A clever little hide that my caching mate finally found.

Once again the GPS had us searching several areas - all without success. This is the worse mornings caching that we have ever had with 6 DNFs by this owner. We must be doing something wrong. Surely it would make sense to have hints in such built up area where GPS reception will be difficult and the high muggle concentration makes searching difficult at the best of times.
After a wasted morning we relocated to another part of the city where we had more success.

Gave up searching because there was a security guard right at the suspicious spot. Will try someday!
Thanks for bringing me here "MAMIANA" --- I didn't know this IS a Japanese name, by the way.
