Hi Atalanta19,
We've sent you a hint.
From the beginning, if anyone was stuck, we gladly gave a hint (and still will). A previous finder said he took the cache, but would bring it back. There has been a DNF since then however (it's not that hard to find), and we didn't want people wasting their time hunting for a non existing cache. We'll be retrieving the cache (if it's been returned as promised) in the next few days though.
Cheers Atalanta19!
May you ALL - always have fun caches to hunt, and plenty of satellites to hunt them with!
Sincerely.
Pip & Robbie

Well, for those of us who have been going nuts for ages trying to figure it out, how about telling us?
Thanks for the hint. I don't think I would have figured it out without it!

I solved this puzzle almost by myself with my geodad giving me only one clue at the beginning.
Unfortunately we had no luck finding it. I will ask midmy7 for a little help when he is back.
We did find another cache close by. (too close)
Thanks for the nice puzzle

Solved this other night and brought AlphaDeltaIndigo to gz to find. With a puzzle that took a bit to solve. The quick find made it fun.. But just be careful of the mine field. TFTC
A month ago, when we were planning a trip to Adelaide, my Geocaching friend in Adelaide asked me to solve a puzzle cache called war of the dots.. It's then that i discovered the solution to this cache! I didnt have the time to put pen on paper n solve this one but i shared my new found information with PK. He solved it in his free time and we had coords sorted! Came out today to find this one and it was a qaepag!
Tftc p&r !

#708 (Streak day 176)
I swung by this one on the way to seeing Melanie at the Enmore Theatre.
As the Geowife waited in the car, I ventured towards GZ in the dark with only an iPhone.
Approaching, I was greeted by two dogs (and their owner), who were just leaving. Ah good, the coast is clear.
Got close and pondered the possible hides. After using the iPhone as a torch to check the more unlikely possibility, I bit the bullet and followed my caching senses.
Found it in the second spot I examined.
Took the cache back to a bench (and the light) to complete signing duties.

This was one of the few puzzle caches that I'd managed to solve without assistance, the sun must have been shining on me that day. I'd figured out the coordinates some time ago, but due to the distance between the listed coords and GZ, it wasn't until today that I'd had an opportunity to find and complete this cache. Turned out to be a relatively quick and easy find, cache was extracted without difficulty and signed. I then moved on to find the other cache that was mere meters away! TFTC Pip & Robbie!
It is funny how you can hide a cache like that and so far I have done two including this one!(TFTC)
After solving this puzzle some weeks ago, we realised that we may have already found this cache. Today (21/6/14) Felix the spy and I revisited GZ and confirmed that we had bagged this cache (and not the one that we thought we were bagging) back in May, so I'm logging it in retrospect. Visited back then with Felix the spy, Arwen21 and Amy the geodog. Thanks for the puzzle and the cache!
We get out of motel to drive around to Sydney find few caches... beautiful weather for 2 days...

Found this with AM after doing another nearby cache. AM did the hard work of solving the puzzle, I just went along for the hunt at the GZ (and the other one nearby). Found quite quickly once in the GZ, but we did have to watch for muggles nearby. No worries. Muggles were eluded and we discovered it, signed and replaced. TFTC, P&R!
Hi Pip & Robbie, great to find another of your cool caches. CJ and I found this one this afternoon whilst out on our calendar chase cache hunt in the Inner West.
I struggled a bit with the puzzle before contacting the CO and they were very helpful in giving me the right celestial path. Managed to work out the coords. Popped them into evince and all good.
There were only a few muggles around at the GZ this time. It wasn't too hard to find once at the GZ. I spotted something out of place after a quick search. We soon had the cache in hand. We signed the log, sealed the cache and hide it back in its camoed spot.
Anyway, it was a satisfying find and a great day to chase down more caches. Thanks Pip & Robbie for another of your caches. We enjoy them. SL TNLN TFTC

Very clever puzzle, I got stuck so messaged the CO for a hint but as always happens before I got a response I got the answer !!!
It was a few weeks before I was in the area but arrived today and the park was deserted due to mid day sun, made a quick grab under the watch if aliens

It was odd having 2 caches within metres of each other. We starting looking for this cache first, then spotted the other so went to retrieve it, while I was returning the other one, StreetWalker found this one. Two for the price of one! TFTC.
#6762. After an unpromising start, this cache was found soon after its neighbour. Nice hide. TFTC.
We had solved this puzzle many, many moons ago after spending a lot of time and effort trying to decipher the code. We had a previous on-site attempt foiled when we were able to see the container but had trouble extracting it from it's hiding place to sign the log. With a lot more time passing since that abortive attempt, we took a quick detour whilst driving past the area today and had instant success in retrieving the container. It's great to finally not loose any more sleep over this one!
Wow. We started to get seriously worried to miss this one forever. We have been trying to solve the signs every now and then over the three years here in Sydney, living close to the park. We`re moving back overseas in a week and had to give it one last chance. And this time.. well, after a couple of hours of messy but interesting googling (again)... Marty just got the right idea what to look for and bang, there it was. I almost felt like opening a champagne. Great chache and very nice hide TFTC!!!
Wow...
The code was amazing. It had us (flyingkatfish and BrickRockler) stumped for hours trying to figure it out, and with no help from the CO! Thanks Evince!
Great cache and much appreciated.
P.S. great spot for the cache

I solved this puzzle a fair time back, just don't know how long it has been but I remember the feeling of satisfaction of searching for the hidden code and the bingo moment when it popped out. But I had no reason to ever be in this area, the starting co-ordinates are close to I park I was caching in once but the solution takes you a fair way off. In fact I have far too many solutions to puzzles that I have never searched for - time to rectify that.
So I strode off after work in search of this my fiftieth puzzle find! Which means I get a badge in my stats from GSAK - yippee - another crazy sense of achievement coming my way. The hide was tricky enough to make me look in a few other places first but I got there.
Something I should note - due to its proximity to another cache (which many are aware of) someone has placed a new log in the cache stating that this cache is in fact the other cache. Which should be confirmed and fixed up by the CO. However this will happen again probably unless the other cache is moved - which it can be quite easily. Without wanting to give any info that would spoil this for anyone, if you haven't solved this puzzle and were looking for the other cache then this is a perfectly understandable mistake. But the co-ords of both are spot on so there is no confusion if you have solved the puzzle.
There. I wonder if that makes any sense.
A great cache Pip and Robbie TFTC

This find has been very long in the making.
Not realising that a particular code-type existed, I set about deciphering the code. By assuming it was a simple substitution code and making certain assumptions about the possible message and 'realistic' locations, I was able to deduce all but two of the symbols, both denoting a digit. Since only three numerics have not been used, and assuming there are no duplicate symbols in the code, it reduced the possible GZ coordinates to six of which only four are realistic and one made the most sense based on previous log entries.
That was several months ago (actually last year, come to think of it). But rather than doing the brute-force approach of going to all four possible 'GZ's', I contacted the COs. They very kindly confirmed my best guess was the correct coordinates - and also educated me on the actual code system used. Thanks Pip & Robbie.
Today, finally being in the area, I went to find the cache. Got to GZ and found the hide pretty quickly. The only problem was, the actual hiding location was the venue for a humungous ants 'conference'. I think there was a new queen taking off and zillions of drones all coming out from the same point. I was literally covered in angry, bitey ants. Hope the 'ceremony' has died down and the next finder won't cop the same welcome.

Im sure we had aliens watching from inside the nearby bushes. Heard movement and when Pirry and i went to investigate we saw what looked like the reflective stripes of a shoe running away. Really really weird. Returned to car reversed back and saw what looked like the reflective stripes going back towards gz. Freaky. Tftc. With team awesome. Pirry, Nydiaas and I.

After spending the night doing some other caches nearby we decided to finish the night with this mystery cache.
A bit of a strange and creepy area (at light at least). After finding the cache, we had this strange feeling of being watched and as we investigated we saw "things" running away from us. Lets just say i was glad to be back in the car at the end of this one

I struggled for a while to solve the puzzle, and eventually resorted to e-mailing the CO, who replied quickly with just enough of a hint to see what I had previously missed. It took a few weeks for me to find an excuse to be in the area, but today I took an extended lunch break and headed west. I arrived at GZ, and walked straight to the correct feature based on a hunch and soon had CIH. The log was so damp I couldn't sign it at all (although the container itself was dry), so I had to resort to a photo, which is only a step above a Munzee. TFTC!
Yay! Yay! And Yay! Mrs Gaztek has been carrying this puzzle around for close to a year. It's dog-eared and comes out when waiting for the train or when riding as a passenger or, well, just about any time. It's been twisted, turned, folded, googled, held up to mirrors, counted, sorted, re-ordered - all to no avail. At the 12/12/12 event, we asked Equipe des Fous for a non-hint hint. He really just suggested reading the cache notes. Gee, thanks. So read them we did until earlier this week, the penny dropped with a giant clang! Massive AHA! Did the research, made the translation, got the go-ahead from Evince and ended up in a place we'd been before on this rainy afternoon. Good hide. Can't understand how the log got so wet. It's not particularly wet inside the container. Anyway, thanks for the big challenge and the new learning, Pip and Robbie. Very satisfying! SL TFTC Cheers... Gaztek

6/11/12 8:40 AM. Cache #215. Current streak: 58 days. Scratched my head for a couple of days (not the whole time), but a hint from the CO had me on the right track, and evince confirmed I was. Came here this morning and spotted reasonably quickly having seen a few of this type of hide now. Log was dampish but signable; took a photo before the ink runs. Spotted a few entries in the logbook from Oct that haven't logged online. Thanks Pip & Robbie for a clever puzzle (and for the hints).
Thank you to both steptoe and Kid Ron Satan for letting us know that the log is wet. We'll replace it as soon as we can.
The reviewer already knows about the two caches being so close, and has allowed it. Due to a technical glitch (my fault - Robbie), the other Cacher placed his cache not knowing about ours - ditto the reviewer. Thank you for not giving away the name of the other cache steptoe, it's very much appreciated!
Happy Caching everyone!

I was searching for another cache in the area, and had to pass the final for this as I cut thru the area heading to town afterwards.
As I have a habit of doing on previously found caches, I checked on this as I passed and found that
Log is wet, but should not be based on its camo.

Some thoughtful googling last night and I solved the puzzle. Quick find once there, altho quite a few ants present. Cool puzzle - TFTC!
Gee, that 'alien script' seemed so familiar! Was it from a book by Whitley Streiber? Or something about Roswell? I just couldn't place it . . . and so I finally appealed to the COs for a clue.
Anyhow, that quick tip was all that was needed, and five minutes later I had the coordinates all worked out. A good one!
So on our trip from the Blue Mountains down to the University of Sydney's Vet Hospital today, Mrs. pjmpjm found ourselves relatively near GZ and drove right over there.
After the difficulty of the puzzle, the find itself proved relatively easy, because I've seen many of these hides in the past and always immediately check 'these places' when they turn up . . .
The cache container and camo were nicely in place, but the log book was slightly damp. I was still able to write on the paper, though, and my only regret was that I couldn't take action to dry everything out.
TNLNSL.
Many thanks to Pip & Robbie!

This was a doosey of a challenge and as I starred at these markings, not could be seen! But then....something came at me and I worked on that...worked a little more and progress was made...YEAH...That's it. Confirmed the coords and then waited for a day like today to make up my missing time
Drove close the GZ and parked. With muggles close by, I walked past and luckily was hidden from them as I made my search. Found cache in the 3 place I checked. Cool. SL and replaced. no one the wiser Thanx Pip & Robbie for an interesting mystery cache, loved it, TFTC.

Solved this one and received confirmation by cache owner. Arrived at GZ to find a party being setup. Lucky the people had not arrived so it was a quick grab from a cool hide and we were on our way to another in the area,

We had a couple of wrong starts, not even printing out the markings on a foil and exposing it to the moonlight helped. But finally, when I was researching something completely different, I stumbled upon something interesting, something related to aliens. Now, it was not a solution to this puzzle at all but it did put me in the right direction. Thanks aliens! Oh, and thanks Pip & Robbie for a brilliant puzzle!
I first looked at this puzzle over 5 months ago and had in all honesty given up any hope of solving it. Then several months later while looking for the solution to another puzzle I stumbled across something and OMG! I had the solution staring me in the face. I wasn’t long before I had the conformation that I was correct.
Then came the agonising wait until this weekend when we were in Sydney for a couple of operas. I almost resorted to walking around with my head wrapped in tinfoil so I didn’t forget the answer. A most satisfying puzzle to solve and a good hide at GZ. Greeting from New Zealand TNLN SL TFTC

My oh my...not only was the code hard for me to decipher. The hide was a little different as well. Luckily I have seen a hide like this before so I was able to figure it out. I had a lot of help trying to crack this code, from friends in AU, Vienna as well as the CO. I'm glad that I found it today and that it is finally behind me. GZ was a bit away from the starting point...I suggest doing all the homework before you set out for this one as your computer is very helpful and GZ is maybe a couple miles away. It was a good hide. Went to the park with my team thinking we'll work it out while there. Clearly we need to spend more time on the puzzle- we have an idea to pursue and we'll be back!
Didn't find it and it was our first one we looked for. But never fear, we are going to home to suss it out-we have many, many ideas mostly Braille inspired!
This mysterie at home unriddeled and today found. Thanks for that intersting place.
Thank you rinsemesocks and Croydon crew for letting us know the cache and logbook were saturated (and how!). It's very much appreciated! We've dried out the cache, replaced the logbook, and moved the cache over a bit to alleviate the water problem. The abduction point is now ready to be found once more.
Hi guys,
I was in the vicinity this evening, so performed a cache check on this previous find.
Although the hide is intact at GZ, somehow the rain has gotten in, and all contents are saturated.
Cheers,
CC.

I had no idea how to solve this. Tried various options, but in the end, had to ask for a clue from CO. A very prompt reply led to a quick solution. Found on a wet night, but fortunately, time didn't get away from us. Log is very damp, and I am not sure why that is. Thanks for learning about something I never knew about. Cheers.
Nice cache on our avo!! We had sorted out what we needed to do earlier, so we went to GZ, (which seems like is in the water) did the recquired deeds!! TFTC TNLN

I looked at this for quite a while without success. In desparation, I printed the code onto foil, crumpled it and left it under a full moon. Miraculously, when I glanced at it next, the message just leapt out.
A quick visit to GZ with not a life form in sight and the log was signed. Nice container. TFTC
PS. As with a very small number of alien tales, some of the above may be untrue.

Find#709.
I spent ages over many months (not non-stop though) puzzling all sorts of solutions to this puzzle, including the right one which I however did not follow far enough down the path, so I had not found the answer at the time.
Eventualy I went insane, and asked the CO for guidance - which was supplied (thanks Robbie & Pip) and I found the missinbg info in minutes.
A couple of nights later I was close enough to the GZ area to divert and search.
My frst thought on approach was to check the xxxxxx, then everywhere else, and no luck - but just before I gave up and left I tried the xxxxxx option once more, and behold there was the cache.
Thanks -
well thought puzzle and well hidden too.

I'd solved this one some time ago and a find on the best of Fridays seemed appropriate. A laptop bag near by proved a red herring (yep, no lap top or log sheet) so the next obvious spot yielded more fruit. Not a lot of time went missing in the caching of this cache. Our thanx to Pip and Robbie from TeamAstro. Clear skies.
Another wonderful park in Sydney, even if a bit far from home. Parked and took a walk along the path, and when the IPhone settled down and regained its confidence, a particular location seemed just right. I still haven't worked out just what the container is normally used for, but it was perfect here. We signed the log and hopefully stayed unnoticed by the dog owners. Weren't able to leave without visiting the kiddies play area. Thanks for the puzzle & cache.
Decoded with a bit of a clue from Robbie. I was pretty close to cracking it though. Found quite easily once at GZ once all the dogs moved away. TFTC.
Boy oh boy. Puzzle was easier than the hide. Not a standard one. Very nice. Help from kuwtjones appreciated.
YAY!!! Loved this one, it is a total stinker!! Thanks P&R for your hint - just enough to get us over the energy of activation barrier... Trotted off this afternoon to seek and hopefully find but... NO LUCK!!!! PAF named Ken (we ALL need a Ken in a crisis!!) and between the two of us - me looking, him advising from afar it was finally caught red handed!! Fantastic fun, thanks - i am going to award this one one of my Fave Points for the hours and hours of hair pulling and tanty chucking over the weekend - it deserves it !!
Ohhh the clue, the clue, the clue, clue, clue, clue, clue! This gave me much anguish and I had to seek a little tip from tegandrew, who has cleverly deciphered but not yet retrieved. On the other hand, I found the cache in about 10 seconds as I have seen this kind of hide previously. I am sure it would have taken me some time if I hadn't encountered it before. These mystery caches are just so satisfying - thanks Pip and Robbie.
This cache had been taunting me for a while, so I finally decided to put my mind to solving the mystery! After an hour or so trying to make sense of the cipher, I conceded defeat and sought a clue from the COs. A hint was received promptly, and this allowed me to invest some more time along the correct avenue, and I solved the riddle half an hour later, with co-ords to GZ.
I hopped in the car, and headed to a quiet spot a stone's throw away from a road I drive down regularly. GZ sported more spiders webs than I've ever seen in one spot(!), but luckily they were mere spectators as I worked out the hide after a few minutes' search. The co-ords were spot-on, and I was able to sign and replace the log with no dog-walking muggles around. Nice tidy hide too!
Thanks again, Pip & Robbie, for this creative cache and your fulsome, helpful and good-natured responses to my hint requests! This is what caching's all about!

I deciphered the code when it first came out but never had the opportunity to get over this way until today, found it easily and not much muggle around here Thanks for bringing us here
This one had a stumped!! We tried the puzzle endlessly last week but couldnt crack it. We were tempted on giving up and trying PAF, when logic got the better of Abel A. Late saturday the light bulb finally turned on. We guessed part of it and were lucky enough to get the co-ords. We still dont know how to correctly decypher the code, but we're glad we got it in the end without any help. Great GZ and hide. TFTC
yay! nice to be over with this!. Nice cache and fortunately I have come across a similar one before if not it might have been a DNF...
Now I can sleep at night without fear of being abducted by aliens!
thank you

you guys are EVIL!
I have been trying to get this one ever since I started caching... Just deciphered it today in 30 min... I spent hours flipping this pic over and over again in previous atempts...
As its close to home I might have a go at it tomorrow!
So happy I have the coordinates without getting any clues!
thanks

Solved this a long long time ago, but only now was I passing through the area. On approach to GZ I saw some magnificent artwork. Cache was cleverly hidden and constructed, although the log was a touch damp due to the very moist air over recent days. Should dry out without any trouble. Thank for a clever and rewarding mystery cache.
mrs bloopy cracked this one whiling away the sunday morning on the geocaching website. turned out to only be a hop, skip & jump away so we were soon at the spot sharing the sunshine with our fellow inner westies. cache located, log signed and all put away before anyone noticed. thanks Pip & Robbie for keeping us on our toes!
We decided to attempt our first Mystery Cache by doing this one. Many hours was spent researching through Google and eventually we were able to decipher the markings.
After completing the first challenge, we packed geofamily in the car and headed off to GZ. To our surprise, geoson no. 1 happend to stumble on to the cache without leaving the path. This was certainly a very cleverly hidden cache.
Thanks for our first challenging experience of solving and searching a Mystery Cache.

Thought we'd stop by and check the cache. All is dry and in good shape.
Cheers!
Cheers!
After some help from Robbie, Sesamkeks and I can finally tick this one off.
Thanks Pip & Robbie, this was fun!

Thanks for the hints you gave Blurt05 and me though

Long have I waited for a chance to get down and knock this one off! I saw the puzzle and didn't bother looking at it for any length of time preferring to slide on someone elses grease so to speak.
I asked WW for some help but alls he would say was 'look at it for a little while and it will come to you', so having come to a dead end in my shortcuts I decided I'd have a go myself.
Within an hour I had the best part nutted out but still wasn't quite sure on the last couple of bits.
Thankfully my thoughts were proven correct when I checked the coords on the cache page.
Wow good size park here! most unexpected hidden away in suburbia, plenty of people out this morning to when DD and I rolled up.
The cache was quickly found, signed and back in it's hidey hole. Thanks for the cache no more missing time now wondering when I'll be able to nab the cache Nice work Pip & Robbie Cheers!

I deciphered the code when it first came out but never had the opportunity to get over this way and find it. I was Caching in this area this morning and dropped by to grab it. A bit tough given there was a Mum playing hide and seek with three young boys close by not to mention the dogs. Found with out too much trouble though. I’m not sure I'm a fan of Urban caches at the moment, perhaps I've done a few too many lately and need some bushlands. Thanks for showing me the park though, and the puzzle was good fun

Very Satisfying Cache. Cracked the Cypher in about 30 minutes but there are some tricks to it. I was being stalked by Muggles with Non-geopups but a brillient little hide. Don't go destroying the vegetation, remember its a Micro and use your head... after that Code it shouldnt be that hard. Thanks Pip and Robbie, as promised I gots it and it is very happy in its home.
Rated: for Overall Experience
Just cracked the Cypher. Its clever. Without giving it away you need to use both logic and deduction, in that order, to reach your answer. Took me about 30 minutes and 2 pages of scribbles / notes as a guide. Very Satisfying to get that "Co-Ords Verified" message! Off to actually find it tomorrow Pip & Robbie, you are tricky devils. TFTC (Thanks for the Cypher! )

This one had me perplexed for some time, until the wonderful Geo-wife decyphered the code, which was subsequently confirmed by our 10 year old Geo-girl.
Sometimes you just can't see it .... oh well .... lucky they could.
Unfortunately, I was in Perth last week and didn't get the chance to belt across there any earlier.
Congrats to Geomatica re FTF, and Treeshakers for getting FTF on your own.
Will try to be faster next time.

Ahhhh..second to find, is there such a thing??? Congratulations geomatica on your find - rest assured we were ready to go, just took a little longer to solve the puzzle.
Speaking of which, Pip and Robbie - what a wonderful clue. Almost the perfect puzzle, mind bogglingly simple once you know but devastatingly difficult if you dont!
Thank you so much for this one - arguably the best cache we have done.

Woo Hoo... Yeah... FTF
Had a little assistance from Cherryred and nutted it out.
Great camo and hide for the container.
Very quite at GZ this morning with only a few people walking their dog or exercising in the area.
Thanks for the FTF prize, not lucky this time but you never know unless you have a go.
