Sorry for the delay but after two DNF's I set off to get to the bottom of this. I too was bamboozled as it looks like the first WP and the final have both gone walkabout. I'll fix them up and find a new spot in the same vicinity as soon as I can. Hope you enjoyed your time in this neck of the woods despite a DNF.
Second time we have tried to find this cache - We thought we knew in the general direction with the Bamboozled clue but we went to the bottom step and couldn't find anything. Help please
No luck for me today. Sat on the seat and couldn't figure out whre to get the coordinates for the next waypoint to locate GZ - sheer luck from the hint that I found the final GZ - then couldn't find the cahe - not my day today.
This cache was definitely not my cache. Have been out here for four times and conflicting information in the cachepage (1l plastic screw top and size: micro). This cache did cost me a lot of headaches, but now going to tick this one off.
This has to be the easiest find of all the ones I have found with similar names or in the same plant. Thanks for the nice wander in this nice area. TFTC #3423
Had come out here on Mother's Day To find this one... But no luck at the final location. Back again! A quick find. TFTC! Cospah
We had to bamboozle around for a while before we found it. By the way the coordinates are missing a dot. I first assumed it was pure metric format, but it was too far off. So I knew it has to be another format.
Found on the way home without too many problems apart from the rain the was getting more persistant. TFTC
My second attempt at this cache after quite some time. The last time I was here I was definitely bamboozled and failed to find it. Today, I could remember where to go and with the help of the hint, the cache was found nice and quick. TFTC, Biggles.
What better day than today being a bonus geocaching day to get this going again after a big break.
Size has shrunk - now a pill container so hopefully we will have more luck keeping track of this one.
Also note updated clue if you need it.

Are you planning to put this one back again?

Even I am bamboozled now. Looks like it may have developed legs again and gone walkabout. Looks like a slightly different hiding spot is now required. Will stry and get is sorted as soon as.
WP found okay, off to the final. Looked for over 45mins but no luck. Did manage to find an awful lot of rubbish, plastic bags and bottles. GZ very overgrown. Will come back another day when in the area and the caching eyes are more in focus.
I've had this cache on the the to-do-list for several weeks now, so decided it was time I headed out to get it. I was rewarded with a lovely, sunny, winter's day and some great views. Took a picture at WP1--see attached. No easy find of WP1 for me today. Had a pretty reasonable look but didn't find it in the end (found a magnetic strip nearby; but it didn't seem to have anything to do with caching).
At this point I thought I would follow my nose untill I was completly bamboozled at Kauri Point. After some exploration I was soon well and truely bamboozled. Confronted with this type of environmental GZ I realised I would have to make full use of the hint. After looking and feeling around for awhile, just out of sight of some nearby fisher-folk, I decided to resort to the stick-prode method. No cache. At this point I decided that hint words mean something different to the CO than I. Made a slight adjustment and tried a new spot. Found it on the very first probe after that.
Cheers for the multi-cache. It really encourages you to explore a very nice spot. Great views too!

Finally made it back to complete the find on this cache. Found WP1 easily a few months ago and had the waypoints to WP2 but, back then couldn't find the cache. Well, today i found the cache without too much trouble! Took TB and signed log. TFTC!!
Quick find with the sun getting low on the horizon. Super quick find of WP1 and then set off the WP2 along the shoreline. Having arrived at GZ a quick check of the hint led me straight to the cache. Opened the logbook to find it blank. FTF the new cache container? TFTC.
All in in order. WP1 is in place and no gorse in the direct vicinity of the final resting spot. Clue has been updated to help hunters.
We searched high and low for WP1 but DNF. Hint is abit vague as there are numerous trails. We searched everywhere and it seems WP1 may not be there anymore..?
Found WP1 without difficulty but the final left me bamboozled and my hands full of gorse prickles! Had to abort search due to muggles but will be back.
Looks like it may be MIA. Will be bringing in reinforcements to double check otherwise I will replace as soon as I can.
For me it was just a bad day. My second cache not found.
My GPS was right on top off the (supposed)cache....but nothing

Nice multi in a great place, no problems with the WP or the final. Thanks for taking us here
A bit of experience helps a lot as this time I found WP1 and the final cache although the clue was slightly confusing. I eventually spotted the cache which was slightly exposed from the big storm that came through at the weekend that had uprooted a few trees and damaged others in the locality. It's now re-hidden for the next person to locate.
Rather damp underfoot due to lots of rain. I enjoyed the view at WP1, but couldn't find the cache, probably due to it being my first day geocaching. Will try again later...
Thoroughly enjoyed the walk around this spacious park. Great place for the dogs too. TFTC
1996 Nice park and fun multi, admit that the final left us slightly bamboozled but found regardless of the slightly unhelpful clue. TFTC
We have visited this park once before, but at night for a FTF. Good to see it in the daylight. A nice view and no problem finding the co-ords at wp1. Took a little bit longer at the Final, and should have trusted the GPS sooner. Thanks for this enjoyable multi.

A good quick explore of the area. WP1 blended in well, and had us disagreeing on 0 and 2, due to sun reflection.
Final had us trying to dislodge a small rock in a concrete block, searching all around for what we thought would be a false piece of bamboo, and then finally searching much wider and further down to find the cache! Whew, we thought it was going to be a DNF for a while.
Lots of voices below, and interesting set of kiddies chairs set out through the bamboo.
Thanks for bringing us here.

Nice multi in an area of Auckland I hadn't yet explored. Indiana Jill, Kayaknkiwi and I set off to find the nearby cache then decided to give this multi a try. Glad we did. Got WP1 with no problem, but had to resort to the clue after searching the GZ for quite a while. Indiana Jill found it first. TNLN. TFTC!
Nice adventure on this one. Enjoyed going from wpt to wpt. Arrived at GZ.hmmm searched some more, Indiana Jill came up with the goods on this one! TFTC!
WP1 had us wondering for a few seconds but had it in hand soon enough. Got to GZ and searched a for longer than we had planned but had the cache in hand soon enough. TFTC
WP1 was easy and headed to GZ only to be very bamboozled. Checked the hint and still wasnt none the wiser as opinions differed as to what is "big". A bit of search soon had cache in hand. Thanks.
Found it with Heff on a very blustery day. No difficulty but nearly got blown off the beach as we walked around. TFTC
Blustery day at Kauri Point today however we managed to quickly find the waypoint and it was reasonably sheltered from the weather at GZ. After a bit of searching we found the cache T4TC.
Used to exercise my dog here 20 years ago.Back then you could drive out on the reserve, throw the dog out & drive around & around until the dog was exercised.TB & coin visit.

Was a little bamboozled at first, but the clue put me in the right spot. Nice park, seems to be potential for more around here.
Traded some TB's but not the ones that were logged in here, found them in another cache.
TFTC +/- TB,

Date may be out by a week. Needed 2 trys, helped the second time by SmileyKylie's niece, who blew some bubbles in celebration for her first find.
Must of missed the teddy bear.
Lovely wee park, and a cool final - many thanks Smiley Kylie.
In a few bugs from the States.
Thanks!

Got to WP1 and the batteries ran out! Spares were duds too so had to go on memory of last screen seen. Lucky for us all fell into place and the find was ours!
What a great park this is. TFTC

Found it on second attempt and with the clue.
Coords were a bit off for me, maybe that's why I couldn't find it the first time (without clue.
Now a smiley from Kylie.
Great spot for a cache.

(Am I the firts DNF after 2 days?????)

Quickly found WP1 and found the final after just a couple of minutes searching. Those are some crazy steps. Actually, little known fact, they are a a less well known work by Picasso, in his younger years as a concrete layer . 2nd to find behind Amadanon inc. A really tranquil spot at sunset. TFTC!!!
KnK was lying down on the job. S'sB was calculating and inputing. I was the consultant and brains! Ha! Got there in the end. Team caching is good. TFT FUN!
