This Cache was last found 18 months ago with multiple DNF since, no response after messaging the owner.
Had a look but couldn't find in the places we thought it would be. Nice day for it!
Went down the wrong side of the channel firstly so backtracked and got to GZ but couldnt locate even one of the twins mentioned in earlier logs. That makes a very poor 60% DNF's for today.Must try harder!!
This is our last day in Yamba and with not many caches unfound we took the drive out here, in the middle of nowhere, but a nice drive through the sugarcane and past the river. I actually saw the cache from the car so soon had it logged in the car then we headed back to the main road. Thanks Magpyre for a good hide and for bringing us out to this rather remote place.
Some time ago we've found some of the other Islandhopper caches in the series but this one hasn't been visited by us before so we are glad we came today. We found the cache nice and fast and happily signed the log. Thanks for placing it here Magpyre. We really enjoyed the drive to GZ. Cheers!
Lucky dip, found two separate caches here but they were not side by side. Nice views of the river, thanks Magpyre and TFTC
Teaching some little cousins how to cache and what to look for, nice find although we found two not one cache. TFTC
Interesting experience find the 2 caches and signing both - collected some unloved days. Put both back. TFTC.
Wow this one turned a little exciting for us, first I found a cache, opened it, last log sign was 2014, wow that is unloved, go to phone, wait it has been found since then, start looking, yep second cache, so we signed both logs to be on the safe side, still got an unloved cache but not the 2014 date. TFTC
Had a good 20 minutes here and it would of been our 50th but not to be. Anyway we will hit the road toward Wooli tomorrow I'm sure we will knock up the 50.
Exploring the NSW coast and inland. Getting some more smilies on a beautiful autumn day. Tftc
Lovely spot. a muggle from across the road came over. Explain what we were doing as he ask . We put back after he went
Out and about in the area today with an old friend DanteMc for a little caching and catchup.
We spent most of the day around the region and had lunch at Yamba.
Then we made our way back to northern NSW.
Thanks to all CO's for some great caches, a couple of DNF's, a couple that seem to be missing but a great day overall. Almost 30 finds in total.
Unfortunately we could not find this one.

Second visit here and second dnf here. 2 phones 1ipad, 1 gps all point to 1 spot. Been over that spot with a fine tooth comb and came up empty handed. Did expand search parameters and still nothing. Got us beat
Very interesting little object. Happy to find this one Magpyre, while out and about all alone and out of sight. TFTC, Magpyre, SL

Had a good look while geodad was.flicking lures. Alas the cache was nowhere to ne found today, All gps.and phones pointed to same spot but a meticuloud search showed up nothing
We much prefer caches in out of the way places SL, TN, left some water crystals, TFTC
Expected this one might be tough but spot on co-ords helped us straight to it...thanks Magpyre!
Found at 3:56 PM GAFF1. This turned out to be a tough Difficulty of 1.5 considering all of the vegetation growth over the last few months. It was like a needle in a haystack job.
We left our mark on the beautiful lawn across the road when trying to do a U turn!
Thanks Magpyre

No way this one was going to wash away that's for sure Magpyre. After reading your previous note, and finding a couple of others of yours I knew there was only a couple of ways this would still be here after surviving a flood. No trace of it here? nup, must be the other way. Yup. Log dry, all's good.
Cheers again from Browngang

Checked up on this one thinking it would need some attention after it's dip during the recent floods. The container was wet but contents were still dry.

#82. To my surprise a quick, easy find. TNLN, SL. TFTC. Cache nicely sealed and dry.
Cache nice and dry despite muddy environs. Needed this one to fill in a hole in the calendar for today. Thanks Magpyre for all your Islandhoppers.
Dropped by to check after flooding. The cache had been for a dip and was a little wet but still in place. Replaced log.

I was having some issues with my Geocaching software so plugged in the co-ordinates into Tom Tom and went in search of this one.
The Tom Tom got me in the right spot but didn't exactly point me at the GZ.
After a bit of a search the hiding spot was found and the log was signed.
TFTC Magpyre.
(I just noticed that there has been a find on the 2nd of the month for the last three months.)
While signing the log one of those pesky cache dwelling frogs hopped on in.

There's no point being in a rut sometimes you just have to be different.

Was in the area visiting a customer's house - so I thought I would drop in on this one. It was not as easy as I thought... as it was 63m away.. accross the water. Made the effort and went right around. Located GZ and said cache with no problem. TFTC Magpyre - certainly some beautiful views from here
First to find on the new location. Now I just need to complete the series next time I am in the area.

After 3 dnf's I decided to check it out and this one is definately MIA. I am temporarily disabling this one until I can find another location on the island. This spot is too well known by locals (and non-locals).

Nope I think one of the local kids has eaten it. Judging by all the lollie wrappers etc here we reckon they eat anything!
Thanks another Island visit done

Didnt find this one today, but plenty of rubbish around. Had a good look around as there were no tennis players today.
Nice quick find on a hot day
Look like the local kids have found it a 2 muggles have signed the log as well.
We signed it then consealed it well in its right spot.

The co-ordinates led us directly to the middle of the road. after thinking it through for a second we realised that it wouldn't be there and was probably in the obvious spot nearby. Surely enough after a few minutes searching and quickly looking natural as people drove by, we had the cache in hand, signed, and hidden back away. TFTC
Funny you should mention muggles as there were some interesting names in the log book that do not show up here so I suspect that bianca is not a cacher. Enjoyed finding the cache

My GPS was a bit off but guessed the location. Very surprised the muggles haven't found this one. TFTC.
Did a little cache maintenance and Islandhopper 7 is alive and kicking again. Thanks for letting me know of the cachenapping.
