Drove to gz and local kids have setup motorbike ramp directly next to cache. To keep its integrity did not look. 4 bikes on the go. Try another day maybe.
This one was way out of the ordinary. Amusing to say the least. It works. Signed Log
I drive past this park so much and never have I noticed it's beauty. I'm so glad we decided to pop in and give this one a crack. Nice quick find followed by lunch under the trees

Day seven and Friday of the big Townsville trip for Fangsoki, Crew 153, 1MinnieMoo, Pprime and myself. Today will involve a lot of driving for the 'North Loop' up to Ingham, Wallaman and Paluma. It started before sunrise and involves plenty of old geocaches, a mountain climb, a rainforest hike and many, many kilometres. But we're still on the move and powering through the itinerary until last light.
We're now headed back south towards Townsville on the highway and Fangsoki expresses a desire to make a quick detour for this geocache. Who's going to argue with another smiley? A single road past loads of houses and winding up at a quaint little park. We hopped out for what ended up being a short hunt. With the geocache in hand, nobody had a pencil. But, we did have a pen, so the logbook was signed at 17:15 and replaced all as found.
A neat hide and a quick smiley. No hanging about though to see the swimming hole today, just a quick loop through the park before we're on the road again. Thank you for this geocache, big dazza

The Trudge2TVL mob (Fangsoki, 1MinnieMoo, Captain Terror, Crew 153 and myself) go north! Heading back to base now - but always tiem for one (or a few) more. A quick stop here, and with thanks to the hint it was a very quick find.
Thanks big dazza for entertaining me at this location.

Trudge to Townsville Day 7: Fangsoki, Pprime, Crew153, Captain Terror and I all clambered in to the Canyonero early this morning as we had quite some distance and caches to cover in our itinerary today.this was another of those older caches we had on the list, and after a couple of bigger hikes today, we made our way here for a much easier park and grab.
We didn’t exactly bring a pencil today. But we did have a pen, which did the job just fine. ??
Thanks for the cache big dazza.

A 9 day roadtrip to Townsville and back to Brisbane in the Fangsoki Pajero with the usual cast of cachers.
We parked close and the cache was found before I could get out of the car. An interesting hide.

1MinnieMoo, Pprime, Crew 153, Captain Terror and I were driving back toward Townsville. I badly wanted to grab this one - as I had been staring at it for over 12 years now.
We parked up and thankfully we made a quick find in an interesting little area. We added our mark and rehid the cache as found. A great little park to visit. TFTC big dazza

Had not been up this way before and ate drive though lunch before signing the 'log' CNQ. Thanks big dazza.
Found with LJB54 and peachET.
Had to visit someone in the area nearby and discovered there was also a cache here. Checked we had a writing tool, and zeroed in on GZ almost immediately. Took a bit of searching and soon added our names to the log and a smiley to our map.
Do not see many of these types of logs about and the geo kids loved it. Thanks for bringing us here big dazza. Was a beautiful place we would not otherwise visited and never knew existed DL TNLN

Found this one quickly as it had fallen off. Put it where I think it should belong.
I'm thinking my pen won't last long but have attached a pic as well. Lovely day out here today. Just visiting Townsville for a couple of days and thought I would get a couple of caches in. SL TFTC
Nice hide. Had it signed pretty quickly. Great park with a mission still left in it
An easy find. Signing was a bit more difficult though we did it. Usual ones we've seen like this have a glued on paper log attached. TFTC
Taking a break from Region Scout Camp. I was drawn to this cache. Log signed. TFTC
And interesting find we were camping overnight at Bluewater and took a short drive down in the morning to find this cache. thanks
Just going through some old logs and realised I didn't log this one.
Found with choppersrule.

Found cache easily enough but not sure what to use for a log - so left a piece of paper for temporary log but needs some TLC. TFTC big dazza
I found this a few weeks ago and only just realised that I had forgotten to log the find. I am amazed at how many people live this far out of town.
Definitely no room for a pencil
Thank you for the cache and bringing me to the park...such a lovely spot for a picnic and swim in warmer weather . sl

Quite ingenious cache. A Pen is probably better for signing than a pencil.and log is chock full now. TFTC.
Tricky but my 12 yr old found it in about two minutes ... No hint needed. Filling up though...
Took a slight detour from my road trip to Cairns to grab this cache. Quick find once at the GZ. Also turned out to be my 1300Th cache find.
Log signed. The cache container was found to be in excellent condition. Finding this cache has now given me a total find count of 1300.
Thanks for the Cache hide big dazza

Too easy... And I'm pretty sure that the fact that I had a pen instead of a pencil is ok.
Easy find, nice hide. Have been to this park before, always a nice detour. TFTC.
Found this one after going up and down the hill. Seen one of these types of hides before.
With the late season drizzle we wanted a less strenuous cache to help continue our streak. This resulted in us straying a little further afield to this cache. GeoP spotted this relatively quickly as we have recently found a hide the same as this.
Thanks for bringing us here as we discovered a whole area we would not have visited otherwise.

Second attempt on this one, without screaming children makes it easier to concentrate! Great idea! TFTC SL
WOW...what a quick find for me, didnt expect it but as soon as I saw it I knew..loved it!
Fond the location quickly searched long and hard but could find anything may be missing
Been meaning to pop in and grab this one for a while. Ms MattCNS had found it before I'd got out of the car. TFTC.
North Qld 2013. Day 12 Townsville to Tully. I rarely get to a cache without a trusty writing implement these days. With so many tiny caches it is only prudent. Great area. Thanks.
