as we wander through the land, grabbing caches and seeing the sights even occasionally catching up with friends A good day was had while grabbing these caches with lots of miles covered Thanks for placing them *Found with [Geooh GO](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobiltal.geoohGO)*
Quick find here today on the back roads. Cache is all goodThanks for the cache 2323Come visit SA's longest running annual event - keep the weekend free - 7th - 10th June 2024 Cant wait!!
Travelling with richlink from Perth to Darwin up along the west coast and home again through the centre and the Nullarbor, picking up caches along the way. Moving day. Today, we are off to Roxby Downs. This is one of the caches we found on our route. TFTC.
Travelling with iluvtrekking up the WA coast to NT and down through the Centre to SA then home across the Nullabor. Coober Pedy is certainly a very unique place. Took the William Creek Road which proved to be somewhat corrugated and evidence of some seriously boggy places due to rains a few weeks ago. Container replaced to keep in play. Thanks for the hide.
On our travels we stopped to grab this cache, and as the cache suggests “whatda” not only do we set it of with the car but twice more walking around, some people just don’t learn.
Such a fun cache thanks for placing it

Found on a trip to Parachilna Gorge, Marree, Muloorina Station, William Creek, Lake Cadibarrawirracanna, Coober Pedy and back home down the Stuart Highway. Thanks for the cache Psalm 118:24 & Ginger Ninja!
We decided to load up the camper and run away from home for a week or two. The rain and a domestic water repair made us change our plans a few times but it didn't detract from the fun. We met quite a few people and learnt a lot from them - we were privileged to be shown a dugout at Coober Pedy and station life at Edeowie. We also found time to find a few caches, but we still have many unfound in the areas visited. Looking forward to returning to the upper north of South Australia one day soon.
Thank you to all those who helped make our trip very enjoyable.

Find #13838.
When we were here last time there was a vehicle parked right at GZ with muggles inside talking. We decided to let it go then and came back today for a very quick and easy find. All is in good order and was replaced as found after the log signing was done. Thanks for this cache placement go to Psalm118:24 & Ginger Ninja.
There were no muggles to spoil our search this time with goingplaces2, so the find was very quick and easy. Log was retrieved, signed and replaced. Job done! TFTC.
Not where we thought. Not what we thought. But it had names in a logbook. So we added ours.

Found on yet another trip without crossing borders. Like many others overseas trips are on hold. Even interstate is hard to plan. So we are taking the time to explore and re-explore our home state of South Australia.
This trip is take 2 as our first attempt was clobbered 2 days in by a sudden lockdown meaning we had to turn back home again. Two weeks later and the geohounds are back at puppy holiday camp. Our plan is Hummocks Station, Willow Waters Gorge (brilliant!), Farina, and then the Oodnadatta Track to Algebuckina Bridge, then through to Eringa Waterhole and then on to Mt Dare. After that the likely path (assuming the NT border is open) is via Finke to Lambert’s Centre of Australia and then we turned back south. We also took a side trip to see Lake Caddibarrawirracanna. We hope to find a few caches along the way and maybe hide a few as well. We are certainly having fun so far.
It is time to go back and actually log on line those caches for which we have only submitted draft logs. As our drafts have hit well over 200 we need to work through them.
While we may no longer remember the specifics of each event we are pretty sure we met and spoke with the usual subjects, and drank coffee, and chatted about geocaching and other stuff. We also quite possibly shared some hints about one or more of our own puzzles as we do get asked about these from time to time
As far as physical caches are concerned we remember all the puzzles, although some are harder than others [;] and mostly the hides.
As far as trads and multis are concerned we most often pick these up while traveling or at least while we are out and about for other reasons. Nearly always a bit of fun and good to break up a long trip.

At the moment Pfote and me are on a work and travel backpacking trip through the world. After I've spent a full year in Australia Pfote joined me for my second year down here. We will definitely try to collect a lot of boxes and all the special things in every state all around and right through the middle.
Now, after a bit more than twenty-four months we're finally on our last big journey through the country. From Melbourne to Adelaide and up north to Alice Springs and then past the Uluru via the great central road to Perth. Of course with a load of detours wherever we find something awesome.
The last box on gravel and dirt for the moment and a quick and easy find.

An interesting drive along this road and then an even more interesting sign near GZ that said it was a restricted area and not to wander off the road!
It is so flat around here and there is absolutely no bushes or trees - a real nullarbor!

Central Australia trip Crossing the Simpson and Innaminka, August 2014. After many years away from the Oodnadatta track and Innaminka, it was time for a another tour. This time in Company with seven cars to tackle the obstacles. Caching opportunities were a little thin, but the ones that were out here are all in great places. One of several roadside stops over the first few days of my trip. It was a bit harder to extract this than I expected. Thanks.
