This cache has obviously gone missing, and so has the owner who has not logged into GC.com for a year.
Looked hard but couldn't find it tonight! By the sounds of the other logs it's gone missing?
I am sure this one is gone. After looking for it 3 times now. -This should be dated 19.9.10 as thats when I last looked for it..
Had quick search inbetween dogs and plastic bags and smoking pushbike riders but no luck today so took the truck for a bath on the way home
Attempted with Iamapom who found it before, but this time we found it missing.
Interesting to see a lady in a new Rangerover crossing the ford with big splash.

Have spent 2 days looking for this. I think it may have been moved, can anyone please let me know?. I am truly stumped in Elwood. ;-(
Went looking for this on the way home from Elwood beach. We spent a few minutes looking around the area where our GPSr was pointing to, but could not find it. Even the hint did not help.
Spent 15 minutes searching, with no luck. I wonder if iamapom's weird friend came back to muggle it?
The chauffer has previously found this one and was able to describe how clever it was originally. Not too many muggles about in the early evening. No exchanges but TFTC
Found by Mary & David at 1440. A mini farm around the front of the houses in Spray St, with hens, ducks and a sheep in the front yard. A quick find. Our thanks to Jim.
Found @ 4.20, #255.
This was one of two caches found while we were in the process of doing a multi-cache.
After driving through the ford which surprised for being in the suburbs of melbourne, parked the car and a short walk to GZ and a quick find.

Grabbed this on the way to the Wintergrillen event in Elwood.
Easy find, and sat on a nearby bench to fill in the log. An old muggle lady with a small shivering dog passed by and took a great interest in what i was doing. She was suspicious of me to say the least. As she passed I said "hello" to her and smiled which freaked her out massively. She walked off - but then suddenly spun around to try and catch me out. I was still smiling at her. She did it again another ten metres away, and still I was smiling at her ! She was quite freaked out. Replaced safely,
Weirdly, there seems to be some sort of ford of the stream a litlle further up, and some 4wds were zipping through it and having all sorts of fun.
Left TB - but took little Dominos set that I will try to turn into a TB.

14-06 1st find of the day at 11:34 and 1073rd find in total.
Popped in on our way to another nearby cache, never been to a street that floods in the high tide. Doesn't seem to stop most locals, but we're not locals so we decided not to take the risk and walked to the cache. A bold hide indeed.
(''\(OoO)/'') Thanks jimstern for the caching fun!

Bright skies when we stepped out of the car, then the heavens opened up. We hid under a tree in the pouring rain for a few minutes, then made a break for it back to the car. But on the way -- hey, THAT looks suspicious! Found the cache. Little Miss Geocache (aged 4) torn between platypus and bendy frog. Finally decided on platypus, left bottle of glitter. But an hour later, 20km away at lunch, regret set in. The tears began to fall as Little Miss Geocache wished, oh wished, she had taken the bendy frog. Sorry, I caved. We went back, found the geocache again, and retrieved the frog, replacing it with another bottle of glitter. We have since had a stern talk about taking only one thing from each geocache and replacing toys with similarly interesting toys.
Thanks for the cache! And the items! Froggy has become a bathtime favourite and Playtpus sleeps on her bedside table.

After a DNF nearby I was determined not to go home without at least one find for the day. Unlike the DNF this was a walk up find and a quick log while sitting at the nearby bench on a surprisingly sunny afternoon.
Thanks Jim

A nice simple cache. watched a truck going over the ford just down the stream while we signed the log. TFTC.

Found at 3.45pm with Puzzledog. An interesting spot, background noise reminding us of the country! Thanks Jim. Took Mole Left Frog!
Found easily without GPS by the eTrix kids. Took Travel Bug 1NF7E2, left DooDo, a blue figurine found at Rouse About with Jensta.
This was the first of an even half a dozen on a 31 Km Bike Ride. At the start had a little bit of trouble thinking it was either in Elsternwick park or Elsternwick Cricket Ground but managed to find it in the end. TFTC!
What a lovely little park. And what a lot of people enjoy using it, with many passing by in a seemingly endless parade.
The thoughtfully placed cache was found quickly, but I sat and enjoyed the sunshine for a little while anyway.
Thanks so much, Jim.

Sneaked away during lunch to grab this one.
Nice cache but had to wait for a couple of old muggles who were out for a wander.
(Im sure one of them must have seen Federation)
And as a bonus have a look at the property in Spray St - Chooks, sheep, plastic cow etc. I cant belive the council tolerate this stuff. (I love it) They must be a Councilor in the City of St Kilda

We stumbled on the stump or were we stumped and even had a water crossing in the car heading for the next cache. It was hard to realise that we were even in the city for this one. Just around the corner though there is a cow, sheep and even geese in someones front yard (classic)

Happy Easter. Excellent stroll along path. Well hidden, but plenty of Muggles. Noticed in the oval opposite that groundsmen haven't yet reinstalled the goal posts. It's not Cricket season anymore, it's Footy season!
Very first geo find. Lovely spot so close to home. Interesting house nearby with animals. Took child's game, left stickers. Thanks.
Lived in Elwood for 10 years and never been to this spot. Thanks. Loved the little urban farm. Found with jackam crew.
Found at 3.50pm. Nice little area and walk. Was good to be able to sit on the clue whilst signing the log book. Thanks for the cache Jim. TNLN

Crashing with a mate in Elwood and grabbed this while hunting for "Around the Pond" Multicache. Found the funny note in the cache... but it seems the lovebirds havent logged the find??? hahaha Proposal via Geocache. Awesome. TFTC from Sydney.

Pleasant stroll. Didn't know about this area. Rooster even crowed for us - or maybe it was just trying todrown out the loud music across the road.
Congrats Tash and Aaron. I'm a Marriage Celebrant - just on way home after wedding at Riva - email me if I can help
Took warrior, left NZ sheep (white, not brown!)

Greetings from Czech republic. Found on walk to the beach even without GPS. After that terrible thunderstorm begun so we were searching for a shelter for a change. TFTC.
I run down this path all the tine. Never thought to check it for caches - until now!
Found just after dark. Hard to find without using a torch which could have alerted the locals. A barking dog was doing its best to make sure everyone knew we were there. Very well hidden. Mosquitos were everywhere. TNLN TFTC
What's that incredible smell you've discovered?
Ah, the canal!
Team bearsleys were out on a late night cache with Rubarb after a BBQ at their place.
The cache was in the open, and open. The log and other bits all good, no TBs or GCs to be seen. After rehiding, the cache now looks great.
Thanks Jim!

Nice, easy find in the company of Indiana08 and Geodude91 - but retrieval was hampered by 2- and 4-legged muggles chatting over a back fence. Eventually they moved on, and we could log our visit.

Found just on dark. Luckily got the correct side of the canal. Very overlooked, could see and hear one of the local residents in her kitchen. Could almost pop in for a cup of tea, we don't eat much! Took Geotalk Geocoin.

We spotted the likely position for the cache once in the vicinity, and the reason for the name only occurred to me after. It does seem to be a bit fragile, but so far so good.
Thanks Jim - Interesting spot.

On the way back home from the Halloween event in the company of Robmc, we stopped and grabbed a few that I hadn't yet done..
Robmc found this one pretty quickly.
We replaced the cache just as the neighbourhood dogs started barking.

Was first on the other side of the channel. Lucky there was a bridge close by.
Took out Mr Invisible Geocoing and left the Lapu Lapu Fighter in there. It is his first cache in Australia! Will be interesting to see his travels....
