Searched and searched with no find. Council seems to have been doing works in the area recently, so perhaps they've picked up 'rubbish' at the same time?

bother - the first one we didnt find - it sent us to a private jetty??? an other suggestions as to what / or where - we were going to deliver Roary - tomorrow will have to try another spot

We just began our very first hunt today, and chose something quite close to home to make it easy with kids in tow. We looked all around during the day but without the aid of our GPS. We returned this evening with torches in hand and the GPS which led us to the same spot we spent majority of our time searching around, but again with no luck. It could be that we are novices and have no idea what we're actually looking for. But the fact that the last person couldn't find it either makes me a bit suspicious. Either way, it is a nice little spot and we all had a fun treasure hunting adventure at night with our torches after a fun play during the daylight.

GPS wasn't friendly but close. Found quickly with the caching eyes working today. TFTC.

In Tasmania on holidays from Perth, WA. Drove down the small track and had our lunch here. This is a beautiful area. We were a bit slow finding the cache, our GPS was sure it was closer to the trees. TFTH

Beautiful park and it was all quiet today when we passed through on our way to Devonport.

The park was beautiful and peaceful when I arrived. Like the hiding spot. Very clever.

On the way home with no notes or anything - just the GPSr with waypoints loaded and my SATNAV. SATNAV said "Take the Exeter Road, not the Deloraine one". So I did, and took the opportunity to redeem myself from my 8 May lack of success. Congratulations on the hide. There is normally something slightly out of place that an experienced Geocacher sees, but a muggler would not. In this case nothing looked out of place. However, the hide was obvious if you knew what you were looking for. How did I miss it last time! I am now red-handed as I grabbed the geo-coin. TNLNSL TFTC

Had a good look but could not find. What I thought was the most likely place is now on the wrong side of a new fence, so I did not jump the fence and look. Perhaps lachlan26 could check that it is still active.

No problems with this one as the co-ords were spot on. TN left Geocoin. TFTC

I had worked all day in Legana and when my work finished at 3.30pm I went off to find this cache, then another, then another....

We had to wait a short time whilst council staff completed their mowing and packed up. Used the time to explore the side of the river - discovered many interesting things. Once the way was clear, we completed a quick find. TFTC

This was our first cache of the morning and what a lovely spot to start the day's caching. We pulled up to find a dog walking muggle near the area of gz so we filled in some time waiting for him to go by sampling the nearby blackberries. To our surprise he turned up next to us and explained how his dog loves blackberries and proceeded to feed her a few. After a bit of a chat we headed off to gz where maccamob found the cache while we were stilling searching in the wrong spot

Found by Mary & David, in company with Team Crackers, at 0730. Thank goodness for some clouds after the heat and humidity yesterday. The blackberries are ripe. A muggle dog walker appeared, and proceeded to feed some to his dog! He wanted to chat, so it was quite a while before we could search. Our thanks to lachlan26.

Must be a popular night time spot going by the number of rubber wrappers lying about. Thanks

A good cache in a nice little park.

Now, this WAS interesting. We arrived at a park with plenty of wide, open space and what do you think? A very young couple were giving each other their undivided attention on the grass about 20m from GZ. We sat down and we waited.......yep, they couldn't handle it anymore, as we thought, and beat a hasty retreat. The young have no patience!! (or perhaps don't enjoy an audience). TN and left soldier. We followed the couple out of the park and they were last seen heading for a nearby bus shelter. TFTC

Missed the entrance first time past...ended up going out the road and finally back again. Nice grassed area...good spot for a bbq. Neat hide...though wonder if prying eyes might find it. Another enjoyable spot....TFTC lachlan26...Cheers.

i had forgotten that this park was there. i even had condidered buying one of the houses 10yrs ago. this was a great first hide and i hope for many more. TFTC dwhite774 +son.

Found this one easily. Nice Hide. Lovely quiet peaceful area. It would be lovely to have a rest here whilst the mini cachers had a play.

This is a really good hide for your first cache lachlan26, great cache in a great spot.
I have looked around this area before, Legana that is, in the search of a spot to place a cache BUT didn’t come across this spot. BONUS, I got to find a cache instead here AND a FTF as well!!!!! Got to be happy with that!!!
