Container had been changed, and hidden very well. Hopefully it will last much longer. It is in a different spot but co-ords will still be the same.
Checked today and it appears to be gone. Will get back in the next week hopefully and replace it.
It seems this one may have gone missing. Have been away and unable to check but will get there later in the week and check it out.

Well it looks as if some geocachers haven't been able to find this cache recently. So we thought we'd go and take a look to see if it was still there. When we got to the location we started looking for our cache (for the second time). It wasn't where we found it last time. We thought it might have been moved by some muggles so we looked around a bit more, but still no luck!
Didnt find searched Wall but couldnt find maybe this cache has been muggled??? checked on way to Sanctuary point aswell as departing...??? Not sure
Had the place all to ourselves (Ace7 and I ) But no sight of the cache. Found a few hidey holes but no cache. Might have been muggled?
This was our 4043rd overall find.
Found at about 7:06 PM. After a quick wander from the last cache this one was a quick find in an iconic location.
Thanks to kalmlittleexplorers for the cache.

Nowra invasion weekend with other cachers from Canberra.
We must have passed this spot about a dozen times today, and the geokid kept asking could we stop. Finally we did, and he helped find the cache.
Happiness all round!

I think we passed by this cache about 1/2 a dozen times during the weekend but finally got a chance to visit it, none-one really in the CP or near GZ so we could search in peace, found quickly by junior ABDC and found with the rest of the invaders for the day, Tankengine, Marcus V, Fitzy and ABCD
Reperio at 1150. We had drove past this spot a couple of times on our trip through Nowra, both seeing it lit up at night and in the daylight, but we stopped by here on the way back home to see what we could find. With 7 of us on the prowl, it wasn't long before the cache was found.

2468 - Day 2 of the Nowra Invasion - our group down to five including mtrax, ACBC66, Tankengine and Marcus Vitruvius started the assault on Nowra...
Coming into town we stopped at this landmark - no surprise there is a cache here really ! The group make light work of finding this one. This place brought back a few memories !!

Well, after some bushbashing in the outskirts of town, we came back in for some easier terrain ones... This is a very interesting location! Especially seeing that one of our party has had numerous sorties in these beasties! Thanks kalmlittleexplorers!
First cache of day two of our Canberra invasion of Nowra. We tried this last night at 10 pm but there was some dude parked in his car in the visitor centre car park. Today it was easier.
Nice lighted helicopter and a nice little cache. Found with Mr Roo. SL TFTC

A nice easy find close to the motel. Impressed later on in the evening when the flightless bird is lit up! Thanks
Popped in nearby to use the facilities and we guessed that there had to be a cache here. We were right and it didn't take too long to find as we were fortunate enough to be the only car here at the time. Signed log, no swaps today. TFTC and the memories for Jim. Jim used to worked up the hill and recalled the day this flightless bird came in too hard and shattered it's skeleton - he tells a funny story about how the crew members had to climb out of it rather than step down as the legs had been bent upwards from the impact. I guess those were the days, still it's good to see that this bird has come home to Nowra to rest - and it looks really cool too. TFTC

Found quickly. Didn't the flightless bird used to be a plane? I grew up in Nowra back in the 60;s 70s.

Cache run on the way from Auckland to the Megga Event in Wagga. Two flightless kiwis quickly found the cache T4TC.
Was expecting to see a kiwi or two here, and oddly enough I did.
Nice memorial but seems the weather is slowly winning the battle.

A nice quick find by Pohutukawa after walking across the bridge. Cheers Gav [5010]
13th find for the 4th day, at 1020hrs, and 50th overall find of our 35 day trip to Tasmania and the Mega Event. Driving south over the bridge, keeping my eye on the road, I spotted this one straight away, straight ahead. A black flightless bird. But, I could not stop, so continued on till I could do a U turn. This became a right turn, then a left turn, then a U turn, then right, left, back across the bridge, left, U turn, right, then across the bridge again, then left. I hate some of your roads down here. After all that, I found that my flightless bird was not within cooee of GZ. Oh, that flightless bird!!!!!!. Mrs Bundy had spotted it previously, and she gets the credit for finding the cache itself.
Get me out of this town.
Cheers

Visited the bird to pass some TBs through on their way from Melbourne to Sydney and then OS.
"So there you are..."
Found on a power caching tour of the Shoalhaven.
Mozzies were giving me grief again. That will teach me for going out on a humid evening.
A quick log and off I went.

Had a couple of goes (and we were lucky enough to get some help). Our second ever find. Thanx.

We ran into two different cacher's at this one. When we arrived Moo&Woo where searching for the cache. We had a quick search and decided that since it was Moo&Woo first caching attempt we'd send them to The Great Divide for an easy find. After they took after slowdad realised he'd dropped his keys, while we were looking a couple walked past and asked if we'd found the cache, then they pointed us in the right direction. We then hurried after Moo&Woo to see if they found the cache and to give them a good hint for this one. I'm glad to see they found it.Kat
Today was the first time I'd met another geocacher in the wild, then bam we run into 2 other teams. It never rain but it pours. Now It'll probably be another few years before it happens again.
Had to give up the first attempt as there was a guy taking photo's of the bird. 2 days later found after a bit of a search. TFTC
In town for work, this cache was directly across the road from the motel I was staying in. TNLN. Thanks for the cache.

Bit tricky. Thought by all the previous activity we might have a landslide on our heads! Many heads and hands still took awhile to locate this cache, were looking east instead of south! TFTC
The bird is back!!
We have replaced the cache with a slightly smaller container in about the same location. It is a bit more well hidden this time but it is there.
Have fun.

Spent a while in the hot mornings sun looking for this one.
Alas it wasn't meant to be. Maybe another time when we're passing through.

Picked this one up on the way home from work at 4am. Luckily its well light by street lights however it is still well hidden. I looked for a while with no luck but found it in the end.
A very clever hide. Thanks.

Found by Mary & David at 0815. On our way to GZ we wondered whether we would find a penguin or an emu. We were both wrong. Had to wait for a couple of muggle bike riders to leave, then we pounced. Collected 'JIMBOBWE's - World Traveler - Painting for Cache Geocoin'. Our thanks to kalmlittleexplorers.
It was a bit busy around the bird's carpark when I first arrived, so I went nearby and got some information.
I came out later and the coast was clear. I have a freind who used to pilot one of these.
Thanks, Robmc.

We drove past here for years when we lived in Nowra. Looked around for a while but then found it in a fairly easy location. This bird was placed here after the bypass made the other winged one nearer to the air base less visited. TN but left a coin. Hoped to swap it with another coin but guess someone forgot to log a find, no other coin here. Thanks for a good hide.
This was a nice quick drive by...almost no need for the GPS and very few muggles this afternoon...Did not spot Moo Coin in the cache today...TFTC
Found at 11.10am GAFF1. As we approached this cache we were guessing that there was going to be a giant emu at GZ. So with a laugh we und the cache in a surprising location. The gardeners must know about this one considering the new wood chips that have been layed on the garden.
Thanks kalmlittleexplorers.

A quick after work cache saw this one in the bag quite quickly at 7.30pm. This one could prove quite tricky in daylight.
Took animal planet frog and left LG's Compass Rose Micro coin.
Didn't notice Aussie Flag Micro, perhaps it's just waiting to be logged?

There has been a lot of council work around the cache area in the last few days, but the cache is still in its hiding place ready for someone to find. Thanks to all the fellow Cachers for letting us know what was happening in the area.
An easy find, but made complicated by the watering system.
As I was walking away, a council truck arrived with gardeners who then proceeded to mulch the garden. I hope they didn`t disturb the cache.

Found this one at night on my way down the coast. Easy find. Only problem was the local drunk that decided to take an intrest in my car while i was looking. He soon moved on when a 2 metre tall bloke (thats me) came out of the garden with a maglite...... gotta love the maglite. TFTC Greg.
We brought along some borrowed kids to find this one. I couldn't believe we missed it before.
Have been planning a trip to get this one for some time and today was it. So out my front door i went and picked it up, its nice to have a cache so close cos its easy to show new cachers what its all about.
To start I thought it had been muggled because there were some treasures on the ground in the open. But then I found it safe n sound. So there are a few extras in the cache now curtesy of whoever left some of their stash behind.

Got interested in caching a while ago and have been going at half hearted, now the little one has got more patience and can crawl around I've got no excuse.
Saw this was on the way to to where I was headed, so I logged on and copied the co-ordinates to my trusty iPhone. Well, I thought it was trusty, it actually had me about 200m away. I could see that where I was standing was not going to produce a cache so I thought I could guess where it would be and then I spotted Strawberry Muffin stepping out of the bushes haha.
