nearly on the opposite of the globe from my usual hangouts. In Denmark it is late winter/early spring, and I am exchanging the winter-part for late summer in Australia and early autumn in New Zealand. This is so exciting. The itinerary is Frankfurt (Germany), Doha (Qatar), Sydney, Melbourne, Cairns (Australia) and Auckland, Rotorua, Wellington, Blenheim, Christchurch, Dunedin, Cromwell, Queenstown (New Zealand) before flying back to Europe. That will be two new continents and three new countries for me - and as far away from home as I have ever been. It is a lot of places and travelling, but we also have a plan to find lots of geocaches and see the sights and beautiful nature. In the wee hours of the night yesterday we all got up to go to the airport, headed for the next destination in Cairns. It turned out that that was not the right element for me with the heat and humidity. I had made arrangements to join the group on two boattrips, and all in all with a bit of seasickness, fatigue, jetlag and much more I think I would have been better off staying at the hotel. However, looking back on the trip now, I am happy that I went and also saw this part of Australia. Thankfully we also found a few caches in the area.We had a layover at Gold Coast Airport and some of us went for a trip to the old cache, Bravo Hotel. Quite a hike to get up here because I had to keep pace with some of the younger men. However, a few days later I learned that one of the 'young' men were actually a few years older than me, but he is fit and fast. We also found time to search for the answers to the EarthCache while hiking uphill. Some of the boulders and columns were quite impressive and large and that results in a winding path to get to the top.Tak for cachen til funkymunkyzone.
A total of 38 geocachers from Germany, Denmark, Luxembourg and Switzerland went on a long journey. Three weeks to Australia and New Zealand.I've been to New York and Hawaii, but this was going to be my furthest trip yet.The big goal was to get to know the continents with their natural characteristics and cultures. But we also wanted to find historical caches. Our first stop was Doha, Qatar. In Australia we visited Sydney, Melbourne and Cairns.Auckland, Rotuara, Wellington, Picton, Blenheim, Christchurch and Cromwell were our stops in New Zealand. We ended our trip in beautiful Queenstown. To protect the logbooks, we logged with the team name Downunder 2024.It was a very special trip in a large team. Thanks for laying and maintaining the cache.
Danke fr diesen Geocache. Danke fr die Ausarbeitung. Danke frs Zeigen.Lieber Gru aus Duisburg / DeutschlandAndyDieser Logeintrag wird mit Hilfe von Google bersetzt.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________We set off on a long journey with 37 geocachers from Germany, Denmark, Luxembourg and Switzerland. Three weeks to Australia and New Zealand, starting with a stopover in Doha, Qatar. I have never been so long and so far away from home. An exciting time. When geocaching, the focus was on many different cache types, but also special ratings, challenges and especially a few very old caches from the years 2000 and 2001. But also, of course, especially the geocaches that were easily accessible on foot from the hotel.Of course, the focus wasn't just on geocaching; the sights of the individual stations we visited also deserved attention. We entered our team name Downunder 2024 in the logbooks, saving logbook space and efficiently. It was a very special trip in a large team, which was also a lot of fun.Today was travel day again. Very early we went from Cairns to Gold Coast and, after a longer stay there with a few special geocaches, we continued on to Auckland in New Zealand in the early evening.Due to the large number of caches, there is usually only one standard log, for which I would like to apologize to the different owners. Thanks for this geocache. Came down here today after the Gold Coast Bridge conference. Had an enjoyable walk around the Burleigh heads after a bus trip. thanks funkymunkyzone for the earthcache, enjoyed finding the answers and discovering the boulders.
Thanks for the earthcache. Was fun walk around Burleigh Heads today picking up most of the adlabs and this earthcache. Answers sent. Visiting Gold Coast for a bridge congress at the convention centre but wanted to grab a few caches as well.
Taking a walk around the Burleigh Heads National Park in pursuit of an old cache and decided to have a go at this Earth Cache.Enjoyed the walk on a wet drizzly day. Found the columns interesting and always enjoy broadening my very limited geological knowledge. Thankfully the rain held off long enough during my walk. A lot of activity around WP1 as a boat had run aground on the rocks below and they were attempting to winch it up to the carpark.Answers sent to CO. TFTearthC. SL. TBs Eddie Mac to New Zealand and Back, Prado Owl , Rawhide , Surrey Travel Tag and Kiwi Bird visited.Find # 1879.

I set out at 6am this morning up toward the National Park and studied the landscape for this cache while also completing the Adventure Lab and finding the historic Bravo Hotel cache.Such an amazing place and though we had to split up (given we had the pram) was still a fun morning. TFTC!
Found it! Muggle Wen and I enjoyed a week of warm weather in Coolangatta. Today we drove to Burleigh Heads for a walk in the park and to find a couple of caches. We had walked to the summit and down to the beach and had lunch near the surf club over looking the beach. On our return journey I decided to gather the information for the Earthcache while Muggle Wen took the easy path back to the car. I really enjoyed exploring the paths and boulders. Thanks for the Earthcache. Answers sent and favourite point added
We were here - Joodie & Joodax
after work walk, wine and relax!
funkymunkyzone Thanks for the cache and yellow dandelion.
Our huge Australian adventure is slowly coming to an end. We saw a lot and it left us with a lot of emotions that we will be happy to remember with gratitude for a long time.
We've also fished a nice line of caches here, and we haven't logged the caches that require submitting answers to questions yet. There's just no time for that. Today there is a little left, so I am logging this earth cache, which Joodie and I happened to be the first to encounter here in Australia.
Ugh, when I think back to the first time joodie jumped when she noticed a monitor lizard basking on a rock next to her .

I was staying in the Gold Coast with my sister, brother and their spouses. My sister was attending a conference so while she was at her conference today I took the bus down to Burleigh and walked back to our hotel along the coast finding and DNFing caches along the way. The weather was perfect compared to my home state of Minnesota US where we have lots of snow and freezing temperatures.
I would have never noticed the columns as anything but rocks without this EarthCache. I saw columns like this at the Giants' Causeway in Ireland. Those were out in the open and still standing. It was interesting to see the columns in this part of the world. Thanks for showing them to me.

First time to Burleigh, decided to go for a stroll with the kids into the forest. Great views here, rainforest nice and cool. Very different from bush back home in Victoria. Cheers
Came to the area to find the oldie and I was walking past all the wps for the EC. It’s a beautiful area and the great views were a bonus.

A lovely wander around Burleigh Head, completing this earthcache, the AL and finding a really old traditional at the top. Great to be in the 'bush' away from all the development.

Very interesting location. Some of the columns are quite incredible. Looking up the hill there is a monolith pointing to Coolengatta
Out walking with the aim of finding Bravo Hotel. Determined the answers for this great EC and then had a beer at the surf club.
Sandyofthesea and I took off from Perth, Western Australia at the start of April to travel more of Australia using geocaching as a guide to see the sights.
funkymunkyzone, I found Burleigh Boulders (Gold Coast) today. Thanks for placing and maintaining this cache.

Info found for this Earthcache today while at the Gold Coast to watch hubby play Basketball at the Pan Pacific Masters Games. It was a lovely morning, although the wind got up a bit as the morning went on. My initial target for the day was one of Qld’s oldest caches, but walking through the trails, and learning through this Earthcache really made me appreciate what I was seeing. Thanks for helping me learn more and see this beautiful part of Queensland. Answers sent separately
Out for a morning walk around the headland grabbing some caches and adventures labs. TFTC
Youngest Bruce decided she was terrified of lizards today. They’re creepy. And they eat people. It made for an entertaining walk down from Tumgun Lookout, because they were out in numbers sunning themselves in their creepy, people-eating way. We saw eight, and we’re not that observant. Concentrating on rocks proved a winner, except when the rocks had lizards on them. No one got eaten though. Thanks funkymunkyzone for the distraction
It was a lovely walk through this rainforest headland. Collected the info for this cache as well as the AL located here. Lots of exercising locals on the track. This would be a far better location to exercise each day than a gym. Answers sent. Thanks for the earthcache and bringing us to this lovely location.
On our Australia trip we visited also the famous Gold Coast and of course the EC Burleigh Boulders (Gold Coast).
What a great view.

Tftc funkymunkyzone,
Enjoyed our walk to the top.
The waypoints along the way gave a chance to stop and admire the gorgeous trees as well as the plentiful wildlife.
So many people out walking or running this path.

Found while hiking the area with Gastank2. Despite the rain we had a nice hike and collected all the required information and photos. Thanks for the fun earthcache. Answers to follow shortly.

A quick trip out of cold Melbourne to sunny Queensland! An afternoon walk, checking out the headland and surfers, looking for whales and geocaches. What a lovely walk - 91 steps up and the heart had well and truly started! Another interesting geological feature to learn about through this great game of ours. Answers sent, favourite point added! Thanks for the earthcache funkymunkyzone.

Out for a morning walk. Awesome place and super interesting to see these hexagonal columns. Fav as without this cache I would have otherwise walked past.
Thanks to funkymunkyzone for the fun and the adventure.

Logging with permission. This was a nice small piece of bushland. A pleasant short walk up the hill. A quiet lizard on the way too. Apparently they don't just eat insects, as I saw it eat several small flowers. TFTC funkymunkyzone.
I’m in quarantine thanks to covid so I’m finally catching up with my logging of earth caches. For some reason I just never quite get around to sending in the answers.
It’s a lovely day today and it would be lovely to be down the coast. Oh well only a few more days and we’re free.
This was a lovely walk with hubby and a lesson on geology along the way.
Thanks for having an earth cache here funkymunkyzone

First day of Caching with Peppa. I had to get a particular cache in the area, so luckily I noticed the waypoints were in the national park as well. These boulders are amazing. The walk is quite and uphill climb. Thank you for pointing out the interesting geological features I am good at powering (or crawling) past.
Out for a day of caching with TripleTurmoil and she wanted the oldie nearby, so I suggested that we have a look at this EC too…
Neither of us are fans of these, but this one added to our enjoyment of this area… and made me more aware of the geological features to be seen… and I couldn’t help but appreciate ALL the views on offer here this morning…

Had the opportunity to visit this Earthcache location and really enjoyed the tasks set by the Cache Owner.
Have not been here since the early 1990’s when we used to take a family holiday every Christmas holidays. I was telling my kids that when I was a teenager, I had been over to Tallebudgera Creek to meet some friends, and I was heading back to Burleigh along the lower path. I had thongs on so took them off to run. The sun had made the path hot so every now and then would pull up in the shade of a tree. At one stop I saw a snake in the bush. and followed the body with my eyes all the way down to the head, which was right next to my feet. I ran all the way back from that point, no stopping.
Back to the present day, this visit was exciting for different reasons. Got to visit two great caches that have stood the test of time.
This Earthcache has been around longer than I have been playing the game. The kids were charged with helping calculate the answers, and it is interesting to see how they went about estimating the diameter question.
Thanks very much for the lessons and the scenery funkymunkeyzone. Great spot. Cheers

Out with teamdfl on the Gold Coast today.
Now we are taking a wander around the headland, collecting this Earthcache for me and the AL for teamdfl.
Love being up in this area, and the views at the two lookouts are impressive. I studied the geology and took photos to help jog my memory. I have sent my answers to the CO. TFTC, funkymunkyzone.

Went for a walk here today, second time I have been at Burleigh Head, the first time I found the old school traditional cache but didn't have time to complete this Earthcache! Had the time to myself today however so decided to give it a shot.
The sign at WP1 has been replaced with a new fancy one, so I assume the answer to the old question is no longer here. No troubles with the other waypoints however, so I sent my answers to the CO and have also uploaded my photo with this log at WP3!
Thanks for bringing me here again, great spot!

I live in the headland so this was a familiar place for me. Great surf check spot as well is you are a surfer.
Such a lovely area , and a real delight to visit! GLISS! sent off our answers to the CO. Thanks for teaching us more about the area.
After a fabulous time at the mega it was time to point our compass towards home. It has been a fantastic trip so far but there are still a few exciting targets to hit on the way home. Thanks for the cache.

My first walk through here was back in 2004 when I first started caching and I was looking for Bravo Hotel.
I have not been back until today. I must admit that I struggled a bit more than I would have back then but I did enjoy looking a bit closer to the environment than I did back then.
Thanks funkymunkyzone for bringing me back.

It has been 5 years since we logged one of this CO's Earthcaches and that was across the ditch. Today was a beautiful one to enjoy this location and though it was hot, there were plenty of rest stops along the way and a chance to spot a dragon right along the path. We spent a while at the published coords before realising the sign had been replaced and some Googling would be required instead. The 6 year old bunny enjoyed the adventure. Thanks for sharing this location - a fav from us.
On a Christmas trip to Brisbane to delight the kids. A part of the trip was also to spend a touristy day in Gold Coast and Mt Tamborine.
After doing the good old Bravo Hotel up the slope, it was time to turn the eye on this earth cache. Luckily I stopped midway down the hill to check what's expected and saw that turning back up would actually be a good idea.
Up, up and away? Well, I actually started in the second lookout further up, took in the views and then started to meander down, collecting information on the WP's. The answers have been sent to the CO and interesting rock formations will now travel both in my memory and photos, too.

Selva Girls and I headed down to the Gold Coast today, chasing a FTF which I notice the other day. So today target was Adventure Lab which a bonus cache.
So the count was 3 mystery, multi, earthcache, 16 Traditional and AL with 5 waypoints. 26 finds.
Sorry for the generic post.

TeamChappy's first ever Earth Cache. Great choice of location too. Sat in reverential silence watching the whales breaching at Tumgum lookout and drew in the essence of this place's ancient history. Answers sent to CO. What a place of abundant natural beauty.

Headed here early this morning. It was drizzling so I was lucky to jag a carpark close by. Wandered off up the hill stopping at the WPs and admiring the view and the wildlife on the way. Even with the clouds and drizzle, it was beautiful here so I’m super glad I came! Sneaky sun came out as I got to the top. Answers sent to CO. Thanks for bringing me here and the great earth cache!

Oh yes, I did my hardest run ever yesterday as part of the GC50 and ouch this cache reminded my legs how hard I had pushed them, lol! I may have had a few choice words for kestal as she had selected this little hill cache for us for today. Hmmm who needs enemies...
Lucky it wasn't too hot and this is a super nice area so I didn't push her off the edge. Thanks for the earthcache, funkymunkyzone, I'm used to seeing your name in my holiday travels back home in nz not over here!

Last day on the coast before heading home to Toowoomba Caro and I decided to pick up a few caches before we did. This was the first one and I am sure Caro was wanting to kill me for choosing this one after the run yesterday. All good we made it to each of the WPs and gathered all the needed info and sent off to the CO. TFTC and bringing me to the area funkymunkyzone
Discovered the answers on the way to the nearby oldie. Like others before me, one of the info signs looks like it has been replaced so I "guesstimated" the answer required. Took a photo of my little geocaching buddy along the way called Monty - seems to fit with the CO's title. Answers sent via message centre. Thank you for the lovely walk and great views. FP awarded.
We really enjoyed this walk! We wouldn’t have known the national park was here if it wasn’t for the icon on our maps. Another of the hidden gems we’ve discovered whilst caching. We collected a few photos along the way and considered answers for CO questions as requested. Answers sent to CO with an estimate for WP1 as information board appears to have been replaced at some stage. We completed this about 30 mins before sunset and the vantage points within the walk provide some excellent photo opportunities!
Thanks for the Earthcache. We walked up to the lookout between two swims at the beach. Did not see anything to help the first clue on any sign but made a guess by another means.
Answers sent to co. A lovely walk with stunning views. A very interesting geology lesson. Pity about the scrub turkeys. TFTEC

We enjoyed the uphill walk as the views are just stunning.

TFTC. Was a lovely walk around the trails with near perfect weather (just a little windy). I would have taken a picture of my gps but was using my phone today and as it is also my camera I present this pretty terrible selfie. Answers sent.
We would love to come back for NZ's first mega but that isn't in the cards. We just can't believe this is our last day here. Where did the time go? I hope we got everything we needed for this one. We just love the coast here and all the wonderful sites to see. Answers on the way soon...
We are on a holiday enjoying our time away caching and sightseeing. We start the journey off with a few day stop in Hawaii. From there we will visit NewZealand from Wellington to Dunedin. From there we move on to Australia taking in a Mega along the way from Melbourne to Sidney ending in Brisbane before heading home via a layover in South Korea. We plan to pick up a few year 2000 caches and as many others as time will allow.
THANKS goes to funkymunkyzone for placing this gr[8] cache! We appreciate all those who hide caches for without you there would be nothing to find. We are not gr8cachers we like finding GR8Caches! This was our 22886 find. Keep on caching!

Thanks funkymunkyzone for the Earthcache at this glorious spot on the Gold Coast. (Happy60th birthday). Walked the rainforest track with a slightly reluctant geoteen along with geowife.
Selfie at WP not the best. The walk was excellent before brunch at the beachside.

Found with my eldest boy while on holidays. Day 4.
After returning to the holiday house and putting the little son down for a rest, we set out for some select caches. Wanting to do the old cache nearby and an earthcache in Queensland, we did the pair here. Could not find the elevation height on any sign (as others have stated), so took a reading at the lookout near the last waypoint. Other questions answered easily enough.
Thanks for the info, walk, views and earthcache!!
