With the rotating prison closing down shortly I have removed the cache and disabled the listing. I will take a look around to see if I can come up with an alternative cache hide and re-activate the cache to celebrate the memory of the prison - otherwise I will have to archive this. Hope the cachers that hunted this one enjoyed it - found or not.
Was hoping to find before it gets deactivated, so tried at about 10.30 this evening but watchful eye of guard kept me away.
Supposed to be closing at the end of the month. I`d like to find it during the Red Bull event this weekend.
Found this one in front of the hotel during a one day stay in Perth.

As noted by R0gue in an earlier post this facility will be closing down shortly. I intend to remove and archive the cache at the end of the week. Anybody still wanting to make an inmate visit should do so soon!!
WanderingAus wandered by and made a very quick and easy GAFF 1 find, aided in no small way by the fact that I placed an identical one in Darwin NT about nine months ago.

Another quick one on the way home. Spotted it straight away, nice easy grab even though there was lots of muggle traffic. TFTC
Love these caches, but it certainly had me scratching my head until I looked on the side and bingo, but due to the amount of time I had been wandering up and down I left it for 30 minutes before I came back and made a quick grab. The last person to locate replaced it about a full arms length in so had my work cut out to pick up and it was so far in the log dropped out and I had to scrabble back in to get it. Went across to Sassy's for lunch with an old muggle school chum and signed the log, then replaced with Lachlan providing some distractions to the crowd of muggles. Replaced in a slightly more accessible spot.

Watched by the guy who runs the ride. I suspect he knows about the cache as he didn't seem too suspicious. Had me scratching head for a minute before I spotted it. Thanks.
Took a little bit of head scratching before this was finally spotted. It didn't help that there was an overly friendly council worker cleaning up in that area and wanted to chat rather than move on and let us find the cache.

Easy find early in the morning before the muggles began to appear. No trouble in signing log undetected.

Went for a ride on the Wheel of Perth with the family before grabbing this one. If I hadn't have found a similar cache this morning, I wouldn't have discovered this one. Nice hide.

Located this cache on a lunchtime walk a few weeks ago, then waited for a drizzly weekday morning before retrieving it. It paid off - no one about this morning, so it was a simple task to grab, log, and return undetected! TFTC
One magnet is missing, causing cache to hang in a non-camoflaged way. If this cache is to remain hidden, I'd recommend some maintenance.
Brilliant video -- thanks for the link !
Before we found the actual cache, we did unscrew the end of a green pipe. This is definitely not a cache, though I don't know what it really is!

Interesting and busy location. Sat down next to some Muggles, picked up the cache and signed the log and no one was the wiser. Another good cache, thank you.

Rang the help line and headed down and more muggles!!!!!!!!!!!
Did the good old tie the shoe and got it TFTC

This was the second time and we got it!! Hubby says I am no good at stealth but I'm pretty sure we got away with it!! TFTC
Couldn't see where it could be. Our GPS put us right in an open grassed section, nothing around at all. Have just read the other logs though and maybe we need to be more camo sensitive.
Hmmm, for some reason, my log didn't go through. Anyway, was a great hide! This is a definite favourite. Just to note - some parts might need to be re-glued.
Thaboyz and m&m and steve didn't find... Security guard was fun to dodge though...
Another great hide. Them Muggles don't even have a clue. Hilarious. No pen so couldn't sign log. TFTC.
Ran out of time and overly tested the patience of the security guard who didn't seem to have anything better to do on this fine morning. Not even any ticket-purchasing customers which I was hoping to use as cover based on the previous logs. Did discover an irrigation pump cover which I thought was a fantastic disguise and worthy of the other Perth-based caches...until it turned out to be an irrigation cover...will have to bring back the youngest LegoLad from Sydney to give this another crack one day soon!
Spotted this one easily today as one of the other city caches is similar. Waited until all the muggles were occupying the staff and made a quick grab. TFTH
I have seen a few caches like this one, muggles were paying there entry fee to a prison cell, this provide an ideal opportunity for a snatch and grap. SL TNLN TFTH, more muggles provided cover for the replacement. There was no sign of the of the Trackable!
Pretty sure we were searching in the right spot - we found a small magnet (watch battery size) but nothing else.... may need maintenance.
Great cache, loads of Muggles around but just made it more fun. Figured it out after a bit of a look around.
TFTF, SL.
Found with mentaldog who were incarcerated for a short while with all the geokids!

Had tried before at night without success - there had been no customers so the security guards had nothing better to than watch us. Daylight this time, and some customers about, so spotting and retrieving was much easier. Just saw in the logs about one of these down Albany way - that just might be ours !!! Ours has nowhere near the level of cheekiness that this one does - congratulations on this tricky little number
Finally, after two previous visits we read all the logs and had instant success this trip - had to outwait/outwit the security guard!
Found this on my evening walk to place a moving cache in the GCA race. Spotted the offending article and got it out but my pen wasn't working (in that I'd lost it) so you'll just have to believe me. Hadn't been logged in a few weeks (24/11 from memory) and there was no TB in there, so what's new? Not sure how you'd fit it in anyway. Looks like a perrycom cache which is high praise indeed!
In town just for the day....and loving it. Perth is a beautiful city. From Vancouver Canada. TFTC
Found this one with Anonymous Legion Geo kid retrieved without too much attention.
Seen a few like this before down Albany way. Very Nice Hide. Love the Video too.

Spotted the likely hide from some distance. Retrieval was more of a challenge. Had the family act as a distraction whilst I retrieved & signed the log. Thanks for a great hide.
What a challenging cache to retrieve! Found with DHARMA Team, had their geokid retrieve the cache without looking too suspicious. Nicely done seeker!
Found it on a deserted drizzling November morning, I wonder how many cachers the girl in the ticket booth has seen tying their shoelaces while retreiving the cache??

Found with GeoDyer, The hardness cache i've done without getting muggled, Thanks xxx
I have never had to contend with muggles like this before!! What a clever hide, the staff seem to be beautifully unware of the Cache right under their noses. A difficult snatch and even harder return!! Exciting stuff though!! TFTC. [^]
Spotted the cache and zoomed in for a retrieval. Signed off and replaced the cache just as quickly. Awesome placement.
Hmmmm..... I'll have to log this one as a DNF!!! I know it was there BUT WHERE!!
I was over in WA on holidays with geowife and Geotooter. Only had time to attempt two caches in the CBD. Unfortunately, there were very few muggles about. I think a crowd hanging around the entrance area would have helped us blend in somewhat. Instead, Geotooter and I were rather conspicuous as we tried to search. We kept getting strange looks from the staff.
Unfortunately, this one is too far away for us to try again at a later date. Despite that, it was a great location and I thank Sno Seeker for bringing us here.
PS Great cache name!!

This was to be our last one in WA before returning home to Sydney. Tried our best but as we stood out & too many muggles about, had to log as DFN. Too far to come back later. I'm sure it's there - but where. Top location TFTC
First of the morning at 0715hrs. We waited for the security guard to finish his cigarette and then found the cache after a couple of minutes of discrete observation. SL TFTH. We think your choice of cache name is very fitting.
Awesomely brilliant! People a plenty had got fooled with this cache. A cache placed in front of their eyes! TFTC, Sno Seeker. Greeting from Geocaching Malaysia in Facebook.
great hide.... had to be real sneaky... 2000 and still heaps of muggles around...TFTC
Dropped past here on the way home from work. I was on the bike, so that was a great decoy. Found the cache without too much trouble, I do like these ones, great hide. Thanks for the cache.
Successfully retrieved this cache in a crowd of muggles! It is such a clever hide! TFTC.
Went there at 01:00 hrs without reading the updated section on the cache being removed due to maintenance......spent 30 mins searching in vain....also managed to convince the muggle security guard tht we had lost a precious object...
I had spotted this one earlier in the afternoon but decided to give it a miss then as there was a little too much muggle traffic. When I came back tonight though, there were lot fewer muggles around so I was able to nab the stash at 19:00. A very bold hide .
TNLNSL, although a couple of our geocoins had a visit to mark the occasion. Thanks Sno Seeker.
BTW, one of the magnets has come detached so some care probably needs to be taken.

While the name of the cache may give away the general location, the container itself is a sneaky hide!

An easy find once the GPS decided to play along. Had to stealthly retrieve the cache from its hidden location due to the muggles going for a spin. Clever camouflage as well.

Found it with Shael. Clever hide, but I hate being watched by muggles.eek x_x TFTC
One of the magnets has become unglued and needs to be reattached. The magnet is still there.
this one was pretty well hidden
i wouldn't have found it nearly as quickly if one of the magnets hadn't fallen off and it had gotten lop-sided
its awesome because it really looks like it should be there =D

Early on a Sunday morning is NOT a good time to do this cache. Very conspicuous and had to look most innocent to the maintenance men and secutity muggles who were wondering what I was up to. Managed to extract, sign and replace with them being none the wiser. Thanks for a crafty hide, Sno Seeker.
Wow what a great day for some caching..... iTreasureHunt2 and I decided to pop into the city CBD to do some caching. This is the second one for the day. iTreasureHunt2 has a very keen eye and had no trouble finding it. I personally think this is best done when there are muggles around to blend into. We have done one of Tangowithcupcakes caches in Albany that was identical to this so we picked it fairly easily. Very clever spot. Ha. TFTH
Went Geocaching with iTreasureHunt today. It was a fine sunny day. Geomum stayed home.
It was "wheely" good fun.
It was "wheely" good fun.
We are quite familiar with this type of camo now so we saw it from several metres away as we approached.
With muggles everywhere but no one took any notice of us. it must be common to have people hanging around here. This is about 30m from the site of an earlier cache we made that has long since gone to meet its maker.
these wheels are all over the world.....if we had to take a vote on it we would vote them out, but they do seem to be the flavour of the month.

Did this one last weekend with the first bit of sunshine in a while. A multitude of muggles about and I even witnessed a brawl between a pirate and someone dressed in football kit. They were into it and while they had centre stage I made a quick grab.
Good jobb SS ... Thank you

Nice hide. Sticks out if you know what you are looking for. Great view from the top. TFTC
11pm. Wow. Large man in hi vis vest and silver Camry. Security guard or cacher ? If cacher then you did a mighty fine job of acting like a security guard who is watching the jail very closely.
Great location - but there's a lot of muggles around this cache! Not to mention all those hardened criminals rotating in the prison above!
Great spot for this cache. Well hidden from muggles but easy to find when you are looking for it.
Finally found this one after standing in the rain and going around and around the Rotating Prison - though it wasn't rotating at the time. Decided to take a long hard look at it for a last time and just think about what I was seeing and bingo!
Sno Seeker is a man after my own heart with this cache. A great effort and a nice hunt.
Signed the log and waited for the muggle prison guards to turn a blind eye so I could get the cache put back in place.

Came into town for lunch but was unable to even look for this as there were two many muggles.
Spent some time with WoodvaleWarriors over our lunch break to try and find this one. I had already seen the video and knew what it referred to, but still couldn't find it.
