On a three day tour in Nth Vic and Riverina for work, I took the opportunity to grab a few caches to stretch my legs or late in the day finds in an area I am familiar with pre caching.
Pulled up next to GZ and made the quick find, was only after I entered a field note I updated the page to find this has been archived.
Thanks for the cache!!!

Will not be able to get to this one, so sadly, one of my earliest caches will have to be archived.

[navy]I notice from one or more recent log entries that this cache appears to be in need of owner intervention. Therefore, I am temporarily disabling it so as to stop it showing up on search lists and to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary.
Prompt attention by cache owners to any log that indicates anything could be amiss will be greatly appreciated by all seekers. The guideline advises; "if you can't check/fix it straight away then Disable it till you can." see here http://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#cachemaintenance and here's how; http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 and check out this Blog: http://www.geocaching.com/blog/2015/03/you-hid-your-first-geocache-now-what/
Please respond to this situation by 31st May to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness. If you require more time, please be sure to post a "Write Note" log (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require.
And don't forget, once you have addressed the issue, post both an "Owner Maintenance" log, see here; http://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=404 and an "Enable Listing" log, see here; https://support.groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=235 to get your cache up and running again.[/navy]

Dragons and bears found this cache today, but it is damaged. The container lid is cracked and holed, and the bag that it has been wrapped in is torn. At present, the log and contents are dry, though the log has been wet. We are sorry but we did not have the usual kit with us today so we could not replace the container, so though we had better log a maintenance required.

Dragons and Bears are staying for a while in Eldorado during school holidays. Our first trip around the area led us to Rutherglen to sample some fine fortified wines. On the way back to Wang and Eldorado, thought that it was time to stop for a couple of caches. The GPSr didnt like the presence of the nearby tower, and had trouble settling down, but investigation of likely sites soon had this cache in hand. TNLN. SL. The cache is damaged. Staying in Wangaratta for a few days, to cache around the area and do some sightseeing.
A quick find here. A great spot to take a break, & really nice facilities built by the locals.
Many thanks for placing this cache, Blacklegend, for us and others to find.

The cache container is showing the affects of exposure to our harsh climate and the log book needs replacing.
Had to do a job at the community centre today and noticed that there was a cache nearby. Easy find. This is a very pleasant are for a stop over as the CO has indicated.
Found it easily. Container is a bit broken so there were quite a few bugs etc inside
Found it. Didn't have any boxes or bags with me but the cache is a bit broken allowing the items to get wet.
Nice easy find without even using the gps, just used the cache description and terrain rating plus a little bit of geocaching brain power TFTC
Hi all. Aware of the needs maintenance, will fix it next time i'm down that way... Cheers, BL.
Found at 10:35 AM GAFF1. Co-ords seemed to be a long way out, however as there has been a fire through here, there were not many spots left that could hide a cache.
Odd that the name wasn't PeeGeeBar then?
Gosh - 7 kids in tow! Do you have a bus?
Replaced the container upside down to stop water entering through the cracks.
Thanks Blacklegend.
Feedback: Container lid is broken and the log book is saturated.

A neat little rest area come local meeting spot. No problems finding the cache and all was good.
Thanks for the cache and the reason to stop.
Thanks for the cache and the reason to stop.
The cache's lid had broken so I've wrapped the whole cache in a plastic bag as a temporary measure as this bag will deteriorate. All the contents and log were waterlogged and the log could not be signed. I drained the cache and put a temporary log in another ziplock bag until maintenance can be done. I'm sorry I did not have a container with me. I took a TB but it was not the one that was listed as being in the cache - having a different TB number and description. TFTC
A quick find. A good sized cache so we dropped a trackable here.
The kid is cracked so it is a little waterlogged.

Found it. Couldn't sign log as too wet. Container full of water from damaged lid.
Found it, log is extremely wet and was unable to sign. Definitely needs some TLC. TFTC.
Log book saturated, cache needs to be maintained. Cache is 100% water damaged. Easy find.
Thanks for the find.
The cache is no longer waterproof, might be worth replacing the container

Suscoe's 5th find of 37 for today.
It was a tale of two halves today, before lunch steady rain, after lunch a bit of sun and wind.
It was raining steadily as we headed in here and we found all was quiet here today.
A quick walk and the cache was in hand.
The container has been broken on one corner and it was full of water BUT!!!!!
The last cacher had sealed the ziplock bag perfectly and the log book was almost untouched by the rain.
The value of taking time to do things properly.
Thanks to Blacklegend for this cache.

What a delightful little spot, Muggle Hubby was sent off to search while I used the very clean conveniences
#425 After walking 13.7kms with the geohounds to complete PPPP series it was time to do some drive bys on a loop trip to Yarrawonga then home. Muggles playing tennis today. Thought we might have to use our secret cover by releasing the geohounds for a "run". Fortunately the muggles left straight away, which briefly gave us a complex that it may have been us? hmmm nevermind. Made the quick find and signed the log. TFTC Blacklegend and providing some interesting history on Peechelba.

Alright, so I told the kids that the cache in Wilby would be the last before Wang, but this cache is right there...
I tried to convince them to come and see the 'treasure' in this box, but they weren't interested this afternoon. Oh well, their loss.
Another good big hide. It's gonna be hard going back to the city and facing all those micro caches after these.
This is a good spot for a rest break.
Now, though I'd love to spend an hour walking the power trail I'm about to drive past on the way into town, I'd best leave it until the next visit.

Found by Mary & David in company with maccaholics at 1200. Delighted to be able to add some more historical facts and figures to those we have accumulated leading up to the Mega. A pretty little reserve, with early wattle out already. Our thanks to Blacklegend.
Cache was a bit damp this morning so we dried it as best we could. Thanks for the cache
A quick find, and nicely obscured from the muggle playing tennis on the courts. Cheers Gav [11092]

# 157. Harrowang and the geo Hilux kindly brought me to this spot after we visited another nearby cache. This was a nice easy find today. Took: Nothing, Left: Old Kenyan coin and new 'Masked' Pathtag. TFTC. No sign of the frog guardian.

Find number 3 of 10 for the day, on my way home from a stormy, wintery night in Mulwala. The frog is still there! Well, it was raining and I was doing things very quickly. The frog jumped off the cache as I pulled it out of the hollow, hit me in the chest and landed on the ground. It scared the beejesus out of me! I quickly signed the log, replaced the cache, then went ahead and caught the frog, taking some pics, and then replaced him into his hollow. Away from the predators eyes which were surely circling around us. Thanks for the cache, Blacklegend.

Found while in the area attending the Pre-Easter event near Bendigo over the weekend with my good mate Blacklegend (Marshy) and team Haveanez; and during a five day caching blitz with my two boys (Tyler and Cooper) which eventually took us through the Victorian Goldfields, up to the Murray River in Tocumwal and back down through Wangaratta.
Heading back home now and this was one of 31 finds for the day. Nice easy driveby that Tyler found, Cooper waited in the car. Thanks bro.

Thanks for the break.. A nice little leg stretch, I also enjoyed the low road just north of here across all the bridges.

Drove to Melbourne on a gnome kidnapping hunt.
Black Bunny had a few gnomes to leave in Melbourne, and his gnome carrying shopping basket (he calls it a portable incarceration module, but WE know!).
Had to find some ordinary caches on the way.

Yea my first ever find... Down from Fitzroy.... There was a massive wasp in scary black & yellow stripes as big as a lighter guarding it... & I was worried about snakes...hahaha
After brushing up on my 'Mad Dan' history last night it was good to finally come to this historic town.
Enjoyed crossing the Ovens River on the way and seeing where all the floodwaters went through a few weeks back.

This is a great little picnic area with good facilities. I can't remember the last time we had driven along this road, but thanks to Blacklegend17 for pointing out this spot.
* The cache had a fair bit of moisture/water in it, so we emptied it out and dried it with a towel. The Log book was sealed well in the zip-lock, so it's fine, but we have given the cache a bit of extra 'natural camo' in the hope to keep a bit more rain out.
TOOK: Spikey Creature - Green

Cheers, from Team Haveanez.

First find for us! Yay! It was a beautiful winter's day, mid-morning and no fog or frost for the first time in a few days! Thought we might get wet, but the sun decided to stay and play instead. Nice location, not too far from home and not too challenging, a good way to begin! Took a thong and left a pig.
