This area has been heavily affected by the floods. If it wasn't two meters up, I assume this one is gone.
Lovely day for drive the car via near river.... Wait, wait for muggles leave and quick search and found, sign the log and put it back before another bus arrive phew!. Thanks Snozzer.
Annoying muggle kids! Why do they insist and climbing trees and playing in the park? Should they be at home watching TV and playing computer games? I had to wait out these kids and a couple of bus drivers who were parked right at the GZ before I could move in on the cache. Bah! (Hmm, I think I've become a 'grumpy old man'! )

Nice little walk. Like the bikes but I have yet to see anyone ride them. I have notice that the number of bikes in the racks change but still no sightings. Very odd. TFTC
Pretty quiet around here at 10pm, except for the hoons further up the street who'd re-appropriated a police siren.
Nice little hide, TFTC!

Found it at last with Mrs Lat&Long giving me the security of a muggle lookout. Took just a minute or less. God knows how I missed it on my last visit, but I did. One thing about caching, it can be a humbling experience at times.
Found with Geohubby who needed a look out. After a few prods with the trusty poking stick the cache was in hand. Busy little place this - especially with the ferry and bus terminals so close. TFTC
This time we didn't had to wait for the bus to come, we had to wait for the bus to leave.
Greetings ligi and chilifarmer

My third attempt. Success at last.
Muggles at the bus stop including one irate passenger who was at the back of the bus as the driver pulled out.
The new bike racks look expensive. I wonder how successful the project will be?

After reading the description and hint I found exactly what I was looking for in the first place I looked. Found with Alkzura on a lovely stroll through the park with our geobub. TFTC
NIce quick find for us (NyletaM actually found the cache, as I was looking on the wrong side).
We had to wait a little while to replace the cache, as there were a few muggles waiting for the buses.

Busy spot, I was expecting something a little different but was glad to find relatively easily. TFTC
Ground zero turned out to be right in front of parked buses waiting for passengers with the driver staring right at GZ through the front windscreen, I had to time my search for when the driver was looking elsewhere. Nabbed the cache then walked away to sign the log.
By then another bus was waiting and not many other muggles around, so I did the dropped keys trick to replace the cache and moved on. TFTC Snozzer.

My nemisis cache is gone – now i can finally cross this ######## !!! cache off my list.
Finally after 6 visits and a total of 240 km round trip on the geocycle have found it. I am confident that 3of the six times the cache was never there.[:(!] One of the times I was out muggled.
This one got harder each time I attended as there is now a bus stop with buses on a ten min departure cycle right beside the cache. This means there is roughly 5 mins without a bus at the stop. To make things worse on the other side of the GZ they have now built a bike rack for the new bike hire scheme http://www.brisbane.qld.gov.au/BCC:BASE::pc=PC_5516 [^]
Add to this the City cat terminal, the permanently stocked bus stop at the terminal, the muggles always at the park table and BBQ and you will get an idea of the time I spent here on top of the travel time.
Please excuse my dislike for this location – at least I can now say I have defeated the beast.
Thanks for the challenge - I think Now i can finally ride somewhere else on Sundays

The logs I had on my PDA for this one were over a month old. I was hoping it was a find - and thankfully it was. It was relatively muggleless - save the world's oldest dear who seemed to be going backwards she was going so slow along the path. I swooped once she was past and did the deed. TFTC Snozzer
A couple of muggles picnicing on a rug nearby. That did not disturb our hunt, they were otherwise in deep conversation . GPS was spot on and we quickly had the prize in our hands TFTC
After waiting for a bus to leave, we made a quick find and were on our way. TFTC
I said Iwould not return unless someone was standing there to place the cache in my hands. After another 40 k round trip on the geocycle without a cache I just hope it is cache blindness[?].
That is now 5 visits and over 200 km on the geocycle for this cache.[:(!]

No hope today with all the buses and muggles. What a mongrel place this is. There was even a couple of workers repairing the footpath nearby. Oh well, there's always next time.
Final day of caching on a month long caching holiday in Australia. After waiting for bus after bus to pass we finally found the cache after a short search. TFTC.
After running into owner? friend of owner? at a cache a short time before, we were advised that this had been replaced. Sure enough, after some searching it was found. TFTC Snozzer
Just came off the ferry and realised I was sitting next to this one. Had a good look around the roots but given the number of DNF in the log decided it was not there anymore.
Hmmmm, probably should have read all those DNF logs before spending so much time looking for this one.
I concur with petamitch, this one has likely been muggled. We took the mutual link between us - the eagle-eyed m44 - out with usand even she couldn't find it.
This one is gonski and needs looking at/archiving.

This is the fourth time I've been to this cache site. The first three times as it turns out there was no cache in place. Every time I have geocycled here and home again All told that is 160 km for the cache[:(!]
I have now spent in excess of 120 min digging, poking and dodging the continual muggle traffic walking by. Unless someone puts the cache in my hand I'll be thinking very hard about the next 40 km round trip to this spot.

Unfortunately after digging every leaf out from around the tree we were unable to find it. very frustrating. maybe for another day without wives.
i'm sorry, the cache has been removed and i will be replacing it as soon as possible. i am sorry for any inconvenience.
i have replaced the old orange glue stick with a yellow one as that was the only one i could find.
happy goecaching

I found no trace of this cache. Today, I read the other DNFs. OK, I shouldn't have come all the way here. Maybe the owner could have a look?
Cycled out to this one this morning. Looked for awhile before consulting the PDA only to find 2 DNF's in front of me.
Maybe an owner check is in order?

Did my best impression of a nesting scrub turkey for about half an hour to no avail. I'll be back!
Hard get car park!!!!!!!!!!! thank god found for 20 mins............ PHEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Arrived at GZ just after a citycat run so once the arrivees had moved on, the coast was clear to hunt. How hard is it to get a car park around here though...
At GZ, there were a few potential hidy holes but, I stumbled upon the container in the thrid place I looked... [^] Removed the tighly packed log and did what I needed to do before tucking it back into its den.
Then I had to hike back to the Gunniemobile....
Cheers Snozzer.

Went early sunday morning and there was a marathon running down the street so all eyes were focused on the runners and not us! haha, the geokids found it very quickly. TFTC.
Plenty of muggles everywhere but I was able to just take a break and have a seat/sit in exactly the right spot so I could grab the cache and return it un-noticed. TFTC.
I was enjoying a ride around the west end looking for caches when the unthinkable happened.
It began to rain [:o]
Fortunately GZ for this cache provided a good place to shelter while the shower passed by
The disruption to nearby picnics also helped keep the muggles occupied
After a couple of circuits I sat down next to the pushbike and grabbed me a can of fizzy.
It must have been another lucky cola. I spotted the cache almost as soon as I finished the first gulp

Gee - how did you manage that it was muggle city right next to the cache site at 13:00.
Tried to look casually but there was a huge amount of muggles today. Will have to come back another time.

The 2nd of three caches found today at lunchtime with work colleagues.
This one was a little difficult due to the number of lunch-time muggles
TNLN.
Thanks muchly for the cache.

Always enjoy coming to this spot. Usually with bikes and crossing on the ferry for a bit of a short cut. TFTC
I hurried over to this one this morning, hoping to get a FTF. Unfortunately, somebody found it yesterday, and hadn't logged the find on the site yet. D'oh.

Well captianflux, if I logged it straight away,
then you may have only taken a casual stroll on over there during weekend
The cache name really suits!!
