Found with earthly65 and brad1987 on our caching long weekend in Port Macquarie....TFTC
Our final day in Port we headed to the pacific highway the other way out. with a slight detour back around we eventually made it home. Found with earthly and robbieracer thanks for the cache. No wp1 found within 10m of other cache located here.
No wp1 at listed coords. Wp2 is way to close to mainted cache also in the vercinity of the dam. Is located aprox 10m from other cache.
Found with robbieracer66 and brad1987....found nothing after lengthy search in the rain at WP1...after reading logs we discovered the actual cache within ten metres of another cache located at this dam...whilst we were happy to get two smilies for the caches, as brad1987 said in his log, the final location for this cache should be altered to be within the geocaching guidelines for cache placement...thanks for bringing us here tho, we enjoyed the views and the artwork here...beaut spot for caching
Great spot /tidy, clean, good fun for the grandgeokids .luckly no muggles about as we did it ...nearly 5 yrs old found the treasure...thanks coldzero308...[^]
Like many other cachers, didn't need the wp but still found the cache. TFTC.
Easy find. Not too many around today. Been a while since anyone's found this one. Last log entry is back in August. TFTC. Beautiful spot for a cache!
Found the final cache, barely hidden. Hid it a bit better for the next cacher! Couldn't find the WP1.
Well the challenge is in finding stage 1. Looked and looked but came up with nothing. Having read previous logs took a little walk and came up with the cache. Is stage 1 gone or is it very tricky? TFTC

1350 FOUND GAFF2 after reading previous logs realised I knew where it was. Of course a crowd was still there for Mother's Day. It is such a beautiful spot.
Left a ziploc bag for the log
Coins, TB and shirt thru.
TFTC - just needs a better place for WP1

Found while searching for Birpai Views, so didnt find the 1st part of this challenge.
I haven't been out here since I did a trip with Hastings Council when it was still being constructed.
A magnificant job has been done here & it encourages me to do a return visit for a BBQ.

Hopefully back next week.
Like the previous finders, we were unable to find the first part. We found the cache however and SL.
This one definitely breaks the 161m rule, which is a pity because it is a good location. Thanks for the fun.

What a lovely spot to stop at for a while.
We searched around for a good bit but had no luck locating WP1.
After reading a few old logs and getting a clue from one we had a look for GZ.
Saw a likely spot and were lucky enough to come up with the cache.

Stopped here on the way back from a hiking weekend with Andrew_Anny_and_Kids. We managed to find Biripi Views but there were too many muggles picnicing today to get to this one.
Will try again another day.

TFTC coldzero. Location was surrounded by muggles who immediately left once we arrived. Gosh anyone would think we smelled or something. Lovely day for an Aussie adventure. TN. Left marble and a snowflake charm.
This is a lovely little area and well worth the visit. It would probably be trickier on the weekends but today I had the place to myself.
No swaps today, but a very enjoyable hunt. Thanks CZ308

I tried to reach this cache from Ranger's Apprentice only to find gates and no entry signs to the dam and still along way to go to the cache, then I read the description and found where the access road was so I headed back towards the higway to go around. About halfway down there was a fire trail that my GPS had on the map so I had a bit more fun on the way around than I thought I would.
Once at GZ I had to wait for a family to leave before I cound search, but had the co-ords and then cache soon after.
Thanks.

Found this cache this morning at 9.05 am ..Cold wet and windy..nice area for a Picnic...took Pathtag and left eveready tourch...Thanks to Coldzero 308
Today was a beautiful day for a visit here, although the wind was cold. As a Victorian used to water shortages I was pretty impressed by the amount of water in the dam. Found the cache just before some muggles arrived, so it was good timing. Thanks Coldzero308.
Was out and about this morning and decided to have a go at this cache.
Cowarra dam is a really nice place, top spot for a picnic although the southerly wind blowing across the dam when I was there would have made it a bit uncomfortable.
Found the first cache ok and the second pretty soon after. The first cache would be a bit hard to find if there were lots of muggles around, luckily I had the place to myself.

Fianlly made a vist back to this cache. The clue is still in its orginal position. A careful
reading of the description should be ample information. However I have changed the
difficulty rateing in line with the DNF logs.
Enjoy ????

Sadness! In spite of waiting for some time for muggles to leave, and spending probably 30 minutes zeroing in on WP1, lying down and grubbing around in places that I normally wouldn't stick my hand, we couldn't find it. Unfortunately, I hadn't copied down the clues, so we couldn't try for the main cache (and, upon re-reading the clue, I'm not certain I would have known where to look anyway).
Will go back and try again for the main cache another day, but I think WP1 is gone.

Had a big search with no interruptions to no avail. HAd a nice picnic in the very lovely picnic area. Tried to rescue a frog in the toilet. Hope the stick in the bowel lets the little fellow climb out. Wished we had read the previous postings, and we may have jumped the gun & searched for GZ. WP1 may need a check. We will be back.
We first came here purely by accident when we were out amusing ourselves in the 4wd in the nearby state forest. following random trails we suddenly hit this obviously new, empty road. it was very eerie! we've since come back a number of times and often thought this site needed a cache.
We had a thorough hunt for WP1 to no avail so using the clue we skipped straight to the final cache. and had it in hand at 2:15pm. We searched very thoroughly for WP1 so maybe a check is required?
We didn't take anything......... except a picture of ourselves on the SD card and placed it back in the cache
Thanks for the cache!

Found at 1.20pm GAFF3. We initially approached this cache from the south, trying to find a track which led to the dam. We had a bit of fun exploring, but none of the tracks seemed to take us to the main road to the dam. When we arrived at the dam there were a large group of muggles laying on the grass and playing games making it very difficult to locate WPT1. So C-pprass decided to cut to the chase and locate the final, which was found in a spot secluded from the muggles. C-pprass made up for leaving her phone at the Fuzzy Duck cafe in Wauchope by making this a find and not a DNF.
Thanks Coldzero308 for bringing us back to this dam.
Thanks Coldzero308 for bringing us back to this dam.
Forgot that the gate shuts at 5pm. Was able to get through the first gate, but not the one near the dam. Doh !
Some other time. Maybe when I'm 'keyed up' for the Musical Mystery cache (LOL).

Curious Kitten FTF at 9.40am. We attempted to search for this one yesterday but were foiled by a large gathering of muggles settling in for a BBQ. Returned today at an earlier time and were successful. Thanks for the hunt ColdZero. Great location too. TNLNSL
Doh!! On getting ready to go down to the snow for TWO weeks I thought I'd check my emails, and WHAT, …
I was there just this last week !!
Glad you could get your cache there Coldzero, it's a beautiful spot, once you know how to get there. All the best, mate.
