Been a long time since I found it but during a quick visit to GZ today, I couldn't see anything familar. Team Casho aren't around to check on it. Maybe another previous finder can confirm it is missing.
Orry to those who attended and had a dnf on this one.
We thought we archived this one back in January when we removed it. Whith construction fences going up and us relocating to the center of the state we thought this to be the best move.
Once again sorry to all.

Made it to GZ fine, but had a no find. There is some contruction fencing up limiting access to where I thought it was. Perhaps a check on the cache might be needed.
Found this one late this afternoon, after many failed attempts in the past. Armed with a clue from the cache owners, I was able to make short work of this one. ( I was sure I looked there before ....?). Thanks Team Casho for this cache.
Had our best caching eyes on but no luck with this one. Last attempt on your side of the country, Would have been nice to finish with a nano. Anyhow, will try again next trip.
735 - 10 for today. Found on 01/08/10 3:39 PM
2nd attempt. I amazed myself by locating this. After spending a long time looking for this previously, it didn't take long to locate the little bugger. TNSLLN

GPSr was right on the money with this one - put my 'think like a cacher hat' and had it in hand fast SL TFTC
This is one of those caches where I was really glad of company - 4 sets of eyes really helped with this one - although in the end it only needed one set of very sharp eyes that spotted the cache from some distance away! TFTC.
looks like some work in progress at the station but we where out of sight and could search, after a few minutes of going up and down, Tankengine came up with the find, phew saved our bacon again , found with Tealby, Tankengine and Marcus V, en route the the 10 Year Event
Found with Tealby, mtrax and Marcus Vitruvius on a mini impromptu Wollongong invasion!
Well, this could have been really tough! But, luckily with 8 eyes on the hunt, the find was made in under 5 minutes! Thanks.

Reperio at 1410. I'm pretty sure I have been past this one before, but for the life of me I can't think why I didn't find it. Today I was feeling confiedent with Tankengine, Tealby and mtrax all helping to make the find, and help they did. Nice to cross this one off.

Continuing on our way northward, stopped for this one, but alas not luck.....(this time)
Well, we DNF'd this one about 2 hours earlier, but after catching up with the owner (by chance???) at another one of his caches, he kindly gave us a hint that would be sure to help us find it. And sure enough we did. Amazingly, we were going to look 'there'...............but never did. Lesson learnt.
Thanks Team Casho.................

We were down in the Wollongong area for the weekend so did a bit of caching while we were here. We hunted high and low for this one - we spotted a number of wasps but sadly no sign of a cache.
Spotted some other geocachers when we arrived, turned out to be fellow kiwis so there was no way this cache wasn't going to be found!

Took a while to find this, but we ran into team rosmar (more Kiwis) that were over here for the Wagga Mega. Cheers Gav [5003]
Cache run on the way from Auckland to the Megga Event in Wagga. Muggled by another team of kiwi cachers T4TC.
Brings back memories, this place -- The Snooty Fox used to commute to Sydney every day from here.
Our initial attempts to find this one were thwarted by a couple of local bogans having a domestic dispute right at GZ, so we went and watched the (lack of) trains and the construction work. Once they were gone, we commenced our search. The wasps are still there in abundance, but we took a "live and let live" philosophy and after visually verifying that the cache wasn't behind any of their nests, we set to searching. A few minutes of looking in fairly obvious hidden places bore no fruit, until Snooty spotted something a little way away that "just didn't seem right". Sure enough, it was the cache. Signed the log quickly and departed, just as The Domestic, Season 2, started screening (screaming?) nearby.

Checked this one about a week ago and returned it back to where it was mention to be.
Um, is it near the hornet's nest? Will return when they're not so angry. Then I can look properly. But please, be careful for now folks.
Going Somewhere Yea home after a wet south coast run had a good look around all we found was a pen
O well that's something anyway. This is such a small thing to look for on a big structure will return......

This time no worries with this one! After chatting about this sneaky hide with the cache placers it was quickly in hand, though I left it where I found it I'm still not sure that's where it is meant to be!
Thanks Team Casho

After reading about this one I was not optimistic, and the muggles nearby would make it impossible I felt, but then McPhan had it - in under a minute - and I think those muggles were none the wiser. Thanks Team Casho.
2594. [font=Trebuchet Ms][green]That could have been very tough. Luckily I spotted it while Zsazsa7 was praying to some deity or other.

Found today with my geo mum and Tbone. We had been here before but defeated. With a bit more preparation, we were able to find our first micro of this type. Boy, are they small! Not many muggles on a Sunday. Good luck to them if they started looking anyway.

3rd attempt in 3 months. I was determined to find it this time. 45mins into the search the Public address system announced that the area was under 24hr video surveillance, & 15mins after that, a large security fellow made sure he walked past me to say hello.
Time to move on. I need a better hint to find this cache (specific instructions preferred)

Tbone and I tried to bag this one to break our day record. Sadly with little preparation we returned home with an equal best number of finds in a day (2). Many possibilities. So many possibilities.
Such a small cache in such a large area.
Couldn't see it so let my fingers do the walking.

Spent about 20 mins on my knees trying to find this one. Had to explain how my wife thought she had lost her wedding ring in the area. Lots of sympathy but no cache.
Will return for this one when I can

Needed a few goes and a big hint to find this one. We had the right idea but was not looking hard enough. TFTC Team Casho.
I recon I looked at every centimetre of that structure for over an hour and had a good idea what I was looking for but it evaded me.
Answered questions for 20 to 30 different muggles from how much I was getting for the steel when I scrapped the bridge to why should I bother fixing the lights when it was being ripped down. Even the station master wanted to know when the work was starting. I told him it already had and he left looking bewildered, caching is such good fun.
But I still have to find it. n Maybe ext time.

In the end I was able to pick this one up at the third visit. But only after a nice chat whit Mrs Casho! I still keep on having arguments with caches this size!!

We thought we would have found this quicker but we should know better than to be complacent with a Team Casho hide.
Many thanks Team Casho.

Quick easy find this time after a hint from the logs. Signed for Chip, Hoojar & Ding. Thanks Team Casho
Ding was in need of a walk, and for that matter so were Chip and I. So despite the flu that we've each battled for the last week we rugged up and walked the 3km to the cache. Half way there we realised that we didn't have a pen... or any money to buy one!
Ooops! What to do.... What to do? Press on regardless!
Once at GZ we made a search and eventually came up with the cache, and a lot sooner than we thought it might take. We took a photo of Ding with the cache, if the next person to find could write our names we'd be most appreciative!
Cheers

It was a good idea to get out and stretch our legs. Missed the late night walks and 6km was great! It wasn't as cold as we thought it was. I was wearing far too many layers.
But we found it easily enough. Ding was kind enough to sit still while we took a picture of the log.
Thanks Ding.

I spent about 15 to 20 minutes looking for this one and after a phone a friend that told me, pretty well exactly where to look I went straight to the spot but was still unable to locate the cache.
I had trouble searching for a little while as some muggles parked opposite just would not leave but eventually I had the place to myself and continued the search, kneeling in the wet grass and crawling into the lowest reaches, also feeling my way along many spots one simply should not put fingers.
In the end I gave up to retrace my steps to another nearby cache, .......next time!

In the grand scheme of things there wasn't that many places it could be! It was pouring with rain, keeping the muggles away and making searching easier, and the cache was soon to hand. Just as I'd got it back, a train arrived - timed it well!
Thanks for the cache TEAM CASHO

This certainly was a tricky little cache. I left this one for today as I go over this spot twice a day generally. I had to wait out the muggles getting picked up but once that was done the cache was in hand. Thanks.
This one had us scratching our heads for a while but eventually it was in hand. TFTC SL
Well thank goodness for the younger cachers in the family. Gribbly did the trick!! We searched and searched then he said, "Have you had a look there? Well I had a more "Mature" look!! With his better eyesight he soon spotted the cache and then the problems of nanos!!! Gettting that rotten log sheet in and out!! Where was Mrs KC when I needed her. Some minutes later and fortunately no damage to the log the cache was back well hiddenn TFTC SL
Frustrating is not the word for it. I spent a long time on this one this evening. Sent Woodyson back to the car to get the torch as it got dark. No luck here. I didn't know if I could get it from on top or below. Just another one of those frustrating ones for me still to find within 10km of home. (4 of them)
Thanks Team Casho. I will return.
Thanks Team Casho. I will return.
After watching a potential FTF slip through my hands at Kiama this morning I couldn't resist the temptation for another this afternoon. Less than an hour after being published and less than 2km from home I'm happy to have signed the log first. Thanks Team Casho.
