#820 ~ After not having much luck finding caches in Geraldton I wasnt holding my breath for a find for this one. Not having signal was also not very helpful. Relying only on the compass to direct me to the cache I was soon off the pathway. This is really not a 1.5 terrain. Arriving at GZ and seeing rocks everywhere I wasnt very hopeful. I couldnt see previous logs or anything that might help in my blind search. I was hoping my caching would help me. After walking to a different spot for a different perspective I spotted a suspicious looking hide and tada I found it. I would say its a small rather than a micro. Signed & replaced and made it outta there quick smart before the flies carried me away. TFTC Liz and Bruce

Today we are on the way from Kalbarri to Denham/Monkey Mia. Unfortunately there are not many caches on that route. Therefore (but not only because of the cache) we made a little detour to Hawk's Head. It was a bit hard to find the right way to the cache but fortunately we found the old trail and then it was a quick found.

Thanks for the cache and regards from Switzerland.

Last day in Kalbarri. Interesting reading about the history of the teacher. We thought this one was going to be harder than it was. Lucky for us a quick find. All good. Awesome viewing from the lookout. Brown river now due to the water coming from the flooding up north. TFTC

Catching up on some late logs, now that I have time, while travelling.

We are on the road travelling up through central Australian and down the coast of WA. I was happy to grab a few caches along the way and this was one of them.

What a fantasic view. It was an easy enough find at GZ.

Thanks Liz and Bruce for placing this cache and doing the maintenance, so we can enjoy finding it.

We were on a driving/camping holiday up to Exmouth with a few stops on the way and than camping our way back to Perth. Stopping for some caches along the way.
Found some lovely and learned some interesting things that we wouldn't have stopped to look at if it wasn't for caching.
A great time was had, even though one day our campsite was flooded and we had to move to a new site, many animals crossed our paths including a snake in Exmouth, overall it was a great adventure.

We took an earlier route to get to GZ for this one, along with ilook4geo. It was a quick find in a well protected position and soon had both names added to the log. All was replaced and the camo was added before we made our way back up again to find all the muggles had left and we were the last ones in the area. Thanks go to Liz and Bruce for another well hidden cache.

It was a great trip along the west coast of Australia. There was a lot to discover and of course we also looked for caches. Some caches lured us to places that we would not have visited otherwise. Sometimes we were rewarded with a great view or a wonderful location. Some caches we discovered very quickly, others we searched longer and some we searched in vain. Now we are back home and think back to a wonderful time in West Australia with great experiences and a lot of caches we have logged. This tradi is one of them.

Thanks to all owners for hiding their caches. They made our time in Australia even more exciting. PePPer812

From 23.09 until 24.11.2019 Stadibast and I spent our holidays in Australia.
During the first four weeks we drove with a camper van from Darwin to Perth along the West coast and its amazing national parks, in which we made several hiking tours.
After that we flew to the wonderful green Tasmania for a roundtrip lasting two weeks.
For the last three weeks we went back to the continent and followed the South-East-Coast from Melbourne to Sydney.
We had impressive nine weeks in Australia, in which we hiked through various national parks, visited interesting sights and met many friendly and helpful people.
Thanks to all owners for setting and maintaining their caches.

Today our tour - which began in Perth, WA , and led us thru Western, Northern and Southern Australia back to Perth, was simply visiting the NP of Kalbarri.

On the way we came to some interesting locations. Here we searched, found and logged this Tradi-Cache.

Weather was good in the morning and it should even get better during the day.

Thanks to 'Liz and Bruce' for showing us this location, for the fun we had with 'K4 - Hawk's Head' and the smiley. The search here and today didn't take too much time, fortunately.

Greetings from Germany and we hope to see you soon in the forest.

On our trip from Perth to Exmouth we made a 2 days stop at the Kalbarri Nationalpark. Today we visited the midland of the Nationalpark and I could find the Cache quickly. It‘s a great view there. We had seen some emus and an echidna running across the street.
We have 2 months for holiday in Australia. My aim is to find every day a Cache. This is our seventh day and my eleventh logged Cache.
