Having already found this cache in the last but unable to sign the log due to retrieval issues. I returned today to sign it and get my streak going nicely coming into Christmas. The log was signed at 7.01pm. Sadly no tawny frogmouth owls tonight .
Still a great park and grab that has finally been crossed off from my caching to find book.
TFTC and Merry Christmas one and all.

Sorry for took a long time to get replaced the new log paper. Please ensure to take a precaution as many muggles walks up and down 2 footpaths.
It looks like that it has been muggled so I will put this temporarily disable for a while until I will fix it soon.
Wow, our 200th find and what an effort !
We found the cache, could see the cache but it had become dislodged and took quite a few attempts with sticks to grab it !!
Replaced as it should be tftc

2nd dnf tonight. Although this one as a pleasurable dnf. Arrived at gz to find a tawny frog mouth owl at gz. Started my searching and another showed up feeling lucky eventually the cache was found but unable to retrieve the cache from its hole. None of my caching help was able to either. Co may wanna check on its accessability status. Conning back from the car with a magnet which was useless here I found the two owls on the swing cross bar only to be joined by a third. Wow what a amazing close up experience. Snapped some shots but only managed to get two owls on my pics. Will return after the co has checked on this one.
Found at 6:26pm. Have lived around the Meadowbank area for a while and have never driven over this part. Spotted the playground to my left and I was soon in business. Approaching GZ I had a couple of suspicions as to where the cache was hidden, my first wrong and my second correct. TFTC skyejam
Nice one! No one in the park while I was there so I didn't have any problems searching for this cache. Very nicely hidden too. I was careful to replace it as I found it. TFTC, Biggles.
#86 (29 of 31 Days of Geocaching)
Yep, must be getting better at this.
Arrived in the playground after work as darkness was descending and walked straight to the cache without needing the GPS. I impressed myself with that one.
Of course tomorrow I'll need every bit of help I can get for a 1/1 that's staring at me!
Nice little park and a few muggles wandering through.
Took the cache back to the car for the signing duties.

My 4th, 11.30am very clever! Had to take a time out and rethink my strategy, stealth is important, saw all the signs and had my eureka moment. SL TFTC

When sevabo and I came here for the maintenance and we saw a geocacher - jennyfromthefarm looked at the other side of the footpath down then sevabo came and showed her sevabo's GPS and she realised that us are geocachers and I told her that it was my cache when the log paper were full so it was nice meeting. I replaced a new log paper.
Found with a bit of help from the CO. I wasn't looking in the right place but as soon as it was found it all made sense. Nice to meet some fellow cachers! TFTC
I checked out the obvious place first but did not locate the cache. After reading in the logs about the imprecise nature of the coordinates, I wandered about the park aimlessly without success before returning disconsolate to the car. However, before I drove off I had a think and decided it just had to be where I first checked. So I returned to GZ, had a better look and noticed the cache had slipped in again (see previous logs). I retrieved it, signed the log and replaced the cache as designed.
I suspect that the cache is known to some mischievous muggles which might explain why it keeps becoming dislodged.
Thanks skyejam.

Had to resort to the previous logs for some hints to find this one. Clever hide, favourite point for this one!
Lovely little park we would not normally have visited. The kids had a good play on the equipment. Found the cache quite quickly. Thanks!
Was on a good run today so decided to return to a previous DNF.
Much more luck today, and was able to find within a minute in the most obvious spot, which I had not checked previously due to GPS.
The actual ground zero is about 8 to 10 metres from where the GPS points. This is why I had so much trouble finding it last time.
Could see how it had fallen in and figured out how it was originally designed to be, so repaired it and I believe it is correct now. CO may wish to check anyways.
Thanks for the cache!

Took a while but enjoyed the hunt. Unfortunately, a muggly mum sat down nearby as I was replacing the cache and in my haste I have made it inaccessible. Sorry Skyejam!!
A quick find thanks to a hint from someone else who realised I might not be tall enough and I came prepared.
Nice little park, shame no one was using it.

Another awesome cache. The wife found this one first, when I was following the GPSr to GZ.

23/02/13 3:49 PM. Cache #451. Current streak: 167 days. Mother Nature is not being very kind to my streak with all this rain. After a spot of shopping at Top Ryde, I looked for a nearby unfound park & grab and this came up. Yelyac & I got out of the car and the rain had eased enough to make this doable. There was really only one likely spot and sure enough, we found it. We completed signing duties and returned it, just as the soaking restarted. Oh well, at least the streak continues. TFTC. }:)
Another drive by detour. As previously stated, not in the first spot I thought of after reading the hint, and due to my GPS sending me off the trail, not the second either. Took a bit longer than expected but found eventually. Nice little hide.TFTC
Had a really good look for 20 mins, looking up high.
No luck, could not find.
Quiet area despite houses, will return.

A quick visit to the Xmas event in Sydney, then north up the coast with Bettyboo3747.
Nice little hide in this park. We thought we would have muggle problems but they all cleared out as we arrived.
Thanks, Robmc.

# 2297. Robmc and I were on our way to the 2012 NSW Christmas event and doing a few along the way. This was amazingly a nice quick find for me while Rob was looking elsewhere. A neat little hide. TFTC
PS The log was absolutely full after our visit.

Found by me, although accidentally while retrieving dropped it and experienced a moment of crushing despair. Then realised I could reach it with my arm, safely retrieved. TFTC
Indulgently titled cache our 7th of the day and last for the Meadowbank area before heading to Putney for lunch and then more caching after that. But why not, when you've placed a whole bunch in quality locations. Cute little park, impressive and thoughtful hide. Enjoyed it, skyejam, thanks!
neat little park, took a while to find this one as gps was about 9 meters out.
sat down to think about it then made a quick find in the obvious location.

So excited about spending time with my two favourite caching buddies pdbunce and Footyfanatics today on a sunny Sunday. So many places this cache could be. After a little elapsed time I recognised a camo seen before. aHa yes I was right and a little chuffed I found another one for today's record 15 finds. Must away to attend a fete where we are assisting our Zumba instructor by doing a 20 minute presentation to promote her
business. Zumba He Zumba Ha...

Great day out with evangt & footyfanatics. Nice little park, not alot if muggles, but houses nearby. Clever cache, the 'hanging' clue is not what u initially think.
Found it on a sunny Sunday out with evangt and pdbunce. This one took a bit longer to find but once found we realised that we had seen similar before. TFTC
First time I came to retrieve this cache I had 5 friends including myself. At the time only one of us actually found about 60 caches not even he figured out this one. For those who can not find it the hint helps however don't get carried away with your imagination. I am sure you have probably have experienced other park caches like this one before. You should enjoy the swing soon after retrieving. Found with Porko2003.
Found with supasmile. Tip compass is off by 5 metres and no need to think to highly of this cache.
Sixth find of the day with The Wallumetta Scout Fellowship. Found by dicky_v! Nice hide!!
6th find today for Wallumetta Scout Fellowship.... experience pays off, I got this one. No swaps they say... just have to think like a ninja.
Cheers!

Searched Everywhere. Could not find it. Think it needs to be checked on to see if it's still there.
Down from the Gold Coast for my brothers 60th birthday party and I have been grabbing some caches around the inner western suburbs.
I started out earlier today to try for a 5 or 6 different cache type day.
This one had me guessing for a little while when all of a sudden I spotted something which was a possibility.
Nice hide Skyejam, interesting little park. TFTC SL

Took a few minutes of thought but eventually turned up the cunningly hidden cache. Quite a drawn out retrieval process in the end. Thanks skyejam.
Looking up hide and couldn't find anything but leaves and branches.
Played on the swings and see saw still couldn't find anything.

After searching for 20mins with 5 geocachers we still could not find it

We were lucky enough to have some time off work this morning so decided to enjoy the sunshine and put in some quality time caching. We grabbed this one just before a group of Muggles walked though the park. TFTC
Geomum make a quick find on this one...we had a play with our geogirls on the seesaw with lots of laughs...T4TC
Introduced my mother to geocaching while she visited from South Africa. Took a little walk each day she was here and found a cache. This was quite easy after reading the description. TFTC
Found on the way back from the geo 101 event. Lucky I had seem this type of hide before because I doubt I would have found it quickly. Geokids loved the playground which gave me good cover to retrieve the cache. For hiding one here. Cheers.
For us coordinates were 9m out. But still in the fading light we managed to find it without too much of a problem. No one about today. Nice little park, TFTC. Also, we were happy because the rain just stopped!
Nice little cache! Had been waiting for this to return. Just so happened to be passing today with a few mins to spare. I think coords may be about 5m out. But that's not a big problem. Nice new clean log to sign too! First to refind! Tftc

Look like it has been mugged again. I will think better to make the cache safer and more hide from the muggles. Sorry for this happen.
Spotted cache from a distance away as it was in plain view 'on top'. Log book was missing-suspect muggled.

Geokid7 played his soccer match at the nearby Meadowbank fields (bedlam!), after which we headed here for a quick recovery play. There was no one else around, so this was a quick find, despite the GPS showing 7m. TFTC
