Went by at lunchtime today to replace the cache and the council gardeners were working in the garden beside GZ. Will try and place tonight.
Could owner please check to see if this cache is still in place? We had a pretty good look and found nothing!
Our final cache before heading home to Canada. We've been on a bus tour of New Zealand with rellies from WA, Australia (Hazelhope), and have thoroughly enjoyed your country and the caches too. TFTCaching'
PS: We're logging ten TBs through this cache as 'visitors', before they head off to Fiji and then Canada.

Went out early to catch the sunrise on the 1st day of the new year - GPS signal not working so found through logic and experience. Thanks for my first cache of 2011!

Our first find of 2011 - a nice park and an easy hide. The log is a bit of a mess... maybe it needs a new log for 2011 - an easy maintenance job during lunchtime?!

Not lunchtime, but more of after dinner cache for us tonight. We dinned in the city, and walked across the park to this one.
I suspect it was a lot easier than at lunchtime.
Thanks, Robmc.

Found after dark after a long day on the road from Tauranga which had yielded around 47 caches.
I imagine this one would be far harder at lunchtime anyway.

Great display of flowers which we would have missed if not for geocaching. Quick find on a low muggle day. TFTC
found this in the evening when there were no muggles around. A nice spot, but raining a bit, so no stopping to admire the surroundings today.
With all the heat and dry it has not been good weather for treefrogs but with this bit of damp its time for the frog to hunt.
Quickly found the cache, very busy down below but nobody near gz. I See the nearby waterfall is a bit dry.

A very nice park in the middle of the city. My grandmother used to take my sisters and me to this park to play on the playground more decades ago than I care to remember! Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

#62 good view of the surrounds today although the park was quiet. played on the nearby swings whilst we ate our lunch from the local bakery.
Found by the Smith family on a pleasant afternoon cache hunting. Muggle central here with Christmas shopping in full swing so it was difficult to look for the cache without attracting attention. TFTC.
Nice place for a cache, lots of planting going on at the moment so will keep looking great. TFTC
On a caching weekend to Whangarei. Once we negotiated the roads and deciphered the map, we found our way. Late Sat Afternoon, not really any souls about. Quick find. Very nice park. Am sure it is lovely for lunch. SL. TFTC.

Thanks for making me take note of this spot. I have been parking here for years and never bothered to really look at the park, it is great and I'm sure we'll bring our Subway here to eat in the future like we did today
Found during our drive north from Auckland, having just arrived in NZ yesterday. A lovely area.
1.30pm. Quick find while waiting for Noeline who was looking at dresses!
Thank you. David.
Thank you. David.
A fun place to enjoy a snack. Another quick find with MissingLinx in a rather scenic spot. TFTC.
When caching at night take a torch & find out where the light is on the GPS. This would make it so much easier grovelling around parks in the dead of night...just finding the path was a challenge! TFTC
Check out the silver beet planting in the garden - it looks fab. They've done a great job of this urban park. TFTC
