I don't think this one is still there.. ?? Given the last 3 DNFs I only spent about 10 minutes looking however.
Grrr, a frustrating DNF after just not being able to find it in the dark. Hadn't planned on nighttime caching but had to try for just one more before heading home, so didn't have a torch with me, only the little light on my phone. App kept sending me back and forward within a 2-3m area at the spot and even with the hint I couldn't sort it out, I'm sure it will make more sense to me in the light of day some other time, just frustrating when you see in logs that noone else has had any trouble finding it. And then there was the traffic! ... after dark on a Sunday night and the park was still busy with cars coming and going! Light on, light off, light on ... hard to look inconspicuous lurking around park entrance in the dark. Lol. Oh well, try again another day. Enjoyed several picnic dates here with friends during Covid-times when cafes weren't allowed to serve all - lovely spot.
Sunflowers26 had not been far in this direction before, and I needed a caching day, so I decided to take her out on a voyage down the coast. An amazing day was had by the pair of us, for a number of different reasons. It didn't take long for us to grab the cache, with a rather neat hiding spot, but what made this very memorable was just afterwards - I heard some gently lapping waves, and we decided to investigate. Right next door to the cache was a nice spot where the waves rolled in gently enough for Sunflowers and me to stand there and let our thoughts and minds wander, and let our souls heal a little. An absolutely magic experience on a day like today. Cheers!
Greetings from the Czech Republic and Thanks For This Cache.

A nice quick find here by RubyDoo, have been down here many times in the past and we are finally picking up some of the caches. TFTC
A nice quick find. Last cache for the day, now back over the hill to the camp ground. Thanks for placing your cache.
Time for another road trip for Ms_KR and KR, so we headed south toward Otago. We cruised around the Taieri area and over to the coast today. It poured overnight but the rain held off today which was cool. Another great day.
Thanks to all CO's for publishing and maintaining their caches. Cheers.

Home in New Zealand for the first time in 4 years. Great to use a few cache finds to slow the journey and increase the enjoyment of a long overdue return. TFTC.
Easy to find but probably needs a bigger container, or cleared out as it's hard to close
Didn’t have my phone at the time so the person before me bet me to loging it I found it before him though
Really good find!amazing spot we didn't have anything to trade back t we put a marble in there!
An auspicious 28th May placed date that hasn't been attained caching north of the line in several years. Just three more have to go but I have plenty of time to go further north. Waltzed up to the GZ and found the cache in the right spot in no time. Dry and ok, the logbook has been signed and returned back to the hide. I didn't need three sets of eyes to track this one down, two did the trick. No time to stop at the camping ground, this is the turn around spot as both roads traveled further along this way had garnered a FTF nearby recently and the remote beach caches can wait another time. *Labyrinth* **15pt trad 295pt** TFTC
Found on our Sunday drive to get Conbat out of the house. Found with Conbat. TFTC!
Found - Mrs McMike2012 & I now live full-time in our caravan & travel the country visiting places we want to visit … we are now parked up in Mosgiel for a couple of days, exploring in & around the Dunedin area … we were on our way to the Sinclair Wetlands, but were taking the long way, but thought we needed another cache … found with no issues, log completed & Cache returned … pleased to add another 'smiley face' to the tally … TFTC ... TN:LN:SL ... #2,108 for us.
Arrived in Dunedin for a few days as one of the kids has their final exhibition for their degree. Flew in and picked up a hire car. Decided to take the scenic route into Dunedin via Taieri Mouth. This was one of 18 caches found this afternoon with a couple of DNF. Surprised by this hide as I thought it might get muggled but I see it’s been year many years. Thanks for the smiley.
The hint is absolutely right! Nicely done. Didn't know that these facilities were here, and was useful to know. TFTC.
Parked up and headed off to find the cache. Had to check that the vehicle parked at GZ was empty before starting our search. Luckily it was. This took way longer than it should have but we eventually got there. tftc
Three sets of eyes hunting this one out, surprisingly quick find in the end tftc
Got near GZ and our signal dropped out so we had to feel our way around blind. Found easily despite this. TFTC
Have to go... and spend more time in Taieri Mouth next time, rather than just caching through.
Well placed as I needed to go. Hope your ears were burning when I found it? A few curt expletives may have been uttered.
Nice one.
Nice one.
Such a great place out here. Spoiled a little today by a large dog running around with no owner in sight. Cache easy enough to locate
We come from the other side of the earth and wanted to find here our most southern cache. The box was a bit out, but we found it. After that we visited this wonderful beach.
