Oh dear. While the exact GZ is still there - cache is gone. Let's do something new hereabouts ....
Not sure if the construction blocked the way.

Was out with Ahomburg on a cache run after the 9999+1 event and this was found easily. I now understand what the name of the cache is refering too.
Stealth is required for this one so watch out for Muggles. TFTC, TNLN.

After a Barbeque and a catch up with fellow cachers at the Alansee 9999 + 1 = event, went out with sedgwickdave to discover some of the caches in the area.
Was initially put off by the muggles that were inside the "Torture Chamber" but once we got over it, made the discovery quite quickly.
Thanks to iamapom for the cache. TNLN.

Got it! Not many muggles around this time. Didn't understand clue. But I've never claimed to be the most intelligent person.
Had a bad day today. Found about 13 caches but could only log 3 of them. There were just too many muggles out today.
Will complete log another day

Hey I've spent a few hours in the torture chamber until I found better ways to spend my time. Very quick find. TFTC
First night cache. Pity about the works but a great park and find.

Happy Mumble Feet is very happy indeed, since he finally left Europe and is a great deal closer to his final destination: the South Pole. Having been at the South Pole myself , I can imagine that it will take him a while to get there. It's still a long way, but maybe he can cross the ocean via the Australian Icebreaker in Hobart, or by using a NZ or US plane , flying through Christchurch. Good luck
Found while passing by the area. Nice hide.

Found on a night run with Happy Chappies. Quick find on our way to the freeway and home TFTC
Found during a Northcote/Thornbury night run with cycling_guy
A relatively easy find tonight - fairly quiet with just a few people wandering past on their way home after nights out.. Cache was quickly found, signed and returned... No victims tonight! Although I'm due for my torture tomorrow evening... Urgh!!

With my walking gear on I sort of blended in with the inmates. Not one to go for in a suit I'd say. Quickly found in a good spot too. TFTC, Biggles.
Found easily and even waved at the people in the gym next to GZ.
Signed Log and quietly moved on.

Ah..funny one this. I wanted one more cache for the day and I was just passing by. However, at Kiss Me Again, Darling down the street that is exactly what was happening near GZ. Therefore I didn't venture any closer, turned around, and wandered along to this one. And yes I could see the torture being endured on the other side of the windows -a very different activity from the other site. Took nothing, left nothing. TFTC.
Taken Grant61 son with me for a couple of caches to be completed. A little help from the young 1 & found a nicely hidden cache. Now he can help his dad find this cache. TFTC / TFTH / SL
Quick find in the dark. Wondered if that "muggle" in the car, driving up and down the street before parking a distance away, was waiting for us to clear the area of GZ to make another find?!

04/12/2010 05:01 Found: #127 I live on the Hurstbridge line but at Parliament I saw the next train was to Epping train. Rode that to Clifton Hill and then walked to GZ. Was immediately suspicious of a likely location free from muggles. A quick find. Walked back to the station as the Hurstbridge train pulled in! Well timed all round! TFTC TNLN SL
Not being sure what torture chamber we would find, we approached with dread. Fortunately nothing was happening so we could extract the cache safely at 3pm. TNLN TFTC
A quick find in the first place we looked. Log book is pretty damp and hard to write on. TNLN TFTC
In memory of this special date, 10.10.10 decided to do a few caches while on my way to a Square Dance Party.
This was Jeanette and my second find for the day. Arrived at GZ and reliesed neither of us had a pen. Thank Goodness the cache had a pencil so we were able to sign the log.
The Pencil need sharpening.

Found at 23.20 on the way to work - had to make sure I found at least one on this particular date. In the dark the instruments of torture within looked even more menacing - gave me the shivers it did.

18.50pm.Still on my hols caching and this evening Lochb and i are on an evening finding spree.we came here to be tortured but we were to quick finding this one so we did not have to endure pain,Lochb was reading while i was finding,so a joint signing then made our escape. all the best from england.sltn.patandjeff=bones1.
Bones1 found this caches quickly while I was still contemplating what the hint referred to. TFTC
An easy find if you look in the right place... Which until now I hadn't been. TFTC
Found at 14:12 with my mate Daniel. I wrote on the log that we were on a less torturous bike ride. Though I'd have to say it was barely torturous at all, rather a pleasant Sunday afternoon bike ride. Much better to be in the outdoors getting some exercise and doing a few geocaches, than being locked up in a chamber like this! Clocked up 31.6 km over the whole day, so not bad, though it was a little spread out (e.g. 3km riding to the station this morning, 3km riding to a café in Fitzroy to meet a few people for breakfast, etc. With the longer bit after lunch). Thanks! TNLN.
Found it @ approx. 16:10 with "kazza1996"
I have never used these "torture chambers", but i used to swim in the public pool every night for a while when i used to live around the corner.
A nice easy find.

30th of 30 and last for the night on another caching run with my caching mate Marty (Quasar3671). Second attempt at this one after being muggled out by people being tortured in the torture chamber. Glad to clean it up. Cheers.
Another night cache run with Marshy (Blacklegend17) and one of thirty finds for the night. Last find for the night and find #1050 for me. TFTC.
Wasn't sure where I was going with this one. When I arrived at GZ the signifigance of the name became clear. A short search uncovered the cache. TFTC

10/07/10 9:15 AM Find #1 for today. Came here yesterday but there were workmen laying new asphalt here so I couldn't get cache, but I have it now. Good hiding spot and TFTC.
Great spot! Sat right next to the cache on a quiet spot to sign log. Heard physical freaks being tortured from the inside! Arghhh!!! SL. TMLN. TFTC.

Wow, I'm taking a look at a few features on the GCA site and discovered that this log only had 6 words, seems that 18months ago I didn't see the need to write a great deal.. heres a few more words to increse my over all words by more than 6, if your reading this far I suggest you stop now, mostly because these words are really just here to add to the otherwise few words that were origionaly here. Thus incresing the number of words from 6 to more like approx ninety five (95) or by the time I finish this 110 or 111 (one undred and ten or eleven).

Luck not many muggles around at night time but we waited till they went inside after parked there. Found with Everlasting. TFTC
Torture chamber hey? you must have a very strong adverse reaction to it
I look around for a while as my gps still put me about 5m away, i read the clue and was thinking about it while sitting down when i actually kicked my foot out and down fell the cache. i wish i could do this with all of them, replaced as i found it.
Left mini dice took nothing.
thanks

Found by Mary & David at 1335. This turned out to be our last on a short caching run while shopping. The area was fairly quiet when we arrived. Managed to locate and access the cache while keeping out of the line of sight of the few muggles inside. Our thanks as usual to iamapom.
We were worried about what we'd find at GZ based on the description, but it all made sense! Easy find late on a Sunday evening, no one around!
