After another check this time nature had the best of this cache and it is washed away. Due to the heavy rains and works at side the complete structure changed and it is not safe anymore to go to the cache. So no replacement this time, I am sorry.
I had no idea if you could access this spot from any bottom entrance.... I went from the gate and slowy began to rip my skin through the lantana... I hear its a noctious weed?? It was very very thick and making me bleed. Apparently i was only 5m away from GZ!!??? what!! I quickly realised before it was too late that this weed is hiding a very dangerous and steep drop off... this is one evil place to be >.>.... I quickly gave up after a near fall!
Does this weed die off in winter?? I might come back if it ever goes away! X'D
Thanks anyway!

Gave this one a good try for 35 minutes and suspect I was at GZ but just could not make the find. I think I'll have to ask for a clue...
Kiama 10. We started this one. I am not sure if it be done from the top or the bottom. Either way, there was way too much scrub on the slope to go too far. Thanks.
Albida
Albida
Wet scrub and being so thick, we decided not to go to far in. Went down the bottom with Albida, then up the top. Naaa forget it to hard
Checked and everything is fine! I added some hints to make the find easier but it is still not easy to get to!!
A big adventure! Had a stroll in the completely wrong direction. 2 hours later we returned from a huge loop - still unsuccessful!
I had all intentions of looking for this one today, but on arriving at the parking area realised that some construction fencing had been erected, and work vehicls were in the area. THe signs said "Sewerage..." that was enough for me to decide to leave this till another day!
A little adventure I did have here almost sliding to the bottom when a loose rocks gave way underfoot. The GPS
is totally useless here so searched under the sheets of tin, even looked in the esky and all the other bits of junk
that's been throw down there.went to the bottom and back up and down again a few times, searched in that
vegetation, rocks, up the trees no way was this cache going to reveal its self for find no 300 called it a day will return...

After several previous attempts at this one, I was determined to get it crossed off the list today. It was the last remaining cache around Kiama, so it needed to be found. The determination paid off, when I had the cache in hand simply by going a few extra hard yards. Took TB which had been stuck here for 5 months. Thanks for bringing me here Wilbert. I think!

After being unsuccessful at the Windy Hut, we were hoping for a little adventure when we stopped here, but it wasn't the sort of place we like to hunt, so we gave it a miss
Grabbed this one on the way back from Nowra.
I got to GZ in a flash as I have completed a couple similar caches in the past.
Finding the container was a bit harder but eventually the prize was mine:
Thanks for the cache!

We were able to log this one some time ago but for some reason did not log it.
this was our 3rd go and thankfully this time we had the assistance of the owner pointing us in the right direction. On our other visits we entered from several directions but the one via the hint is the easy and recomended entry point
Thanks for the cache and the adventure.
We look forward to catching up with fellow cacher’s at the Geocaching Association of NSW Nurragingy Christmas Party GC1ZCCX December 12 2009, were all going well this will be our 1000th find.
If you are not able to make the above event and we dont see you beforhand we'll see you all at the ICC Christmas Party GC21EP5, on the 17th or at the Oz Wagga Wagga Mega Event (April 2-5, 2010) GC1Y5R. It looks like they have recently hit the MEGA requirements, and we can’t wait to be part of it.
Merry Christmas
Happy and safe caching.

I am sure I know about where but the trees where blocking the GPS and I thought maybe I had had enough adventure for the day. Thanks anyway
Stopped here for morning tea with Fifis Fantoms during our Halloween geohunt we noticed a family heading towards the Cache as we arrived (I think there name was TeamHancock) After our break we headed off on our own little adventure, when we arrived at the cache that now made 3 teams looking so there was little chance of failure.
Beware of the loose rocks if climbing down as they can be a danger for those already down looking for the cache. There is no need to hang around directly under the rocks anyway.
Once again one of the reasons for caching was realised by meeting other interesting cachers.
Well concealed and interesting location for a cache. Thanks Wilbert67.
Took TB (Gato a GOGo) with a TB (Emidog) in it?
Left TB Yodeleihoo

We were passing by and saw this one pop up on the GPS and thought we'd just stop by quickly and grab this one. Well, about an hour later we left! We started off following what looked like a cacher's trail. Ouch! Those nettles were strong. We then headed back and found another route down, which was better, but not as good as the way we later noticed we should have taken.
And so, after about half an hour or so, we were just about to call it a day when we heard voices. Reinforcements had arrived! With more cachers now on the scene, giving up was no longer an option and eventually we found the well hidden treasure. It's always nice to bump into other cachers whilst out and about.
Took geocoin, thanks,

A Halloween Geo-Day was our task,
Ham, cheese, biscuits we even took our flask.
Team Mick-Dyana and Fifi’s Fantoms joined under the sun,
To travel north hunting treasure oh we would have so much fun.
Muggles a plenty we did not care,
To break our daily record that was our fare.
Ran into another Geo family on the hunt, be careful of the Stinging Nettles F2 of the Fifi's got caught. Two ways to the cache but if you keep your head down low and go go go you will get there much quicker. Took down details of the trackables and let other Geo family take the coing and Mick-Dyana take the TB. Really gr8 cache.
Added photo of F2 and Mick from Mick-Dyana Geo-Team

Third time lucky for the Kalmlittleexplorers on the way up to Warrawong to do some shopping today.
Arrived in the rest area to find a man and a dog having a leg stretch, we managed to sneak down to GZ without them seeing but i'm sure he must have been wondering where we all dissapeared too!!
An easy find this time thanks to a previously supplied hint (thanks Wilbert67). I'm sure i looked in this location last time but it was a very well concealed cache!
T - Glossy Bracelet Craft thingy and TB
L - Ring watch and Geocoin.
when we returned past this area several hours later there was a massive downpour underway, and even driving was difficult and all the traffic had slowed right down. The cache would most definitely been off limits for some time this afternoon.
TFTC!!

I don't know if night time i the best time to attempt this cache, but it is what we did. After searching for a way to the cache we found a little track that looked to be a caching trail.
Following that we came across the sight that the rest of the cachers have seen. Eskies in trees, iron on the bank etc. After quite a bit of searching as the gizmo was useless in here, Hoojar and I decided to call in for a clue. As he scrambled up to find reception, I finaly had the cache in hand has he dialed the number. Another find on my tally for the night. haha
I really see the pattern of Wilbert's preference for cache locations!
I had so much dirt down my pants from this... you don't want to know!

Some caches bring you to a special view, others to a historical location, or sometimes something memorable for the owner.
This cache had me marveling at how much we can trash our own planet. And wondering what I was doing down here on a Saturday night!
Cheers

We called in here on the way north for a second attempt at this one. GeoDad went solo and although managing to get to GZ fairly easily just couldn't manage to find the hide. GPSr was all over the place pointing one way then the other. Climbed, scrambled, swore and all sorts of stuff but couldn't see it. Maybe next time we go past we will try again.
found my way to get to this one today clever hide in what can be a busy place . tnsl . thnks .Wilbert67
After a night-time reconnaissance last week (scary!), I thought a daytime attempt was a better idea. Hmmm. I guess today was just not my day.

Initially I thought my GPSr had broken, given where it was pointing, but I soon realised that that, in fact was the direction I needed to go! I quickly worked out the best approach, which shortly had me at GZ, though satellite lock was poor. I can see why you wouldn't want to attempt this during or after significant rain. Once at GZ the cache was quickly located, then it was back to the Urban Assault Vehicle to resume my journey north. Thanks for the Cache, Wilbert67

A little adventure it certainly is. I thought I'd moved into the getto's and setup camp with a few friends when I seen all the corrugated iron lying around. There was an esky in the tree, a motor in the creek and a cache under the _____.
Thanks Wilbert TNLN

A very aptly named cache.
Turned up after driving past this exact spot last week and eba says that looks like another cacher. Sure enough, we introduced ourselves and it was Philma! Great to meet the man behind a number of great caches we have done in Sydney.
He explained he had had a crack already but didn't come up with the goods. Whilst he had a coffee to think things over we turned up so it was time to team up and tackle this one together. After a bit of an adventure we started looking in likely looking spots and then before too long the cache was in hand. I grabbed a TB, we signed the log and off we went. This was an enjoyable experience especially having a good chat to Philma as well. TFTC!

A little adventure indeed!
A tip to all: Be as sure-footed as a mountain goat and think like a sewer rat.
Every now and again you get to meet another cacher in the field, to meet the Steeba family whilst doing this cache was an unexpected bonus.
Thanks Wilbert67 for an enjoyable break to my journey north.
Regards Philma.

What we thought would be a nice easy find turned out to be a very tricky task.
Once we found our way to GZ the cache itself was found within minutes. A well hiden cache along with some stinging nettles will help us to remember this cache for some time.
Thanks Wilbert67 for the hunt on a beautiful day like today
