Logs
While the woman of the group were in the Buckingham Palace shop, I set off with my grandfather to find this cache. GPS was very shaky, but eventually we found the Velcro Thanks Loony Londo
I had a few hours to spare before heading to Heathrow, so went for a walk in the areas and walked into this painting - it hurt! Found the cache and signed the log. TFTC Loony Londo
Figured where it would be, but had to time the grab until muggles were out of sight. Still not that easy, but all went well and the cache was safely return.
Thanks for showing me another part of London.
Thanks for showing me another part of London.
I like functional art, and geez is it needed here! Even with this monstrosity in place the wind was up and funneling through the area, even if it wasnt a very windy day in general. Took a little bit of creative posturing the spot but once you know where it is retrieval safely is not too hard as you are pretty well shielded from the muggles around. Cheers again Loony!
Had some fun finding this one and attract the attention of a security guard muggle so we had to explain what we were doing and he showed us where it was !! Commenting he sees lots of people paying close attention to the display ! Interesting cache container didn't have paper clip so couldn't sign
Went straight for the most obvious place and found it straight away. Signed and replaced.....eventually! TFTC!
Found on a 'day trip' to snow- and icebound London with the work social club...
After seeking the warmth and (much-needed relief!) provided by the nearby public loo, I was able to contemplate this piece of monumental art and look for the attendant cache.
A quick find with the hint, the biggest challenge was waiting for a gap in the foot traffic and without attracting the attention of the person shovelling snow off the plaza.
Definitely more shart than art, but a fun hide and a nice way to brighten up a drab location.
Many thanks for the fun hide and TFTC

#4184 13:22 GPS Reception wasn'r easy here, but the clue made it easy. Unusual cache. TFTC
2419 - Another find on an overseas work trip...
Wth a day in London before heading home I did quite a long walk around this general area. Avoiding the muggles I made a quick find. The log took a bit of convincing it wanted to come out, but then it was a quick sign and return. Nice artwork !
TNLN - TFTC !!
Cheers from Australia !!

It would have been nice if the work was lit up on this dismal drizzly 'summer' evening just after sunset. Its so much better to find a cache somewhere like this than stuck behind a utility box. Thanks
Another fake shoe lace effort. Interesting piece of art, which also had some practical use! Thanks.
