Logs
As there's been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it's been a number of months since the last owner note. I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 30 days), just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it. Should you replace the cache after 30 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the page and post a note every month or so to keep everyone up to date.

Cache is no longer in location and needs to be archived. We didn't have the latest log until after searching.
**The cache is not available at the moment!**
A couple of the neighbours in this area have asked me to get in touch with the CO re. moving the cache or they would remove it themselves. They are sick of the number and noise of people coming to look for the cache So I have collected it and will keep it safe until I hear from the CO about re-hiding it.
No TB found at time of collection.

My brother lives nearby and so I got him to do a Bug drop (maybe get him interested in geocaching with his boys)
Nice quick find, swapped fairy for bunny. Logbook shows TBs in possession of 'Harrison family' but they haven't logged them on here. TFTC!
Great view of Hadspen up here, so glad my hand brake works :D
Thanks for the cache and bringing me here
Dropped 2 x trackables

great view of Hadspen from here but gee!! what a steep hill, thankgod the car's handbreaks work well TFTC
took a little while for the gps to settle, but found it without too much bother. Nice views. TFTC
Had a lovely chat with a nearby resident who was retrieving her wheelie bin. She is used to the occasional cacher appearing.
Quick find, nice view, just a bit of fog in the distance. The houses look nice here.

Dropped of a TB. Took car, couldn't fit anything else into the cache though. TFTC
Good views over Hadspen here, my first time in the area. Searched wrong area first before honing in on right hidey hole. Thanks for another cache michaels mob - you sure do get around!
Hi Michaels Mob
This was a quick find. Enjoyed the view.
Previous finder stated "A hard find for two little boys!" My log read: "A quick find for an old man; OldSaint."
TFTC and cheers; OldSaint.

We were in the area for work and made a slight detour to geab this on. We made a quick find and back on the road. Thanks michaels mob for this cache.
Found with aid of my father's "tracking" skills. Thanks for the fantastic view
Pulled up close by the cache as one of the residents was exiting their driveway. She kindly stopped and asked if we were OK, and once we had said 'yes', responded, "Oh! You are looking for the geo-cache!" She then offered assistance by offering to tell us if we were 'hot or cold", which we declined with thanks.
The cache was soon in hand.
We enjoyed the views of the township below.

Out and about with Nowhere2Bseen this cache popped up on the Nuvi, so off we went. Found it fairly easily, and enjoyed the view. TFTC
Up amongst the gum trees on a road that never used to be there in a small area called Travellers Rest on account of the nearby coach house which is now fallen in to complete dis repair and has a huge KEEP OUT sign on the door. As a child I remember people living there as the school bus trundled along the old highway... Enough reminiscing for now
Stopped near the cache... This one is practically a drive by. The owners of the nearby property are also aware of the cache or so it seems. Signed the log with MissyLJ and she placed it back.

From this cache GZ I was able to watch the flood waters swirl around the rivers whilst listening to the ABC flood reports on the car radio. The GZ gave clear view of the flood plains that I could only glimpse from higher up, so I am happy with the appopriate GZ site. Cache was particularily well hidden, there was so much camoflague that the land feature could barely be discerned.
Thanks Michaels Mob for this cache in a place I didn't know existed yet gave such good views of the top news story.

Cache Hunt 350; GAFF3; Weather, Raining; Helpers, none; Cache condition, Damp; Find of the day, 2nd STATUS - Found; GPS at GZ - unknown
Pulled up off the road and checked gps. So cache should be here close by? Read the description again and saw how close the local houses were. Oh well, time to get it. Raced out in the rain and found cache quickly with the hint. Took it back to the car, so I could SL out of the rain. Cache is a little damp, but ok. TNLN. Then raced back out and replaced cache. Couldn't see anyone watching me, so all good. Thanx for the view michaels mob. TFTC.

Like Dean Erwin, I too, expected the cache to be further up - not sure why, perhaps it was the only place I thought suitable to park the car. Geoniece and I rock and gravel hopped our way back down to find the cache. We looked out upon Hadspen which was where I had just picked my geoniece up from. We couldn't pick out her mum's friend's house, but we enjoyed looking over the town all the same. TFTC.
We had to pull into someone's drive to retrieve this cache - there was no safe place to park on the side of the road and no views from this location.
Turned off the highway as a Dump Truck with trailer struggled up the rise, not being geared low enough to go that slow meant a lot of slipping and burning of clutch.
Not sure if there is a view as I was more worried about my clutch and the lack of parking here.

#694 @ 4.40pm on our Tassie Caching Adventure with DazzPete. On the turnoff into this one we got stuck behind a truck going 5klm uphill which really put the poor Jeep through the wringer - the handbrake & clutch were struggling. Nevertheless we got to GZ were we had to unload the GeoPrincess for a quick retrieve. Didn't see any views from where we were. Our last cache for the day.

Very much as drive by - infact I didn't even leace the car. Pulled up next to gz, pointed out the cache location to Geo Kid I and the cache was retrieved and brought to me - talk about lazy caching!!!!
TFTC - just what we needed by this time in the day!

We were spotted by a muggle who turned out to be an old friend who happily told us where the cache was (we knew anyway!)
First cache of what turned out to be a pretty long day. Nice easy one to get started. Cheers Gav [6158]
nice one! not sure how the geo mobile was managing to hold onto this slippery wet downhiller as my shoes had a tough time of it.... great co-ords and cache was soon in hand.....
cheers 4 da cache michaels mob!

We had no difficulty locating the cache, although we initially expected it to be a little further up the road. Once again, a camera in hand proved to be suitable cover for the few passing motorists.
I had three caches to do in the area and this was the first. Steep drive up here and nice views down to the town below. No one in the area saw me at work and thanks to good coords and a nice clue I soon had the logbook signed.

9th cache of the 7th day of our 35 day trip to Tasmania and the Mega Event, and 93rd for the trip so far. Found at 1200. Walked straight to it, it was so obvious from the other side of the road.

Found by David & Mary at 0710. An early start from Launceston as we head west. After such a cold, wet day yesterday, it was a thrill to see the weather clearing and we could really enjoy the view. Our thanks to michaels mob.
This was our last cache on our trip from the NW Coast to Launceston today. A quick find. After completing our business in Launceston, will have some time to geocache in Launceston and then we have a few spots picked out to explore on the way home. TFTC
Found on a drive back to our accommodation after a drive to the Gorge.
Left a toy car and took soldier.
Guy living across the road was helpful before I started looking. Nice area.

Arrived at the general and drove up the road to turn around. While parked at the GZ and standing at the car completing the log, the local resident was driving out....stopped and asked if I had found the cache. We chatted for a little while as I explained I was here on holiday and just gathering a few caching. No problems with them, I think they are pretty cool with the hole thing. Always good to see that.
Anyways, the cache itself was a quick find.....left a coin and my pathtag. TFTC.

Had a chuckle when I read the log of the Sky Ranch owner. LOL.
Hopefully I won't be so obvious. TNLN

Dropped the junior mob off at school this morning and then headed down the river to ‘hopefully’ find myself a FTF on a new cache and DID!!! WooHoo!!!
Then on the way back I took a ‘detour’ to do a spot of maintenance on a few of ‘our’ caches.
All is well here, sound like it has a ‘minder’ after reading March Browns log LOL

Quick find in the dark.
It has been logged by the property owner so is quite possibly on private land but they don,t seem to mind.
Thanks michaels mob

my last find for today and I go and get muggled [:0]
Sorry michaels mob .Cachers Rest. future may now be uncertain.
It was dark and I was searching with a torch when I heard a voice saying 'are you doing a neighbourly thing?"... I answered "yes" (caching is neighbourly isnt it ) then he said "are you paying your bill"... I thought I would go with "yes" again because it appeared to work the first time ... he was from the house across the road and after that short conversation he called his dog and went back inside.
Fingers crossed he's an idiot and doesnt think twice about it...
Great cache BTW. I initially thought from the name of the cache I was heading up to a pub or a Tavern and I was starting to think I might go on in and have a beer.
Thanks for the cache michaels mob

Found on a perfect day with views over to Western Tiers and surrounds...with many prominent peaks. Another nice spot....TFTC M/Mob....Cheers.
Glorious day, and a very pretty view.
The muggles that were with me really got into the spirit of things and I think we might have a new convert or two.
Many thanks.

No view today, just fog. Mrs madchilli had worked out where it was before we even got out of the car
Found easily coords good,
The view would be even better in the dark,
Was watched by a german shepard muggle from across the road but he/she didn't look interested in coming through the fence,
Didn't even bark at us,
TNLN thanks michaels mob
