This geocacher reported that the cache might be missing.
The fence has been completely replaced and the old building has a family living in it.
Needs some urgent attention.

Suscoe had a big day out to the north west of Echuca today.
Clear skies, beaut weather, a warm sun and caching, what could be better!!!
We enjoyed wandering the roads and little towns as we we
Sadly we didn't find a cache, the house is now renovated with a family living here and a brand new fence all around.
So the CO needs to do some work here.

How many months to the Alexandra Mega[?]
No idea, so I figured that i had better attend the event in Swan Hill to find out
Really though Cybergran V would have thottled me [xx(] if I hadn't have brought her up for this event so I had no choice but to attend
A pretty quiet weekend numbers wise however one that was filled with the usual laughter, craziness and fellowship of a caching event
I was extremely glad to be caching in numbers this weekend though [^], having spent many hours looking for caches in this area before!
Sadly, too often I heard the lament that 'this isn't fun! ' as a result of coords being off, no hint and the dreaded 'micro in the bush' style hides and the worst part is that instead of geocachers looking forward to coming back to Swan Hill, many will now avoid it
Not the best geocaching reputation for a town to have, especially considering the amount of money and traffic that a good geocache hide can bring to towns like this.
4 DNFs was much better than I had expected although that was only due to the numbers of geocachers present and the numerous PAF calls shared by many many teams [^]
37 finds for 2 days was pretty cool considering!
When caching I tend to trust my GPSr which was a good thing here as Cybergran V kept telling me where the cache was and somehow her GZ just did NOT agree with my GPSr's GZ [?]

Loved the cute little Post Office, and the water birds in the picturesque little billabong. A great place to stop and stretch our legs, on the way to the Mega at Alice Springs.
The fenceposts along the road are rapidly being destroyed by termites, and many have fallen over.
The cache is dry, the log is full, and people are now writing on the back of the information sheet.

It's amazing how many logs are in some of the caches around here. Love the post office.
Nice find, a drive by! Was interesting to drive past the slightly larger post office, we had made comment about the size of similar ones as we drove past them yesterday so it was nice to have a stop for a 'similar' one.

On a road trip from the ACT thru northern Victoria, to South Australia then back through Victoria (great Ocean road) and caching along the way. Whatever cache we happened to pass and I was in the mood we stopped to find and log. Some easier some harder:-)
I work in a post office and this one was nothing like it:-) easy find.

Thanks for a drive by in this interesting area bird life amazing. If only there was some warmth. Log signed very damp.
A good hide in a lovely spot. I really thought that I had found a cache near here before, but my records tell me otherwise.
Tricky to retrieve but easy in the end. Nice hide. We too spotted the post office only on the way out after morning tea.
#1686 We enjoyed this little diversion from the main road. Yep we missed the tiny post office on the way in but spotted it on the way out after reading the cache description. The hide had us fooled too to start with, but on a second inspection we figured it out. Very clever hide and an interesting spot deserves a fave point - thanks fozzee63.
Being in a rush today to get to Echuca we unfortunately had to pass a lot of side roads and their caches. But this was such a short detour that we couldn't resist checking out the ity bity postie. Thanks, a quick find.
[:(!] Thanks for an awesome effort.

We have been posted to church. Thanks. TFTC. We think this is a bit bigger than a micro ????
We love the post office nearby. We also love the tricky was to extract the cache. The nearby tool was very helpful. Thanks fozzee63 for this cracker. A favourite from me.
Caching today with Glanville Girls, Motndarg and Beckster22.

We loved the nearby post office. This was a tricky retrieval but we got there in the end. Thanks for the hide.
Interesting Post Office and waterways. Cache took some time to retrieve , the "tool" that was found did the trick. A favourite for this cache.
Located this a year back but brought a handy tool for retrieval this time! Great spot in the evening. Got to love these little post offices. tftc
I’m glad I had my retractable bush walking pole to retrieve cache – next person will have less problems - TFTC / TFTH // SL
Found while on a roadtrip through Victoria, love places like this! Thanks for showing it.
Had to improvise a hook out of a piece of fence to get him off the bottom. Hope he stays up this time! Tftc
Lovely stop off on the school holiday road trip playing spotto. Called in to find a church, found a cache too
Love the cache but loved the big rvergums more. Thanks for sharing this. Amazingly huge!!!!
Have given this a favourite, cause if you take the effort to get this cache, you really should take the owners advice and go down the round to see the most glorious, gigantic gums EVER. Majestic!!! Thank you so much for sharing this.
Quick find once we worked out how to retrieve. Find #116 for our trip. Tftc
This turned out be be more of a challenge than need be. Ca genotype quite located where it should have been. Improvisation needed and log singed. Cute little post office too. Thanks for the hunt.
Yay - found it today while on the road heading to the 2014 Oz Mega event in S.A. What a great little post office! Would never have know about it if it wasn't for geocaching. Thanks fozzee63 for setting this one up. A great spot with a terrific history lesson to go with it.
Loved the ity bity Postie and it's quiet location, it makes a whole lot of sense really. TFTC fozzee63 and for bringing us here.
That is a small Post Office
But the Post Office at "Rock Valley, Qld" is much bigger [:o]
I guess what makes a Post Office these days is whether there is actually anyone in attendance to sell stamps and stuff
Unlike "Rock Valley", most of the ity bity Posties I have seen around this area are just a bunch of mailboxes which the local delivery person stuffs the mail into.
It probably saves a lot of miles driving down long dirt roads to farms
Thanks for an interesting cache diversion [^]
GZ is a lovely spot too !!
I left "Chickas Ball" travel tag to bark at the postie.

We have returned from Canada to discover a few more Australian caches! What a great way to explore the "land down under."
Found laying on the ground. Signed the log and put it back where it should have been.
Thanks for the fun fozzee63!

we saw the little post office as we passed, made a quick discover but retrieving was a bit harder. had to put the geo brain in gear, improvised and eventually had the cache in hand, hope we have made it a bit easier for the next person. tftc
On the road from Swan Hill heading to Albury we had some time to collect a few along the way, this was one of them. TFTC
Have set our caravan up along the edge of the Murray, so went into town finding a few caches on the way. This was a quick find
Thanks fozzee63

We enjoyed a fantastic if rather HOT long weekend attending the "Cohuna Matata" Geocaching event.
With the weather in the high 30's we cached in the morning and relaxed in the pool/river in the arvo.
What a great way to explore and enjoy the area.
Thanks to everyone for placing the caches for us to find.

If you're an animal lover, please keep an eye out for the white horse in a paddock on the drive into this cache. If it's still there and looking as poorly as it did today, please contact the RSPCA.

Found by Mary & David, along with maccaholics, at 1000. Travelling in convoy with three generations from Echuca to Swan Hill. Wonderful to be away from the main road. We enjoyed the tiny PO, the church and the water. Our thanks to fozzee63.
Found @ 16:30
The church/scool is an interesting old building as is the post office.Back in November I located GC1ADV4 which was in Waaia, the first WP was at a very small post office which I think is smaller than this one. Thanks fozzee63 for bringing me to this small building.

What a beautiful place with all the water around and the bird life was amazing. A black kite flew right across the car and landed in a tree nearby to my wife delight. Found cache straight away ... TFTC
Thanks for bringing us here. We went to Shepparton today to look at trucks...so only fair to check out some caches on the way home can imagine Patho was once a sizable country town. Thanks for bringing us here. Left dominoes and took the TB.

An Epic trip from Mildura to Mount Beauty. We collected 54 caches for the day. We traveled many side roads, saw many sights, experienced many interesting caches and areas, and the trip took about 18 hours.
We took some nice frosty photos as we arrived here right on dawn.

Day 2 on a road-trip to the north-west of Victoria with DazRascal to tick off a few more maps for the VIC Country Road Atlas Challenge cache.
This was our first stop for s beaut sunny morning!
We admired the little old church as we drove towards the cache and had a good look at the nearby billabong.
A quick find in the obvious spot. Thanks for sharing this spot with us. TNLN SL. Cheers.

Traveling around the NW of the state with the Haveanez clan to pick up maps needed for the Atlas challenge.
A beaut crisp morning for a stop in this picturesque spot. Admired the little church for a bit, and did a spot of bird watching before signing the log and on our way to the next one.
Thanks for showing us the area, Cheers.

Found while travelling from the mega to Adelaide. We have one hidden at the Rock Valley PO. Thanks fozzee63
As The Morris mentioned, there are a few POs that we have seen that would be close to this size now. I guess with the PO shops slowly dissapearing a pile of boxes are all that is left.
Thanks, Robmc.
Thanks, Robmc.
I reckon its bigger than the Durham Ox post office - although all that its left of it now is the boxes. A quirky little spot I didn't know about. TFTC
A delightful location and a 'quirky' Post Office. A good hide too. Found with Dylan 7a on a very hot Christmas Eve mini Geocaching run. The old Hall nearby is a treat too. Thank you to 'fozzee63' for the well thought out cache location and cache itself. TNLN.
An easy find while riding through to Echuca.
Visiting some travellers for the view.
Thanks for the cache fozzee63.

I noticed the Post Office on the way in, not realizing that it was the centre piece for this cache. I've seen another small post office in my travels, but not this small. Thanks for showing me this oddity, and for the cache.
