Well that would explain it - we had an old download so hadn't realised it was archived.
Cache has been removed and will archive as soon as last finders have logged their find.
**NOTE** This cache will be removed and archived sometime around 2-00pm Monday 23rd Jan. I have left it up for those attending the Levin event but will archive due to removing some of my caches which are only pretty ordinary and not popular.
awsome park for the dogs mine just love it another excuse to go down there last nite
Didn't see any kowhai at all on way in tho realised we'd passed 3 big ones. It is a reserve with lots of potential. Discovered the travel gnome and traded pathtags. Always exciting to find a pt in a cache - I guess because it so rarely happens. PIPO TFTC
First find in Levin as we made our made way towards to Palmerston North.
Quite a pleasant little spot. And a quick find too.

Straightforward joint find with Tramper Ted in a park being beautifully developed. Encountered Jessie (dog) who thinks it's her park - so what were we doing there? She was not a threat - just concerned. It is obviously a great dog walking area. Thanks for bringing us here.
Found, no problem. Nice hiding place too. Local dog owner and dog very friendly. A very pleasant park development, good to see. TFTC
Found this one using my Jimmy as a good reason to take a stroll through, however i think that this may need to watched closely as there are new plants to be plant around this area
Find #695. 24/36 so far, two thirds complete. With our counterclockwise trip around Levin going well, this was our next stop along the way, at obviously one of the bigger parks in the area. The distance from the primary parking to the cache was just too great for us to get there, search, and then get back and stop the clock in seven minutes; so we parked up next to a dam-like structure used to hold back large objects from entering Lake Horowhenua and crossed it there.
The GPS led us to a fairly easy search area, and after locating the object described in the hint - the cache was found after a short search. Sign log, put the container back, rehide, back to the car - all with about 30 seconds on the timer left! SL TFTC.

Stopped nearby for a picnic lunch so took the opportunity to knock this one off my list. Plenty of muggles and their dogs out and about but this didn't hinder the find. TFTC
Second find of the day - and second overall find.
I think we are all getting used to this.
Lots of goodies in the cache but as we had nothing to trade we might have to revisit.
Thanks for the cache

A quick find in another park we had never visited before. Took green jeep travel but, left smily top. TFTC.
Braved the curious dog muggles and their owners and located the cache on a lunch-time stop while travelling north. Left jeep TB. TFTC.
NZ11. All was well until I replaced the cache, then the next doors dog started up. A slow retreat ensued. Thanks.

I felt a little under-dressed here, not have a dog to accessorise with. However, no problems sniffing out the cache myself in a pleasant area. Didn't know this dog exercise area was here.

Enjoyed the walk around the park. Felt out of place without a dig tho. Nice place. Tftc
Did a quick detour to this cache while in Levin. Found with ease and enjoyed the find in a lovely park. TNLN SL TFTC.
Met a lady going in by the gate and was told not many out of towners with campers came down to this park. Quick find. TFTC
#1590. Many dog walkers today, but posing no issues around GZ.

Found it. Great one to have a walk around a nice park. Lots of dogs but all were friendly with responsible owners who kept an eye on them. Great.
Thought it was another park. If it wasn't raining we would have let our puppy go for a wild run here. Really pretty. Damp underfoot. The GPS led us right to the cache. Great hide. TFTC
A strraightforward find in a nice area, although we too are not dog lovers - only met two today. TFTC
A bit of a challenge as I'm not a huge fan of dogs, but I guess it makes me stronger! Impressively, cache was bone dry even after all the rain we've just had. TFTC
Nice place for a cache. Had to get the timing right to avoid the 2 greyhounds that kept racing past.

Found on a bright and sunny, but cool, Sunday afternoon. It is years since we have been near Lake Horowhenua, and we were impressed with the development of this park - obviously a very popular spot to walk dogs. We took a drive to look at the Lake before departing. TFTC.
Ducked in here and found the cache before muggles walking their little dog could catch us. Did a sneaky ninja move, or probably more a flail, and resumed walking sensibly out. Picked up 'Irac's key to a great cache' trackable. TFTC.
Got to it, found it and left trackable key ( Irac's key to a great cache) before nosey jack russell came wandering over. TFTC
A quick find. Lots of muggles, but fortunately not in the area we were in.
Swapped a pet rock - a cat, for a coca cola rubber. TFTC

Took a bit of searching, with many muggles and their furry friends walking by.

Quick find on a Sunday. A few doggy walkers around but no-one near cache. Lots of doggy deposits. Nice park though.

Great park for the dogs! We must have met about 11 dogs and they were all so friendly. Great place thanks.
First cache of the day (and the year(and the decade)). Brought some Kiwis new to Geocaching with me. Took a plastic palm tree and a bell.
I used to live not far from here, but never visited . What a neat place.
Shortly after returning the cache, I spotted a group of four heading towards where I had just come from. Before I got back to the car, I passed another duo who asked if I had been caching. Three finders of an established cache in less than five minutes; would just be some sort of record?

A nice quick walk around the the park with many muggle dogs and a quick find in the sun. Cheers Gav [4777]
Just here for the night, so after some quick dinner, we still had time for one more cace for the kids. Not sure if dogs get much love from the council, but this park is a beaut. Had neglected to calibrate the compass needle, so Mrs B had a frustrating time getting to GZ. Once there, the final seemed obvious, and all 4 of us raced for it. Jr 6.5 got near it first, but missed it, then Mr B came up trumps - much to the disappointment of Jr who needed a reminder about graceful losing . Not much gradeful winning from Mr B however... That was it for the family - Mr B would go hunting after the Jrs went to bed later.
Nice park. fairly newly mown lawn, so no dog pooh or else careful doggie owners. Cute Doggie water fountain! Easy find. Picked up Bookcrossing tiny book to read to grand daughter , will place in new cache. left a plastic insect.TFTC
Quick find thanks. Great park for the dogs. They even have their own water fountain. .

Found as part of my three week caching trip from Wellington to Auckland - # 287. Thanks.
I didn't have the Iphone software the first time I tried. Downloaded the software and it was a quick and easy find. Coco the poodle loved it too - bullet casing + owl marble
Surprisingly few people out walking on a sunny afternoon, but we had a good walk and enjoyed the park, although a lot of the recent(?) planting doesn't seem to be looking that healthy.

What a great place when finished will be a nice place to take the kids for a run. Pity about the dog poo every where. Found quickly with no problems.

Quick find. We see what you mean by "dog friendly" - there was an over-friendly golden retriever there and he didn't seem to have an owner, but kept coming back to us as if he wanted us to own him, even tried to get in the car! We've already got a geodog though - Harry. NINO, TFTC.
Quick find after work. Nice hide. took fake thumb. Left playdough. 6-year-old spotted this one first. Nice little park. Kind of drizzly today.
Lots of workman and doggie muggles out today. Quick find sheath was required. Plenty of doggie poo to avoid obviously more training required. TFTC
Third find today. Hadn't visited this park before. Great area for people to walk their dogs and there were a lot doing exactly that! Had to wait a while for muggles to clear. Arrived at spot approx same time as other cachers. Quick easy find.

A very quick find.
The Geoforce was with me today and I spotted the concealment (though not the container) from about 5m away.
Heaps of muggles walking doggles, but easy to duck down and do the business without being disturbed.

My 5th cache for the day. Nice park. Great for dog walkers and there were plenty of them. None near the cache though when I was hunting for it. Nice easy find but I was somewhat flustered by the flipping mosquitos. My god they are huge! They should be controlled by air traffic control they are that big ha-ha. I could not get out of there fast enough. I think I struck them on a day they were having a family reunion and I was the feast. Great cache though. Thanks
