Logs
As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.
The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 21 days) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.
Had a quick discreet look for this cache but there were millions of muggles, so I can't confidently say it isant there! but judging by other logs there has not been much success finding this one, so perhaps it isant to be found!!
Searched every possible rock in the area.
Pretty sure it wasn't there.
Could Mr Hppo please confirm that it is still there.??

We looked twice - the first time at night, we looked and looked with no luck so decided to come back next day. The next day we looked just on sun-down, no one around which made it easier, but still no luck - would love to know if it is still there or whether we were just looking in wrong place!
Nice easy one thanks

This was harder then the others as there where quite alot of muggles around so we had to wait abit for them to go. Needs another notebook as log paper is full now. Thanks
So many rocks but we eventually found it. A few fishing muggles around but no one seemed interested in us.
Found - no muggles around at all on such a brilliant day!! Madness!
Log page is over full - no room left anywhere to sign.

Managed to spot the cache and retrieve it safely despite fishermuggles on the odd U-shaped wharf. Thanks.

Found this one on my trip through the north island. Visited some great places and saw heaps of cool stuff. Thanks for showing me around and thanks for the cache.

Made a quick grab but muggles made the re-hiding a mission. Lots of Fishing but no fish.
Did this one by night... Really interesting place.. Some muggles at the far end fishing for food for their kitty cat... Thanks for showing us this spot..
What a great spot! Found while waiting for our fish and chips. Finished off the evening with a spot of fishing. TFTC!
Spotted the likely hiding place and then proceeded to extract the cache and discretely sign the log T4TC.
1st ever find. Was given a Garmin Etrex H for christmas. Went hunting with my family and my children found it.. We also met the Billhillies from England. what a great way to start geocashing
Had spent a little while searching (it looks a bit strange for muggles to see an elderly couple peering around under rocks), so we were delighted when new cachers Chappers5 turned up and one of their younger members very rapidly found the cache. Good to meet and have a chat. TFTC

Lots of fishing muggles about, managed to find and replace while their eyes were averted elsewhere.

Found as part of my three week caching trip from Wellington to Auckland - # 574. Thanks.
This one took a while as we had to wait for what loooked like a junior version of the amazing race. Not sure who won, but it looked fun. Alas, we were too old to join in - lucky we had Geocaching!. TFTC
This one was a lengthy little cache - had us stumped and rumaging for a wee while! Nice wharf!
Poor Mr W.E.K.A. was sent out once again in the pouring rain to retrieve the cache, quickly found fortunately. TFTC

Nice clue and nice hide. Missed the other cacher who had signed the log today also. Kids fishing off the jetty and two dogs interested in my caching also. Snared the prize in the end and replaced carefully. + Jandal TFTC
Very impressed with the wharf and the steel creatures on it. We made friends with a couple of dogs who were wandering around, but no muggles today. Thanks.
Found it today on a second look, gps was all over the place on the first try, so took a look at the sat photo and knew where it should be, found it quick after that.
Tiny cache!!!!
People with short arms would probably never find it way in under that rock! Still nice hide though, never would have guessed it!

The first cache find of a long walk on a windy day. There were a few muggles around but I was able to retrieve cache undetected.
Found the cache easily enough, although my gps was all over the place so I just searched around all rocks until I came across the cache. TFTC
A quick easy find while the family of muggles were concentrating on their fishing. TFTC.
Had us going for a while, till GPS sent us in correct place. Muggles everywhere! TFTC!
Like Geckoh, saw the new cache listing, but decided not to try the night time excursion, as I had leg in plaster. No one on wharf this afternoon.TNLN TFTC

I was at a 21st birthday party when Mrs Geckoh TxT me advising of a new cache listed! AND ITS LOCAL!! I left the party and swung by home to pick up the pre loaded GPS, and it was off to Ohope.
Arrived at the wharf and it was lit up like a Christmas tree at 10.20pm but no one was there. An easy find and GPS was spot on.
TNLN and a big thank you to Hppo for placing caches in our neck of the woods.
