Couldn't hurt to check the container is still there - but more importantly - please supply accurate co-ordindates.
What's with the all the "i found it away from the co-ords" and no one posting up alternate co-ords? Pretty infuriating...
I spent about 20 minutes at GZ and found nothing either. Thankfully, Grahame Cookie mentioned in his log about being 13m away from GZ. And I did find a possible hiding spot.. but nothing there.
It might be a good idea if this one is checked out.. or at the co-ordinates get updated to be correct. TFTH.

as others have said the co-ords on my gps were a bit different to the stated ones, but that's how it goes at times. this is one of those spots that one doesn't see unless there for a reason like this. very nice location. tnln sl tftc

Found our way down Beryl's Track, a lovely drive into the forest but I got the blame for Mitsi our 4 x 4 jumping in a puddle and getting filthy!!! Spent far too long looking in the wrong place until I walking towards hubby and spotted the cache in plain sight. TFTC The Bax
TFTC Drove along a track but it wasn't the most direct route which we found out when we reached GZ. The track taken required 4WD through mud, puddles and rutted sections. Once at GZ we searched for the cache and after about 20 mins the call of "found it" was heard. Geohubby spotted it. Driving out was much easier on the correct track as no engaging in 4WD was required.
Tricky little hide. We must of chosen the good track to get to gz as we could drive almost on top of it. Coords were a little out and had us looking in the wrong spot. But after reading a few logs we widened our search and soon had cache in hand. Nice veiw from up here. Tftc
Drove all the way in in a low slung Subaru Liberty this time via .504 .242 taking care to angle over the humps - only mild scrape once.
Guess I too took the hard road last time ...

TFTC, well after driving in on a road which soon became a track it started to get harder with some deepish holes and ruts full of water, I finally stopped about 300 metres from GZ when confronted by a muddy swamp/marsh across the track I decided that was enough for my 2wd work ute. Walked around the mud and back onto a track that led to GZ only to find the cache hidden next to what looks like a much better access road, gggrrrr.... local knowledge would have been good for this one.
2:01:00 PM. Out for a drive as it was too windy to fish. Drove into GZ and we started a search. After walking around and looking I spied the hide and the cache was in hand. Log signed in a lovely area. Some nice waterways around here. Thanks The Bax for placing this cache.
Found this one safe and sound, not where I thought it would be. Enjoyed the view overlooking the lake.

The cache has been found quiet easy to get to after a year of it not being found I can happily say it's still there
I took heed after recent rains to not put the 4 runner in as I as solo ( and saw the movie this am) si walked down and was glad I did
Small tree down over rd. Could get around
Even the side tracks around the big but innocuous looking lakes on the main rd gave soft clay edges and are deep
Looked at the said level for a while before bailing in rain.

Swellerfungus, Crookedpete and I hit the road to cache our way from Brisbane to Gloucester NSW and back, picking up some specific caches along the way. On the homeward leg now and we stopped of here to make a find to help my travelling companions complete a distance challenge they are working towards. Mr Fungus had the job of navigating for the weekend, a decision I am now coming to regret. I think he took a lot of pleasure in directing me and my car along the most inhospitable tracks he could find in the area, much to the detriment of both my stress levels and the paint work on the car. It was a great relief to finally arrive near GZ and a short walk has us at the cache. It was a further relief to find a much better and shorter track on the way out. TFTC
Final day of a weekend road trip with SeffnJarah and Swellerfungus. We are on the home run!
And what a busy weekend it was too! The tally board included a few scratches, 11 hours sleep, 1760 kms driving, a dozen eggs, a couple of kilograms of bacon, 73 finds (including 1 event, 2 souvenirs, 2 letterboxes, 3 earthcaches, 4 completed challenge caches, 3 T5's) and a completed DT grid. Best of all, there was whole bellyful of laughs and lots of good humoured banter.
We targeted interesting caches, earth caches, solved puzzles and higher DT. Fungus's faulty navigation certainly had us take the more difficult route. Almost feel like we should send the council a bill for clearing the fire trails for them. Never mind, SeffnJarah - it will buff out.
Once at GZ, this one took a while - but we expanded our search area and got there eventually.
Thanks for the cache, The Bax.

Out and about with CrookedPete and seffnjarrah as we head south for a caching weekend of high difficulty and terrain ratings, as well as a run to Taree to grab the 1.9/1.9 D/T rating challenge. We also need some caches for another challenge that requires a cache hidden every 10klms from home. Both CP and I needed a lot to complete the challenge, and this one fitted the bill nicely.
Oh another classic bit of navigating by the fungus! I took us in the long and far more difficult route! woohoo. I love seeing SNJ get his knickers in a knot as he deals with hair raising situations!
The hide was a little bit out from my cords, but found safe and sound after a few minutes of searching further afield.
Thanks The Bax

Having a weekend at Gumma Reserve, so decided to do a few of the caches in the local area.
We spent a few hours travelling around the farming land, beautiful countryside.
We took the Beryl's track in, very muddy & lots of pot holes.
Cache was in a very sneaky hide.

Found it! Cautionary tale, some of the puddles are deeper than you think with very soft bottoms. Worth the visit though. Thanks!
Didn't make it to gz. Had a spot of trouble getting down the track. Be wary of getting stuck and good luck
Definitely a park and walk if you don't have a 4WD but it was a lovely walk in, never knew that lagoon was there! Found quite easily, cache nice and dry, thanx Bax
Yay we found our first geocaashe was really entertaining got a little lost nearly ended up in a Swamp lots of fun though
i cant drive my car not 4wd... I see that only 4WD it wet on the road i need 4WD drive only.
will be back there later [Time to Find: 1 min]

This one ended up much more of an adventure that it should have been but what fun...lucky we were in the hilux with a winch, ha, road was pretty bad where we decided to tackle the cache from...found a better road after crossing a swamp on foot....rained too...of course..hadn't rained in months but today.....that's geocaching...thanks for the adventure The Bax
We really did this one the hard way...must have taken the wrong road in?? ended up walking thru a smelly swamp before finding another road leading straight to the cache...had to return through swamp, got bogged and Robbieracer had to winch us out so soggy feet and muddy for the the rest of our caching day...but we love it...thanks for bringing us out here The Bax
Found on lunch break whilst doing a job close by.
No wonder no one has found it for a while the track is not the best.
Cache container is intact, dry and safe.

Nice and EARLY in the morning, just after 1am we found the molten remains of the cache, which Cookie had previously found before getting spectacularly bogged!
Had a glucometer strip container from Mum that we made into a replacement micro cache; and left it above the molten remains.
Then a walk back past the Mazda swallowing bog hole!
TFTC The Bax, could you please check the coordinates, as Cookie was borrowing a GPS from one of our leaders, and not being familiar with it lost the average he created.

(Late logging of Find - 31/1/13) Found with MAP's and Cookie, who had an adventure the last time he was here.
Nice to be able to share the driving rather than having to pedal. A bit of a walk out with torches was a pleasant break.
As Cookie said, we found the molten remains, and not wanting to take them to Queensland and back again we left them there, along with a Micro.
TFTC The Bax
Wouldn't hurt to do a Maintenance run, AND check those coordinates.

0120 Having already found the cache, and gotten stuck, I was a bit more wary this time. So took a short walk in the dark, rather than getting bogged again.
Sure enough the cache has been burnt, as I found the molten remains. I left that below a replacement Micro cache "I had prepared earlier". Got to help the friends - MAP's and MVMtBiker get a few more cache finds - when they get back from holidays and log them!
So, Moosebreeder should have found the remains, except for the GZ being so far out. I did an Average, but deleted it in the meantime so I could get a few caches loaded while in Queensland. Sorry I can't help with the more accurate coordinates, but the white micro is a bit more visible, and the molten container with pencil should be a 'give-away'.

Sorry to say but I think this cache got burnt in the recent burn off and is now unrecognisable cinders. See my log also.
Biked into here. The previous finder, bamboozer, wondered how this one would fare in a fire. I can now answer this - not at all! The area is blackened and there is absolutely no sign of the cache even though I scraped around in the ashes. I think it is a case of "Beryls - RIP"
Road pretty rough into here with some big holes and water in most. Have 4WD so no problem. Checked out the fishing. Wonder how this one would fare in a fire? Thanks The Bax
1640 GAFF1 Wish I had pprass (and others) 4wd And, I wish I'd read the cache sheet !!
Got in okay, but had about half an hour hunting around in ever bigger circles, and found a few interesting things that had been abandoned. Finally found ~13m from GZ, tho the GPSr did show 7m once while I was writing in the log book. Added another bag for security.
THEN, out we go. WRONG side - OOOops! [B)]
As they say, "a picture says a thousand words".
Walked down to Hyland Park, and found out that local who usually pulls out stuck people with his Land Drover Discovery was on holidays. Lots of people with "4Wds", but too nicely polished to even consider asking if they could lend a hand.
Back to car in the dark by this, catch a few zzzzzs, and then remembered a nursing classmate lived at Valla Beach, but how to contact him when your mobile phone doesn't have a SIM card - doh!
Walked into Numbucca, but by the time I found a public phone it was after midnight. So left a message with another friend, back to the car for some more sleep.[|)]
Woken up by a fisherman coming past with his boat/trailer and dogs running along. Angels come in all different packages !!
Unhook the trailer, hook up the car, and hey presto! THANKS a LOT MATE, FANTASTIC!!!
Now, just to get the floor mats clean and dry. Then off to more caching hijinx, tho I never did get to cache I was going to maintain

First one to DNF it We had four pairs of eyes looking for ages without coming up with the find.
The drive in was interesting after charing through some puddles in the Geo-Honda CRV we got to a stage were mum refused to drive any further. That left us with a 500meter walk. Disappointed to have not foundit

Had a bit of fun getting in and out of this place. But the AWD made it out safely save a few scratches. Although we looked for ages, in the rain aswell, we couldn't find it. I think well watch the next few logs before we start coming back here again.
After a couple of wrong turns and a panicky co-driver (wife) eventually found ground zero.
Picked up a travel bug and swapped a couple of items.

Had a long but enjoyable walk in from the wrong track. When we got to gz found the sign to another track which would have been a lot shorter. Do not attempt with 2wd car. TFTC TNLN
Well, we drove and we walked a lot of wrong tracks before we got onto the right one. Unfortunately, a 100m in we got SERIOUSLY bogged (shouldn't have read previous logs which indicated that they all got through those deep puddles!). Had to call the tow truck and pay a lot of money to get winched out! Couldn't leave it after that so walked the remaining 623m to the cache, found it and walked back to the very very muddy vehicle!
Found after driving in and nearly turning around due to the deep puddles and was unsure if the geocaptiva was capable of the crossings. Sure enough, punched on and we were soon near GZ. Found the small container with a larger ziplock bag outside of the cache on the ground, so changed the small cache for a bigger one we had in the car. The log book only fits with a squeeze though now so be careful on extraction, or change for a more flexible logbook if you can.
Nice, peacful area down here. Cheers from the Browngang

Finally found! Container filled with water- log book dripping wet. Dried out container & put back but have taken book home to dry out. Will return notes & new log book tomorrow. Tftc
This was a fun cache to find - its not often we get to go 4wd and whilst this was a tame adventure - the muddy puddles made it fun. We found the cache with about 1cm of water in the bottom. Replaced the container with a camouflaged sistema snap lock to try to make it more water tight. Nice hide. Thanks for bringing us to this part of the world.
Took off for a drive and to find some caches today while staying near Coffs Harbour for a few days while geohubby had some work to do. Loved the drive out here, and what a great location with water on three sides. Plenty of water here and there on the track out too. Some puddles were a bit deep. We thought of the previous cacher who was glad he didn't come in his wife's corolla. That wouldn't have been good. We managed to get all the way and were a little befuddled by gz. GPS was a little jumpy, though don't know why it should have been particularly. We tried every tree, stump, and likely spot and then stumbled upon the cache and wondered why we didn't find it faster. It was a little wet inside. We dried it out and then put the stuff in a ziplock to help keep it all dry. GPS led us up a different track at first which was getting a little overgrown, so we back-tracked to the 'main' road to an earlier side track only to realize that this one was called Beryl's Track. LOL! We live and learn. Pay attention!!

We'd just come from the Termite Mound which was a nice easy track, but this one was a bit more challenging, and then we came across a large bog hole/water course that we werent keen to take the 4wd through since we were alone. So with about 350m to GZ, we got out and walked the rest of the way. Once at GZ we found another track, so clearly were had driven in on the wrong one.

Definitely 4wd territory. Some of the bog holes are about 45 cm deep. Missed a left turn near the end so after a 100 m walk and a 10 minute search found the cache. Excellent hiding spot. Cache and log in good order.
Beryl led me on a merry chase this morning [:o]
I can only thank my lucky stars that I left the geomobile outside the bakery on the main street and rode the mountain bike out here
First try, I turned off the bitumen one track too early as it turned out
It was a fun ride, dodging the puddles with ease on two wheels.
At first it didn't look to be going the right way, but another track appeared which headed off straight to GZ.
It probably led there too.
But the swamp it crossed was too deep and wide to ride the bike through [:o]
Back to the main road
Second try, I turned off the bitumen one track to late as it turned out
It led me down to the lake but I was 300 metres away from GZ still.
A little used track seemed to head off around the lake toward GZ.
It too crossed a swamp, but the waters were not too deep this time.
This track was quite overgrown in places and no vehicles had passed through for a few years.
People on foot obviously had though, so me and the pushbike managed to reach a track junction with a BIG green sign that told me I was finally on the RIGHT track
The fun hadn't ended though.
In an area with only a handful of hiding places I spent half an hour poking around for the "easy to find" cache [:(!]
Curse those 3 words !!!
Finally I wandered off to look at the lake and tripped over it [:o]
Doh!!
I signed me name and rode out along the track I should have ridden in on.
There were more puddles and muddy patches on this one that all the other tracks I had been on so far !!
Reaching the bitumen again I was eager to see why I hadn't spotted the obvious signs that this was the way to go.
That was because the sign wasn't BIG and obvious at this end, but small and hidden exactly where you wouldn't be expecting it to be

Found at 2.30pm GAFF1. A leisurely Sunday afternoon, having lunch at the Nambucca Heads RSL and then some caching after wards. We headed down the track with the Suzuki even though it had been raining all day today and yesterday - surely the Wazoo could handle this type of terrain - and it did!
Loved the location even though it was overcast and muddy. We had a bit of a wander to find the cache and it wasn't in a spot that we had anticipated, although the co-ords were pretty good.
Thanks The Bax for showing us this spot - now to get out of here through those huge puddles!

Some of the holes on the track were filled with water, which was almost too much for the Mini.
Didn't see this road on the map. Found straight away, could see the container poking out of the hiding spot...

2nd visit to cache - dropped off Travel Bug TK9MG5 (this bug wants to get to the Soccer World Cup in South Africa 2010 and then back to Australia)
FlyingPigSquadron has landed! Found cache altho' book said we found "Goat Island"! Thanks for the lovely walk TNLN TFTC&H
We were a little confused, we think we found "Beryls" well that's what the coords said but the logbook said it was "Goat Island" cache. We will claim the find for Beryls coz we we don't have a boat so we weren't on Goat Island. Thanx for the long walk to the cache as we didn't have a 4x4.
This was our first cache, we found it Ok and it was the start of a great day. We took the frog and left a mickey mouse on his bike and ready to travel. Thanks for the cache Bax
A quick find while on holiday in Nambucca heads.

I went out early before work to find the cache.
I would recommend a 4WD to get to the location. There was a fair bit of mud to negotiate. The creek near GZ looked beautiful this morning.
I left the Walk and Rollers 2 TB.
