While travelling through the southern parts of Australia we passed this area and looked for this nice cache. TFTC Die Waldelfen
As there has been either no response from the cache owner, no cache to find or log to sign, or it has been a number of months since the last owner note I am archiving this cache to keep from continually showing up in search lists and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.
If you wish to repair/replace/make available the cache sometime in the near future (next 28 days), just contact a reviewer (by email), and assuming it meets the current guidelines, the reviewer will be happy to unarchive it.
Should you replace the cache after 28 days has passed please create a new cache listing so it can be reviewed as a new cache.

The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 30 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. It's a shame, but no finds since Feb, many DNFs, no response to maintenance requests, I have emailed the CO with no response, he's not been online since November last year. Perhaps someone else can replace this one? It's a great spot.
Yes, have to agree! As a previous finder I was well aware were the cache was and it wasn't there! Still searched a bit around in case it had been moved, but this one needs replacement for sure!

After attending a local event I walked out to GZ with Wilbert67 who had previously found this cache. After a good search around GZ it does appear to have gone missing. It is a sham as the views out here are great.
This one has gone walkabout. Could CO either replace or archive (preferably replace )
G, I and Junior S scrambled out to this spot, but have to agree with recent cachers - it's not there.
We enjoyed the scramble anyway but would have been nice to add a smilie for it.

Detached John and low for this one, on all the usual and unusual spots with no luck. Referred to previous logs and spoiler photos to locate it. One of the photos helped us locate the exact location the cache should have been, but it's gone.
Great scramble over the rocks n great views, just a shame we were unable to log this one as a find.

No luck today unfortunately. We even looked in some rather scary cliff areas with no luck. After about 20 minutes of searching we had to leave because it started POURING rain. We were absolutely soaking wet when we got back to the car. How disappointing.
Also searched for quite some time with no success. All around the pool in the middle and even on some scary outside-facing bits, as much as my bravery, the gusting wind and spray would let me. No joy so had to make the walk of shame back to the lighthouse. Was a great rock scramble though!
Searched and searched with no sucess. A great view and even climbed down the cliff to search lower below incase the GPS was doing silly things but again no luck.
During a small bike ride through Australia we found this beautiful cache. After five months in the saddle this found should be a small thank to the team hedcache who helped us a little bit with navigation by GPS.[br][br]TFTC - Hedcache[br][br][size=1][purple][#2929][/purple][br][green]rein:[/green]-[br][red]raus:[/red]-[/size]
Since I was at the Blowhole I had no excuse not to go and find this one.
An easy walk over the (very sharp) rocks and the cache was soon in hand, signed log and returned it to its spot.
The log is full and needs replacing as well as being somewhat damp.
Thanks for the great spot and lovely view.

Could not resist getting this one off my list. Beautiful view, exhilarating hike but unfortunately dropped my Canon Camera. Fortunately only the protective lens broke YOOHOO!!! So now Im off on the adventure of finding a camera store

it was really hot today, all i could think about was swimming in the surrounding deep blue water which made searching a lot harder. TFTC!
Found on the weekend with the missus. TFTC! The log was a little bit full... Oh and I'd recommend solid shoes to anyone doing it, my thongs made things a bit dicey.
Not a very easy walk in the heat but well worth doing for the views!

Best cache of the day. The blowhole wasn't blowing that much and so as not to waste the day we dicided to do this cache. Excellent views from GZ and a wonderful place.

After little search found it. And as previous logs have noted someone has used the area as a toilet.

Teamed up with Krafty Charlie for a day of caching and we soon had this one found.
We were unsure if we could get acrosss, but it looked worse from up top,
Once at GZ we had a GREAT view of the ocean and BOY was it windy!
Well concealed hide & thanks for bring us here Ironjohn33

The Blowhole was in fine form today and the water spray was making all the rock formations quite wet. Thankfully not to wet and slippery to be able to venture out to GZ. Made the find easily, but had to use stealth as there were a number of photographers in the area today. TFTC
A wonderful view to match a wonderful cache! The scamper up the rock to get it was a blast. TFTC!
A few fisherman nearby. Terrible shame that just below gz smells like a toilet! Tftc

Toller Platz für einen Cache. Es hat Spass gemacht den Weg hier nach "draußen" zu suchen.
Die Leute am blowhole haben sich mit Sicherheit gewundert, wo ich hingelaufen bin.
Tolle Aussicht.
Dafür gibt es einen Favoritenpunkt.

Fantastic cache!! We loved the walk out and the view on the way back. Picked up a fair amount of rubbish on the way back as we'll that must have been left behind.
This is our third attempt at this cache. The first two times we came the seas were too rough for us to go out.

This & the little blowhole were my favourite caches for the day. Without the cache being out here, I doubt if I would have walked out here, and then I would have missed the fantastic views you get from out here.
We could even see the Little Blowhole from here, outperforming the blowhole near this spot.
We had to look around a little for the cache, but eventually spotted what didn't look quite natural.
Thanks

I haven't been to Kiama for many years, and I would never have thought to walk out on this rocky headland without a cache to search for. It was quite easy to get out there. We had great panoramic views back towards the coast. We watched a fisherman in a sea kayak peddling along as he fished. We passed some rock fishermen on our way out, but there was no one near the cache location, making it an easy find for Toriaz.
As we returned we passed a family who were coming out to do some fishing. Two of the women had poor footwear. One had thin soled shoes, the other thongs. I wondered what would happen to her feet against those sharp rocks, once her thongs got wet and slippery.
Thanks for taking us out there.

A stunnmg view of crashing waves. Not a good walk to do in flip flops, but good to challenge your self. TFTC
On my first End of Season footy trip with the Jetettes, Kiama was our mystery destination.
I really enjoyed this one, the walk was cool and standing on top of the rock above the cache in the wind was great fun. Three of us (me, Dayze and eTax3) did superman poses while allrounder wimped out taking a photo from below!
TFTC - fun
[Attempting the cache the following day would have been a bit trickier in the very windy conditions with a huge swell!]

TFTC,
Visited a group of trackables on low tide expecting to do a swap but was disapointed to find that the Cache was without the trackable. I will report this to the owner.
Great location and view to the west from a different perspective. Recon it would be an awsome experience on a high tide with a heavy swell.

having just found the hotspot cache, steptoe and the scouts ran ahead to get to the next cache. stopping at the "not so fasinating" blowhole, as it wasnt working as much, we headed out onto the very rocky path to this cache. Scouts being kids decided to take the hard path. But overall, it was a lovely walk and the view was amazing again. TFTC
A tricky little rock hope to GZ but certainly worth the effort. The sea was calm and the wind slight which made for perfect conditions.
The log book is very full so I had to squeeze my log way up near the front where I could find a spot.
Great location and great cache full of swaps!!

Jumping from stone to stone, we quickly spotted this one, when we were close to GZ. Great view!!! TFTC!
Having just found the nearby hotspot cache, this looked like it was way out in the water on the GPS, but when I pointed out it approx location, the scouts were keen to head out here for a clamber.
The big question was to look up top to or down low to start, and we chose the right one. sonofsteptoe had clambered ahead, and had it spotted and in his hands before the rest of us made it to GZ.
A great spot, and worth the visit.
Sadly, the sea was too calm for the blowhole to provide a good show on the way there.

A nice walk out to the cache, found it straight away. The log is almost full, TFTC.
Wasn't going to go for this one but the day was good and there were so many other people out there....walking sitting and fishing. Glad I did....it was well worth the little effort to get out there.
Thanks ironjohn33.....

What a perfect place for a cache! Found without any trouble, only curious looks while passing fishermen in remote crevices. Left a Save the Dolphin Geocoin from Germany. I've been wanting to place it in a cache as close to the ocean as I could. It doesn't get better than this! Took photo & will upload it when I return home to Canberra later this week. A favourite point for me. TFTC!
We loved this one. After 3 blisters from new shoes and one very pooped geokid, we made it to the cache. Amazing views from here. Took tb, left teapot button.
Took some newbies out to discover the joy of geocaching. Think they are now hooked. Took Beamer coin left another geocoin.
Found quickly after a scramble over the volcanic rocks, what a great place Kiama is. TFTC
Certainly another point point of view. Been to the blowhole but never ventured out here before.TFTC
MajuraHathi, Cleared For Takeoff and The Split were in a caching party this morning and we set off for this cache at about 10:30. We ambled past the signs and in rock ramble mode we made our way past a couple of groups of muggle fishermen out to the point for another view. We made the find and signed the log amazed at how exposed we were. Today there was a steady breeze but it wasn't too cold.
We dropped a Canadian Girl Guides geo coin that has been traveling with us for a while now, time for someone else to have a turn.
In the area for a visit this weekend, we were very happy to make this feature cache today. Many thanks ironjohn33 it was great fun and a very rewarding adventure.

Very tricky but a good find. The seas were really big today so I let geohubbie have the spot light on this one. JenneG
Visited Kiama on a very windy Saturday morning anf got some lovely produce from the markets by the harbour. I wandered up to the Lighthouse and Blowhole and saw there was a cache not too far away. I clambered over to GZ past the warning signes but it was a fairly easy rock hopping path to GZ. Found the cache safe and dry and signed the log. It certainly is a great view from here back over Kiama. Thanks Ironjohn33 for your cache.
Out with the GF for the day, found this while out at the blow hole.
Nice easy find.
View and walk were good as well.

Finding this cache has been one of the highlights of my trip down south. I've been to the blowhole plenty of times but had never ventured any further onto the rocks.
Today with GPS in hand I pushed on with blue skys over head to find some amazing rock formations around GZ with some stunning veiws back to Kendalls where I was staying.
Great adventure, great location and a superb cache. Favourite for me.
Thanks ironjohn33

This was one of the best cache sites we've been to in a while and definately on the list of favourites. Never accused of doing things the easy way we searched both top and bottom for this cache, with an impressive bit of rock climbing from Geowife. The view was awesome and the adventure added to the attraction. No muggles dared to venture as far as us! We left a travel bug that got caught with us during a time we weren't able to cache. May it have many adventures! Thanks for the cache.
Did a bit of rock climbing with the geo kids to get this one, great spot with beautiful views. TFTC
I left my GPSr in the car and my phone's battery was going flat. So I tried not to use my phone and so TaurusSix and i ended up taking the low road until it got very slippery. So I checked the phone and realised my mistake. Retraced our steps and tried again. The phone was as accurate as it usually was; not. But TaurusSix spotted something unusual. Retrieved GC.
Winter in Denmark with snow and cold, therefore we keep holiday here in Australia. Greetings from Denmark.
First time out to this spot for the two biggest Rosebuds. Not sure if the crack is so "rare" though! TFTH.
Great walk across the rocks and not too harsh...my son did it in croc shoes. Found a mysterious track able there TB28JQB (Renji Abarai Trackabulldog) which had been listed as missing last June. Great to get him on his way again. No sight of the trackable Die Gute alte D-Mark TB2AHHB.
Three months after a total hip replacement and i'm into it . What a great spot. Left a little something to buy some Greek currency with. TFTC
Found on 4/1 but no access to computer until now. Blow hole not operating but no worries since we did find this cache. Between us we have 2 new hips and 2 new knees, so dont give up when you see the rocks you have to go over, if we can do it any one can!!!! TFTC Deserves a favourite point
This was an exciting and wonderful excursion to this noteworthy hiding place. Together with my cachemates BassBen and TaranQ found and logged. Thanks for pointing says cachandfoto
Thx for guiding me to the edge!
Was a nice walk to the edge and finding the cache was making me happy even though the blowhole hadn't much blow in the hole today
Also thanks to my cachemates cachandfoto and TaranQ.

We have been to the bloowhole many times - it was not blowing today though. We made our way to GZ and found the cache quite quickly. TFTC, NazzoR
Nice spot at sunset - the rocks are still warm after a bright sunny day. Easy find by geokid. Thanks ironjohn.
nice cache. Geo son loved the rock hopping! GC retrieved and will soon be on its again.
