Site is having construction work done nearby, and from recent logs appears unsafe for GeoFamilies. Temporarily disabled cache, pending a check by geoparentals.

The cache was obvious from about.. well, the edge of the clearing really. The nasty part about this cache (apart from the prickles) is how overlooked it is..
There is no sign of the Dutch Souvenir #2 TB that is recorded as being in the box. Unless I didn't look hard enough!

Nice quick easy find in the damp weather. Signed log, left a torch keyring and took the geocoin to aid it on its travels, TFTC
Third of the series and another quick find. I missed spotting the geocoin.
08:00 I spotted this as I got near, I agree with others that some tape on the box would hide it better, and make it look less like litter. I had a chat to a friendly local walking his dog. He told me about the humps being the waste from all the local bygone industries, mining, pottery, and steel. I didn't know there used to be a furnace near by!

Found with Gushoneybun.
We had to stand and watch while dad got this one because of the rubbish.

This was easier, no hill to climb. Bit exposed, so covered a little better.
Thanks. Steve.
Thanks. Steve.
Thought this one might have been better placed in one of the other trees as it is very overlooked and the base of the tree is littered with rubbish. Think a muggle may have already found this as there is some scribble in the log book. Nevertheless a nice little green area. SL

The first of the two in the area. This must be the best spot for butterflies as there were dozens around the Buddleia. Felt a little uneasy on this one as it is over looked by a number of houses. Also it was easy to spot and could go missing, maybe some black tape to camouflage it would help. TFTC.

A very quick find. It would have been quicker but the first thing I found was some rubbish.

Thanks
