Tftc It was a pleasure here in Tasmania thanks allIk wil vooral kries 61 bedanken voor het helpen en motiveren van een echt geweldig persoon
Didnt take too much looking just needed to figure the best access point. Thanks for the cache red tag
On our first full day in Tasmania we headed for the Botanic Gardens and the surrounding Queens Domain on our geocache quest Arrived at the tennis complex and thought we knew where to go but fences kept getting in the way. Eventually worked out how to access the cache and all good from there TFTC red tag
What a great little find. Took about 5 minutes, but good find from the juniors!
Quick weekend trip to Hobart to celebrate my wifes birthday. Although the primary purpose was not to find caches, a good selection or trade, mysteries and labs were found as well as a quick drop into an event while half way through a glass of wine at the Customs House Hotel and dodging showers. TFTC
A quick find while being serenaded by balls being whacked back and fleetTFTC
TFTC! Getting a few today in the fading winter light. So nice to have this wonderful reason to get out and breathe fresh air! Im just back from Indonesia and my body is struggling to adjust again to this timezone and diet Coming out for this cache was just what I needed. Great little cache and an interesting spot!! Thanks from the bottom of my heart for placing and maintaining it.
This is really pleasing to change from a sad face into a smiley face. I visited this cache 2 years ago but had no luck and i think it was missing so this time my friend dropped me at the track between the two roads and i walked over to it and this time it was a quick and easy find so it was quickly signed and replaced with no muggles passing me by altho i could hear the tennis players playing over the fence . thank you for this cache all was well with it and i took nothing and left nothing .
Thanks for the fun cache though it was harder to undo it then to find it nevertheless TFTC
On my second day in Hobart, I spent several hours caching. I was able to find a total of thirteen caches while suffering only three DNF's.
Decided to spend the afternoon at the Queens Domain to get some Caches, only to find when I got there, that there was an event on at the Botanical Gardens. Bugger, well that rules out one cache and well for that matter a few others due to not being able to park anywhere. LOL never mind, I got a few in, then headed down to the Cenotaph before heading over the bridge to complete a multi that I started a while ago & ended up getting another three while I was over there. While approaching GZ I noticed a tennis ball on the ground, then a voice call out thanks for that haha he thought I had noticed the tennis ball & I was heading over to toss it to him, but no I was heading over for something else, if only you knew. I did the correct thing & tossed him the ball, before walking away for a couple of metres & then turning around back to GZ for a stealthy quick find.Below are the caches I did for the day. Ten in total bringing my overall finds to 247.GC3S5G4GC84PYYGC9N0D6GC9NHFJGC1TGVZGC29Y9WGC168BXGC3NXXZGC9P7HMGC4JXPJ
It's always nice to avenge a prior dnf.I spent ages here a few years ago with no luck so when I was aimlessly wandering in the area again, I spontaneously decided to stroll up here and have another gander. The nearby courts were empty this time, which definitely helped the search. The cache was spied not long later with the generous hint. Thanks red tag for hiding a cache here many years ago then patiently dealing with the dnf's accrued by keeping it alive, maintained and updated with a hint that now embarrassingly helps everyone.
The hint was greatThanksGreat hide and head height for a junior to find and becoming one with the treeVery happy for our 50 th find and our 10 th for the day
Today was perfect geocaching weather. We took a long walk from the city center to the north and spredded some smilies on the map. Here C was a little bit faster than M, thanks to the hint.TFTC MCoMeter
In Tassie for the next few months. So many great places to visit and so many different caches to find.In and around Hobart today, enjoying time on the scooter. Picking up some finds while passing by. Found this hide after a short search. Thanks red tag for placing the cache and doing the maintenance needed, so we can find this cache.
Had a bit of search and then found something that looked like a peculiar leaf. Great camo
We are from Switzerland...We do housesitting all over the world and this time we are back in Tasmania the second time ...We traveled around here 14 years ago...its nice to be back and this time even better with geocaching ..Today Nggi2 and I went out to make out of green ones yellow Smilies Its a beautiful day and hot weather to visit this part of Hobart but we tried to follow the shade as much as possible .We found most caches in good time .We also visited the Japanes garden for an adventure lab.Thank you for placing this Dsli (Dsli means little box in Swiss) oinkoinkNothing here only Tennis player
Visiting Tassie, and are now in Hobart.Gee Tassie has a lot of caches very close together! (What happened with the 106 m apart rule?)Too many to get (for a visitor), so I am selectively getting caches at various sites visited. After visiting the "Aquatic Center", on the way back to the car, I stopped to look for this cache.Although the cache was along a quiet dirt path, the tennis courts were being utilised. So my fumbling in the bushes (looking for the cache) caught the attention of the tennis players. So too much muggle attention, so the search had to be abandoned.
Voila finally found. Have been a few times previously, from missing to too many muggles and extra long grass in summer. Today damp, noone playing so didn't feel so conspicuous and had time to look and search till finally in hand. Thanks for the hunt and frustration but so nice to get a smiley TFTC
Was always going to be a battle in the dark. Had a good look around but couldn't see anything on fence or trees. Too well hidden for a night cache I think.
I was blessed with cool wet weather that dissuaded the tennis players . As is often the case, I was a whisker away from giving up, when I tried one last place after checking the map and what do you know, there it is! Better camouflaged than one of the earlier log photos. Persistence pays off here. Thanks for maintaining the cache and for a satisfying find and addition to the DT grid! FP from me!
Due to failing light I was struggling to see very much here so I’m going to log a DNF and come back and visit when the sun is higher in the sky or bring a torch
Another day wandering around Hobart exploring new places, discovering history and finding caches.
TFTC red tag

###Cache Maintenance Visit Required please.###
This geocache has been brought to my attention as needing an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache. See the [GCHQ Health Score](https://www.geocaching.com/help/index.php?pg=kb.chapter&id=38&pgid=713) process.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have it checked by the Cache Owner.
The cache owner needs to:
* Take action to restore the cache or address issues such as correcting the D/T rating.
* Re-enable the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log to advise what has been done and to clear any Needs Maintenance attribute which is present.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary or provide other information..
**Do not use an Owner Maintenance log for this. That is for use only **when you actually do something to repair the cache**.
Alternatively:
* Archive the cache, and remove any remaining geo-litter from the site.
In the meantime, I've temporarily disabled the cache page to await owner action by red tag and to take it off the playing board to prevent further geocaching community inconvenience.
[Please see the maintenance section of the Geocache Hiding Guidelines.](https://www.geocaching.com/play/guidelines?expand=1#cachemaintenance)
**I will check back in 30 days** to see that action has been by the CO.
If nothing has happened, I will assume that the cache has been abandoned, and, unfortunately, I will need to Archive this cache.
*Caches archived because of lack of maintenance/abandonment will not be unarchived.*
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is in good condition, waiting to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.
Please see [my profile page](https://www.geocaching.com/p/default.aspx?u=Balayang) for additional information.
Thank you

Didn’t think I was going to find this one on my first go! But gave it a shot, people are playing so they are wondering what a pretty!!! Old lady with grey hair is doing here so better go! Thanks for the long walk her
Had a look around, lots of muggles in the area though, and we didn't find the hint helpful at all unfortunately
Came here with Pagenz, we both conceeded defeat here after a good 20 mins. I found a very new looking tennis ball on the ground thinking IT might have been the cache, but it wasn't.... no subtle opening in it.
I HAVE to remind myself.... snakes live in trees, not my hands.....

It's hard to not look suss finding this one, actually had a tennis player ask me if I was alright, but all is well found it in due time

another to add to did not finds. i searched for ages but it appeared illusive to me also ! I did take a photo to prove i had been there in case it really is missing .
Had a good look but couldn't find it. I've read through some older logs now so will return for another try soon. Left a tennis ball I found for the next person, hopefully you have kids in tow!
Unsuccessful - I’ve seen others have been too. Might just be looking in the wrong places. will be back

This geocache has been brought to my attention as being in need of an Owner Maintenance visit, as the logs indicate that it is most likely missing, or else some other problem exists with the cache.
I agree that it certainly seems necessary to have an Owner Check, and so it has been disabled to allow the CO to rectify the problem and prevent further inconvenience for our geocaching community.
The cache owner, red tag, needs to :
* Investigate the situation and either restore the cache, or address any other issues, such as correcting the D/T rating if necessary.
* Re-enabling the cache by posting an Enable log
* Post an Owner Maintenance log if a Needs Maintenance attribute needs to be cleared.
Otherwise :
* Post a Note Log to request more time if necessary, or provide other information..

Not sure if has fallen somewhere or something but this was our second time looking and had no luck
I have no idea.
I had a good look yesterday afternoon as the courts were empty with no luck.
Round and round i went.
Oh well.
Next time.

Next time.
Hooray!! Had a DNF a week or so ago due to tennis players. Was back in the area and noticed all the courts empty so better come for a look. Had just been on a big walk grabbing the caches up around the domain loop so was feeling tired and mostly over it. Was just about to give up and turned for a last lil look and then bam spotted something suss and yesssss! The cache! Stoked!!
Pesky muggles playing tennis in the nearby court hindered my search. They probs wouldn't have noticedmuch but it just makes you feel so awkward doesn't it!!
###Cache Owner Action Needed###
This cache has been brought to my attention as likely to be missing.
After a string of successful Finds, it has now had a string of DNFs. I agree that this certainly suggests that something has happened at the cache location which requires investigation by the CO.
The cache will be disabled and I'll check back in 4 weeks to see if either
- the CO has checked or rectified the apparent problem
- the CO has communicated in a Note log here, when action will be taken
**If the CO has not taken either of these actions, then we can only assume that the cache has been abandoned and, regrettably, it will be archived.**
The Geocaching Community needs to have a degree of certainty that a cache is out there to be found, and the CO has a responsibility to maintain their caches.

Lovely view from this geocache locale while touring around our first time in Tasmania!!
Took us a little while to find this one. Thankfully the tennis players were very engrossed in their games that they didn't notice Chikinlittle and I wandering around at the back of the courts. Found a couple of balls that we threw back, then finally found the cache. Thanks for placing this one......eatmorchikin from Brisbane
